The biological pride of young women is characterized by a standard physical mechanism of menstruation or menstruation followed by pain in the lower abdomen. The pain results in psychological symptoms such as anxiety, tension, anger, or emotion. Young women who cannot regulate their feelings properly are more likely to experience severe pain or so-called dysmenorrhea. Emotional regulation is the achievement of emotional balance performed by a person either from his attitude or behavior. This study aims to examine the regulation of emotions in young women who experience dysmenorrhea during menstruation. Assessment through aspects of emotional regulation, namely emotional regulation strategies, behaviors to achieve goals, control emotional responses, and acceptance of emotional responses. This research uses qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Data retrieval was conducted through semi-structured interviews of two primary informants and four secondary informants. Credibility using triangulation of sources and methods. Data analysis using interactive model data analysis. This study's findings are that both young women's ability to regulate their emotions during menstruation can relieve severe pain or dysmenorrhea during menstruation.

The implementation of learning is the most important part in improving the quality of education. The Covid-19 pandemic period is part of the challenge for education so that learning continues. The purpose of this study was to investigate in depth the implementation of distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The research was conducted at Muhammadiyah Pakel Elementary School. The data sources in this study were teachers, parents, and students. Data collection techniques using structured interviews assisted with guidelines that are structured questions systematically. Data analysis using the Denzin Licoln case study model assisted by atlas.ti software version 8. The technique used to improve the quality of research is source triangulation. The results of this study provide information that in the implementation of the implementation of distance learning there are three factors, namely policy, distance learning process, and human resource activeness. These three factors are novelty which can be recommendations for the three education centers in order to be part of improving the quality of distance learning education during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In this exploratory study we used qualitative methods to examine possible relations between young women's self-injurious behaviors, sexual self-concept, and a conservative Christian upbringing. Structured interviews were conducted with three young women fitting these characteristics from a private Christian university in the Northeastern United States. Phenomological data analysis revealed themes for these women that support a relation between their SIB and the development and expression of both their spirituality and sexuality. Implications for counseling practice include the need for a thorough assessment of past and present spirituality and the inclusion of sexual self-concept into counseling discussions.

Abstract Teacher well-being has been shown to play a central role in the quality of teaching and student achievement (Day & Gu, 2009; Klusmann, Kunter, Trautwein, Lüdtke, & Baumert, 2008). However, the teaching profession is currently in crisis as it faces record rates of burnout and attrition (Borman & Dowling, 2008; Hong, 2010; Lovewell, 2012), including stressors specific to the changing nature of foreign language teaching (Hiver & Dörnyei, 2015; Wieczorek, 2016) and to higher education (Kinman & Wray, 2013). This study seeks to understand how language teachers perceive of and experience their emotional well-being and what strategies they employ to manage it. Through a series of 12 in-depth, semi-structured interviews with ESL/EFL tertiary-level teachers in the United States, Japan and Austria, we explore a range of contexts examining how participants perceive of factors that add to or detract from their emotional well-being, the challenges and joys these teachers face in their professional and personal lives, and the most salient emotional regulation strategies that they employ to manage their emotions.

This research examines environmental sustainability in the UK university context. Universities are prioritising sustainability commitments with many declaring a Climate Emergency, as well as recognising the importance of educating students about climate change. This research used a case-study approach in which semi-structured interviews were coupled with secondary data analysis, and suggests universities are pivotal for greater environmental sustainability. The results reiterate the urgent need to significantly improve environmental performance and educate people in the field of sustainability, whilst presenting the challenges and realities faced in doing so. It is recommended that in order to achieve optimum sustainability solutions a cohesive approach is required to embed a common sustainability narrative for all.

Abstrak: Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dari jumlah lembaga PAUD yang ada diKota Banjarmasin belum semuanya memiliki perencanaan khususnya pada analisispeningkatan legalitas kelembagaan PAUD dan analisis kebutuhan pendidikan untuk anak usiadini (AUD). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan analisis data deskrtifkuantitatif dan kualitataif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa: i) Disdik Kota Banjarmasin danLembaga PAUD sampel tidak melakukan perencanaan yang baik untuk pendataan analisiskebutuhan pendidikan AUD; ii) Belum semua lembaga PAUD sampel memiliki izinoperasional dikarenakan adanya persyaratan yang belum dapat dipenuhi karena memerlukanbiaya yang cukup besar seperti, pembuatan akta notaris; iii) Belum semua lembaga PAUDmemiliki sarpras sesuai dengan pedoman sarana dan prasarana dari pusat; iv) untuk membantuketersediaan sarpras, Disdik Kota Banjarmasin sudah mengalokasikan dana APBD II berupabantuan RKB, rehab kelas rusak ringan dan berat, serta bantuan APE Dalam dan Luar berupabarang. Abstract: The problem in this study is from the number of early childhood institutions in thecity of Banjarmasin not all have plans in particular to the analysis of institutional legalityincrease early childhood education and educational needs analysis for early childhood (AUD).This study uses a case study approach to data analysis of quantitative and qualitative deskrtif.The study shows that: i) Disdik Banjarmasin and Institutions ECD sample is not doing betterplanning for data analysis AUD educational needs; ii) Not all the samples of early childhoodinstitutions have an operating permit because of the requirements can not be met because itrequires significant costs such as notary deed; iii) Not all early childhood institutions haveinfrastructure accordance with the guidelines of the central infrastructure; iv) to assist theavailability infrastructure, Disdik Banjarmasin already allocated budget II in the form ofclassroom assistance, rehabilitation of damaged light and heavy classes, as well as the In andOut APE assistance in the form of goods.
