The paper deals with the creation of a mathematical model of the process of stretching the tape, taking into account the tension of the thread. For this purpose, the relationship between the thread tension and the speed of expression of the electric drives is determined. The proposed mathematical model of the process allows one to synthesize highly efficient control systems for spinning equipment.

. In order to meet the needs about collecting the soil containing tree species, we designed an automatic cutting machine which can receive loam containing seeds and used in the forest loam. Features of this machine are the application of the chain plate knife, not only can hierarchical cut loam containing seeds, but also will transport the loam to the collecting bag. In the design process, through building a mathematical model about the chain plate knife cut soil, Analysis of the resistance of working, and get the relationship between the overall level of resistance and the working width. The experimental results show that the machine is easily to be operated, can highly efficient cut soil, and it’s suitable for use in the woodlands.

The analysis of the basic directions of electronic automatic control systems for aviation gas-turbine engines (FADEC) development is presented. This analysis is executed on the base of materials of the Scientific and Technical Congress of Aero-Engine Manufacturers. This Congress passed within the limits of the International engine forum in April 2018 in Moscow under aegis of the International association «Association of Aero-Engine Manufacturers» (ASSAD). The review of a modern condition of developing works of the specialized scientific enterprises in the field of application of onboard mathematical model «virtual engine» and introductions of wireless technologies in the aviation industry is given. It is noted, that design offices of manufacturers introduce as perspective decisions the modular unitized design for electronic automatic control systems and the “vibration passport” for engine type. The using of onboard mathematical model «virtual engine» provide the electronic automatic control systems with the possibility to apply the new controlling concepts and to compensate the failures of transducers which have information interchange with the automatic control system. The software «virtual engine» is developed by scientists of Central Institute of Aviation Motors (Moscow) and of Ukrainian National Aerospace University (Kharkov). The wireless technologies need the specialized power supply devices for wireless engines transducers. There is the tendency to use the engine energy (thermal engine energy, vibration engine energy) for such a power supply devices which is to be built on the base of thermoelectric generators, vibration generators and magnetic induction generators. The investigation of engine vibration characteristics in order to form the “vibration passport” for engine type is described. This passport is to be used for engine diagnostic during exploitation. There is described the method of electronic automatic control systems reliability confirmation by comparison with the prototypes (analogs) which is proposed by scientists of Central Institute of Aviation Motors.

Abstract This article presents a mathematical model estimating the probability of successful completion of the aircraft’s flight in case of aviation equipment failure in flight. This paper shows the relationship between the aircraft’s automatic control system and flight safety. The calculations of probability are made for the successful completion of the flight on Boeing 737 aircraft when the automatic control system has failed.

The article shows the peculiarity of the system of technological automation of the newest Simatic S7-1500 PLCs, for electric drives of hoisting transport machines, the analysis of control systems for electric drives of operating mine hoisting machines of mining complexes. One of the main ways to increase the energy efficiency of MLM is to replace old asynchronous electric motors with a phase rotor with squirrel cage induction motors designed for operation in a frequency-controlled electric drive. The introduction of a frequency converter and an electric drive control system, which together allow the recovery of electricity in the supply network in the mode of generator braking. Thus, the system for automated control of the mine hoisting machine based on the Simatic S7-1500 PLC, with the developed control algorithm, is an integrated energy-efficient control system, which it is advisable to use in the management of the SHM.

Purpose. Development of a laboratory stand with a wireless interface for the study and research of automatic control systems for DC electric drives. Methodology. Physical experiment on the developed laboratory bench, computer modelling, calculation and analytical methods. Findings. The study considered and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of existing developments of laboratory stands with virtual and remote components, the possibility of organizing a wireless interface, taking into account cost-effectiveness, mobility, reliability and simplicity, as well as the possibility of using as a training stand. The connection of the stand by means of USB and Wi-Fi is developed. The STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller is used for the power switch and the automatic control system. The interface part consists of a NodeMCU board, a MicroSD card module, an interface control unit, a 16x2 LCD and an I2C converter. The UART-USB interface is used for information transfer and programming of the stand. The possibility of current remote transmission of information about the modes and parameters of the engine to a computer with a browser output by installing the Wi-Fi module ESP8266MOD. A closed system of automatic DC motor control with PID current regulators and EMF has been developed. Experiments were performed with a pulse and smooth increase in motor speed and variation of the components of the PID controllers using the control panel of the laboratory stand. All graphs of the results of the experiment were obtained on a web page with a fixed IP address in the browser via Wi-Fi. Originality. The structure of the remote monitoring and control system based on hardware and software combination of telecommunication and measuring systems is proposed and developed, which differs from the existing ones by the presence of current wireless transmission of information, which allows to remotely receive research data of automatic DC motor control systems. Practical value. The developed laboratory stand with the wireless interface allows to receive and store experimental data on parameters of the investigated engine in real time remotely.
