ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine how the influence of company size, profitability, previous year's audit opinion, and liquidity on going concern audit opinions in mining and agriculture sector companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2014-2018 period.The population of this research is mining and agriculture sector companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 7 (seven) companies. The data collection technique used in this study is secondary data, namely tracing the financial statements of mining and agriculture sector companies for 2014-2018 through the IDX website (www.idx.co.id).The results showed that partially company size had no effect on going concern audit opinion with a significance level of 0.457> 0.05. Profitability variable partially affects going-concern audit opinion with a significance level of 0.031> 0.05. The audit opinion variable in the previous year partially influences going-concern audit opinion with a significance level of 0.010> 0.05. The liquidity variable partially has no effect on going concern audit opinion with a significance level of 0.722> 0.05. The effect of company size, profitability, previous year's audit opinion, and liquidity simultaneously affects going-concern audit opinion with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the variable Company Size, Tenure Audit, and Company Growth on Going Concern Audit Opinions on trade, service and investment sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The data used in this research are secondary data. The sample used in this study amounted to 104 companies using a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is logistic regression. At a significance level of 5%, the results of this study indicate that the Company Size variable and the Company Growth variable influence the Going Concern Audit Opinion. Abstract The problems that will be discussed in this journal are regarding the relationship between Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios and Company Growth on Audit Delay. The research method used in this study uses secondary data. The population in this study is all Real Estate companies and the Property sub-sector registered on the BEI which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. The sampling method in this study is purposive sampling. The criteria for companies that are sampled are companies that publish audited financial statements for four consecutive years and use the rupiah currency, so that the total number of samples in this study is 165 data. The independent variables in this study are Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios and Company Growth. The dependent variable in this study is audit delay. The data analysis technique used is the Logistics Regression Test with the use of Software Eviews 10. The results of the analysis show that profitability has no significant effect on going concern audit opinion. Meanwhile, company growth and liquidity have no effect on going concern audit opinion. Going concern audit opinion is an opinion issued by the auditor because there are several factors in maintaining going concern of the company. Opinion audit going concern be one example for users of financial statements to be used in decision making. This study aims to determine the effect of cash, liquidity, leverage, audit lag, auditor switching, company growth, and company size on audit audits. This research was conducted on companies that produce on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with the number of research samples as much as 117. The data analysis techniques were logistic regression techniques. The results showed that the variables of cash, liquidity, leverage, audit leg, switching auditors, company growth, and size did not affect the audit.

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of bankruptcy prediction model, leverage, audit lag, and company size towards obtaining a going concern audit opinion.  The samples in this study are 11 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange being classified as manufacturing sector in the year 2008-2011. The sample in this study determined based on purposive sampling. Data used in this study is a secondary data such as annual reports or financial reports.  The results from this study are (1) bankruptcy prediction model having no significant impact on obtaining a going concern audit opinion, (2) leverage having a significant impact on obtaining a going concern audit opinion, (3) audit lag leverage having a significant impact on obtaining a going concern audit opinion, (4) company size having no significant impact on obtaining a going concern audit opinion. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyse the effects of company size, auditor’s quality, profitability and liquidity on going concern opinion of the service companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016 to 2018. This study is a quantitative research with causal comparative method and used secondary data. The population in this study covers all sectors of the service companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange which amounted 417 companies. There are 33 (thirty three) companies used as samples in this study, with the purposive sampling as the sampling technique and logistic regression for the data analysis. The results of this study indicates that auditor’s quality and liquidity have negative effect and significant on acceptance of going concern opinion with the significance level are 0,014 and 0,010. Meanwhile, company size has positive effect but not significant and profitability has negative effect but not significant to the acceptance of going concern opinion with the significance level are 0,555 and 0,431. And simultaneously independent variables such as company size, auditor’s quality, profitability, and liquidity are all having significant affect on dependent variable which is going concern opinion with the significance level of 88% with the rest of 12% affected by other variables apart from the research.

Going concern audit opinion is an opinion issued by the auditor to ascertain whether the company can maintain its survival. This research was conducted to examine the factors that influence the going concern audit opinion. These factors are, company size, company growth, solvency and previous year's audit opinion. The sample in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2017 period. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling technique, namely the selection of samples based on certain criteria. So that the total sample of this study was 60 samples. Data analysis used is logistic regression analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of this study are company size, company growth and solvency does not affect the going concern audit opinion. Whereas, the previous year's audit opinion affects the going-concern audit opinion.

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of company size, company growth, financial condition and debt default on going concern audit opinions in 2016-2019 on trading companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, both partially and simultaneously. Every company has financial statements that aim to provide information regarding the financial position of a company that is useful for a large number of users of financial statements in making economic decisions which are prepared periodically for interested parties. The population in this study has all trading companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period, which are 47 companies and the sample is 100 units of analysis. The research method applies multiple logistic regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the company size variable partially influences the going concern audit opinion on trading sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Variables of company growth, financial condition and debt default partially do not affect going concern audit opinion on trading sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. Variables Company Size, Company Growth, Financial Condition and Debt Default together affect the going concern audit opinion on trading sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period.

The continuity of the compant’s business among the various risk that arise as a result of internal or external factors are the expectations of all entities in effort to achieve  the company’ goals. The purpose of this study is to find out what the effect of company size, liquidity, solvency and profitability on Going Concern audit opinion of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Secondary data is used from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the source of data is from www.idx.co.id. In this study, the sampling method selected according to the purposive sampling method was used and 44 companies were selected as samples. Data analysis using Logistic Regression test. The results showed that the size, liquidity, profitability and solvency of the company affected the Going Concern audit opinion.

ABSTRACT Going concern audit opinion is an audit opinion that given by the auditors when they have doubts about the company's ability to sustain its business. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of financial distress, company size, and the previous year’s audit opinion on going concern audit opinion. The data used is secondary data of textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. The samples used were 15 companies in the textile and garment sub-sector with the 2016-2019 research period.  The analysis technique used was the modified Altman method and logistic regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis show that financial distress and the previous year's audit opinion have an effect on going-concern audit opinion. Meanwhile, company size has no effect on going concern audit opinion. And the overall results show that financial distress, company size, and previous year's affect on going concern audit opinion.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence and analyze the effect of the company's financial prospects (consisting of elements of profitability, liquidity, and solvency) and audit tenure on the issuance of going concern audit opinion. This research is a descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study are companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The sample in this study were companies listing on the IDX during that period and experiencing a downward trend in financial prospects. The data used are secondary data obtained from financial statements from the IDX website. The statistical analysis method for testing hypotheses in this study is logistic regression. From the hypothesis testing conducted, the results of statistical testing of this study indicate that solvency is a factor that significantly influences the giving of going concern audit opinion. This indicates that the higher the solvency ratio, the higher the company's expectations for continuing and the lower the probability for the company to accept going-concern audit opinions.
