Share prices occur according to market supply and demand. Demand for shares is influenced by investors' expectations of the issuing company. The better the financial performance of a company, the higher investor expectations will be. This results in the shares becoming increasingly attractive and the share price will be higher. Conversely, if a company's financial performance is not good, investors' expectations will be low, so investors are not interested in investing in these shares. This causes the stock price to fall. The company's financial performance can be done by analyzing financial reports. This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance ratios on stock prices. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing is done by partial test (T-test) and simultaneous test (F-test) and standardized coefficient test.     Based on the research results that simultaneously the financial ratio variable does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, only partially the NPM variable affects stock prices. Meanwhile, the financial performance variables (CAR, ROA, and LDR) do not affect stock prices. For the adjusted R2 value of 99.80%, it means that this value means that the variation of the independent variable which can explain the dependent variable is 99.80% and the remaining 2% is the variation of other variables that are not explained in the model.

The concept of the State's Right to Control over Land in Land Law (UUPA) and the Constitution are things that need to be clarified based on law. The type of research in this research is normative research, namely research on legal principles related to the concept of the State's right to control over land seen from the aspects of the Basic Agrarian Law and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The approach method used in this research is the statutory approach (the statute approach), the conceptual approach, which utilizes the views and thoughts of experts regarding the concept of the rule of law and the historical approach is carried out by examining what background. which underlie a development of the implementation of the right to control the State. The results of the study show that the concept of the right to control of the State which is regulated in the 1945 Constitution and the UUPA, is different from the legal relationship which is ownership between the State and land based on the Domeinverklaring principle which is regulated in the Land Law for the Administration of the Dutch East Indies Government which has been revoked in the UUPA. The principle of Domeinverklaring contradicts the legal awareness of the Indonesian people and the principles of an independent and modern State, especially in the 1945 Constitution which regulates State control of all agrarian resources which are essentially intended for the greatest prosperity of the people (Article 33 paragraph (3)).

This study aims to determine the effect of the Type STAD Cooperative Learning model on mathematical problem solving abilities. The data collection technique was obtained by means of a test in the form of description questions and documentation in the form of a list of student names. The research instrument used was 3 pre-test and post-test questions. The data analysis technique used is the normality test, homogeneity, t test with the technique of paired samples t-test and independent t-test.      The results showed that, the paired sample t-test on the problem solving ability before and after treatment with STAD obtained an average value of 50.29 to 83.71 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This means that the students' scores before and after STAD learning have differences in the average mathematical problem solving abilities. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test on the ability to solve mathematical problems before and after treatment using conventional learning models, the average value was 44.57 to 75.79 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. This means that there is a significant increase before and after conventional learning. Based on the results of the independent samples t-test, the mean values were 83.71 and 75.79 with a significance value of 0.009 <0.05. This means that there is a difference in the average problem-solving ability of students in STAD learning with students in conventional learning. It can be concluded that the STAD type of cooperative learning model has an effect on students' problem solving abilities in mathematics.

Location Theory gives systematic analysis framework  of selecting location of economic adn social activities. Chosing of the right location  thrifts reduce the transportation and production cost that drives efficient in production and marketing. The impact of efficiency is the higest profit and concentration of economic activities. There are many factor afecting the concentration of economic activities, such as wages, man power sources and productivity. Based on Concentration Ratio analysis that Small-medium  industries cosentrated in Mataram City and Central Lombok distric. Based on concentration Index of Man power  shows that the concentration of man power  are in Sumbawa district, North Lombok, Central Lombok, Bima City, Bima district and West Lombok district. Based on those  result that concentration spatial of Small-Medium Industries in each district of West Nusa Tenggara are not equal . Based on Regresioan analysis with Randomeffect Model that concentration of small-medium industries in West Nusa Tenggara siginificanly corelated with amount of man power and productivity, neither than wages.

It is estimated that the judicial system will not be able to meet the increasingly complex needs of society. This estimate is based on facts in the field. Dispute resolution through courts is considered too convoluted, takes a long time, and is inefficient for businesses that emphasize efficiency and effectiveness. Besides, the court's decision does not satisfy the parties. The principle of simple, fast, low-cost justice is still only a slogan.      Answering this problem, a study is conducted using the empirical normative legal research method with a study approach based on statutory regulations, conceptual approaches, and case approaches. Types and sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques through document study and interviews, where the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively deductively. Based on the results of research and discussion, it was found that mediation as a solution to the settlement of cases, both in court and outside the court, is cooperative
