The paper examines the structure and peculiarities of developing information support for the forensic analysis of vehicle markings, along with requirements for relevant information resources. Problems related to the organization and functioning of the information management system are investigated, and possible solutions are suggested. In addition, the author describes the capacity of some specific elements of information support systems to address problems facing the vehicle markings examiner.

In a building fire disaster, a variety of information on hazardous factors is crucial for emergency responders, facility managers, and rescue teams. Inadequate information management limits the accuracy and speed of fire rescue activities. Furthermore, a poor decision-making process, which is solely dependent on the experiences of emergency responders, negatively affects the fire response activities. Building information modeling (BIM) enables the sharing of locations of critical elements and key information necessary for effective decision-making on disaster prevention. However, it is non-trivial to integrate and link the relevant information generated during the life cycle of the building. In particular, the information requirements for building fires should be retrieved in the BIM software because most of them have spatial characteristics. This paper proposes a prototype system for a building’s fire information management using three-dimensional (3D) visualization by deriving the relevant information required for mitigating building fire disasters. The proposed system (i.e., Building Fire Information Management System (BFIMS)) automatically provides reliable fire-related information through a computerized and systematic approach in conjunction with a BIM tool. It enables emergency responders to intuitively identify the location data of indoor facilities with its pertinent information based on 3D objects. Through scenario-based applications, the system has effectively demonstrated that it has contributed to an improvement of rapid access to relevant information.

Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) was part of a health information system that provided relevant information resources throughout the organization to supported effective decision made and hospital administration. This studied aims to analyzed the impact of system quality, system users, and organizations in the utilization of HIMS performanced. The type of researched used was the type of explanatory researched. The population in this studied amounted to 258 and 158 samples. Based on the tested results there was the influenced of system quality on system users with t statistics 3,219 (t statistics> t table 1.96). In addition there was no effected of system quality on the organization with t statistics 0.483 and there was no organizational influenced on the user system with t statistics 1.489. Furthermore there was the effected of system users on the utilization of SIMRS performanced with t statistics of 5.838 and there was an organizational influenced on the utilization of HIMS performanced with t statistics 3.589. The results were interrelated between variables so that to realized the utilization of HIMS performanced. <br/>Keywords: System quality, System Users, Organization, Utilization of Abstrak

Данная статья посвящена проблеме перехода от традиционных методов и форм к самым современным технологиям, проектированию информационной системы управления организацией. Цель данного исследования заключается в проектировании информационной системы управления организацией. Задачами исследования являются: анализ традиционных форм управления информационных систем управления проектирование IDEF модели информационной системы управления организацией. Переход от традиционных методов и форм к современным технологиям является одним из правильных решений. После внедрения назначенные пользователи будут иметь соответствующий доступ к соответствующей информации. Важно отметить, что не все, вводящие данные в ИСУ, обязательно должны быть на уровне управления. Как правило, материалы для ИСУ вводятся неуправляемыми сотрудниками, хотя они редко имеют доступ к отчетам и платформам поддержки принятия решений, предлагаемым этими системами. This article is devoted to the problem of transition from traditional methods and forms to the most modern technologies, design of information management system of the organization. The purpose of this study is to design an information management system of the organization. The objectives of the study are: analysis of traditional forms of management information management systems design IDEF model of information management system. The transition from traditional methods and forms to modern technologies is one of the right solutions. Once implemented, designated users will have appropriate access to the relevant information. It is important to note that not all data entry into the IMS must necessarily be at the management level. Typically, materials for IMS are introduced by unmanaged staff, although they rarely have access to the reports and decision support platforms offered by these systems.

in pursuant to the republic Act No. 6975 by the Department of the Interior and local Government Act of 1990, through the (NBOO) the National Barangay operations Office as mandated to establish and update the master list of Barangays, Barangay officials and Barangay Socio-economic profiles. thus, in compliance thereto the proponents Developed a Hybrid Barangay Information Management System to rapidly gather,encode,store and maintain data of the Barangay which in effect may result to a systematize manner of accumulating and retrieving relevant information that is essential in coming up with informed decisions on various possible local governance issues. As observed, there were a number of problems associated with the current adopted laborious manual methods on a day to day Basis such as, retrieving huge numbers of file Folders of their Constituents Data and this causes delay in the delivery of services and had some inaccuracies in the completion of tasks and so on. Nowadays, with the advent of modern technology it opens wider opportunities for barangay to serve its constituents better through computerization of the documents as it provides such as barangay clearance, certificate of indulgency, letter of recommendation, generate report and others. Motivated by the vision of empowering this self-governing political system digitally, the proponents aimed to determine this advantages and could developed a Hybrid Barangay Information Management System that will hasten the transactions performed and documents provided by the barangays. This system is designed to be accessed only by the authorized users to ensure the integrity of all transactions. It will be designed and implemented using Microsoft Visual Basic 2010 as the front-end while running Microsoft Access Server as the back-end and also it has as embedded responsive Intra web Portal that can be utilized by the barangay functionaries.
