The purpose of this study is design and create a product counter control prototype control system based on a programmable logic controller. Using the ladder diagram programming language with cx-programmer 9.5 software that can be applied as commands in the PLC and produce an output that is used to control and drive the product counter conveyor prototype. This research begins with literature review, design and follows by assembly conveyor, DC motor, power supply, controller circuit, proximity sensor, digital counter and PLC. The measurement result is the speed of processing time of the parcel beam 1.51 second and 2.96 second removal of the sensor, sensor detection 7 cm, the accuracy of calculation of the number of products can calculate precisely and well. The test results show that the design of the tool can work well in the process of calculating the number of products.Keyword : Control System, conveyor, proximity sensor, DC motor

PLC (programmable logic controller) pada dasarnya adalah sebuah komputer yang khusunya di rancang untuk mengantikan sistem berbasis relay. Dengan menggunakan PLC perancangan sistem masing-masing memiliki jumlah yang berbeda, umumnya perbandingan input dan output pada suatu PLC adalah 60 persen berbanding 40 ( 18 terminal input  dan 12 terminal output). Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah Pembuatan Modul praktek untuk mempelajari bagian prinsip kerja dari sistem control motor naik turun otomatis menggunakan PLC Omron CP1E. simulasi mengunakan Input dari PLC  untuk pengontrolan  sensor cahaya yang mendeteksi keberadaan box Lift. Pada output PLC  digunakan Motor Power window  dan indicator Lift yang menandakan box Lift secara otomatis sedang berjalan. Pengontrolan Motor Naik Turun melalui bahasa pemogramanserta ladder diagram. Menggunakan alat peraga yaitu PLC Omron CP1E.

Nowadays, communication protocols are used in safety-critical automotive applications. Among the communication protocols, FlexRay, with real-time and reliable characters, is expected to become the communication backbone for future automotive systems. Therefore, a DC motor speed control system based on FlexRay network is presented in this paper to verify these characters. The following works have been done in this paper: study the FlexRay protocol specification, design the structure, programming, analyze the test results to get transmission delay time. Using the test system, FlexRay network was verified that message can be transferred quickly and correctly.
