Enhancing climate resilience in agrarian communities requires improving the underlying socioecological conditions for farmers to engage in adaptation and mitigation strategies, alongside collaborative and redistributive community development to reduce vulnerabilities. To overcome barriers to climate resilience in the Philippines, a grassroots farmer-led organization comprised of resource-poor smallholders, scientists, and nongovernmental organizations have organized a polycentric network over the past 30 years to implement food sovereignty initiatives. We explore the extent to which the network’s decentralized and farmer-led organizational structure; programming and services; promotion of diversified, organic, and agroecological farming systems; and political organizing and advocacy create broadly accessible and diverse pathways for resource-poor smallholders to build climate resilience. We find that the Magsasaka at Siyentipiko para sa Pag-Unlad ng Agrikultura’s (Farmer-Scientist Partnership for Development) polycentric governance approach directly addresses the root causes of vulnerability, particularly in working to reclaim farmer rights and control over resources, connecting local and global struggles, and revitalizing agrobiodiversity and place-based knowledge.

According to many analysts, the modern digital technological transformation of the economy, both at the macro level and at the level of industrial enterprises, has a deep character and is aimed at establishing a new global economic structure. Programming at the level of international, climate, anti-pandemic, sanctional, technological, military-political and other agreements to reduce the level of production and consumption in accordance with the principles of sustainable development determines the prospect of transformations in industry, including in the raw materials sector. A significant part of the industrial companies of the Siberian regions belongs to the field of raw materials extraction, which forms new guidelines in the new technological conditions, both in personnel and technical areas. Large-scale introduction and application of a new generation of equipment that meets modern environmental standards requires accelerated training of a significant number of professional personnel. In fact, the education system, which should ensure the educational process of a high strategic status, both in scale and in terms of engineering and technical level, requires a systemic transformation based on the principles of digital technological innovations. The release of a significant number of workers, both representatives of the working professions and the intellectuals, which is happening and threatening to intensify, in the light of the ongoing contraction of the economy, will require the formation of millions of new jobs. This fillip, aimed at the development of small industrial forms of production of end-use goods, is able to provide employment for the population, as well as an increase in the level and quality of life in export-raw materials regions with the support from the state. The creation and development of engineering, technical and technological business franchises with the formation of a large retail network representing the goods of "industrial farms" are promising in this aspect. The upcoming steps of digital technological transformation require a comprehensive balanced scientific understanding, the development of appropriate justifications and recommendations.

Refactoring has become an effective approach to convert sequential programs into concurrent programs. Many refactoring algorithms and tools are proposed to assist developers in writing high-performance concurrent programs. Although researchers actively conduct surveys on refactoring, we are not aware of any survey that summarizes, categorizes and discusses concurrency-oriented refactoring. To this end, this paper presents a survey that investigates how refactoring assists with concurrent programming. To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the first survey that summarizes the state-of-the-art, concurrency-oriented refactoring. First, we design six research questions addressing the concurrent structure, programming language, performance improvement and consistency evaluation. Second, we answer these questions by examining the related papers and then present the results to show how refactoring provides support for concurrent programming after a decade of development, such as transforming the concurrent structures, supporting parallel language, and improving performance. Finally, we summarize the related works and present the future trends.

The WeeFestival, English Canada’s first performance festival dedicated to children from ages 0 to 5, acts as an advocate for the early years demographic and for the artists who create for them through three key elements of festival structure: programming, space, and creative/artistic exchange. Engaging with research by Ben Fletcher-Watson, Lise Hovik, Matthew Reason, and Adele Senior, this article uses company archives, artist interviews, and the writer’s personal experiences to analyze how the WeeFestival temporarily establishes an alternative public sphere that challenges policy-makers, funders, and artists to rethink relationships between arts, very young citizens, and urban life. Even though very young citizens may not initially know that they want to experience art, the festival attends to the interests and responses of young people, demonstrates respect for their capacity to be emotionally and intellectually engaged by artful and thoughtful productions, and establishes festivalized spaces that put an alternative public sphere into action, gesturing to the possibility of real social change. Taking into account the significance of programming for artists, educators, and policy-makers alongside the significance of meaningful audience-artist exchange, the analysis suggests that events like the WeeFestival have the capacity to gently shift how urban dwellers perceive very young children and the way they interact with the arts in daily life.

Cloud computing is a worldview and works on huge scale with circulated registering, that is a repackage of currently using different ideas/advances, for example, utility processing, Grid figuring, Autonomic figuring, IoT innovations, etc. Cloud computing works on the IoT innovations for conveyance the assets to clients on the basis of their interests. As, it creates innovation, different type of issues, for example, encryption, vitality the executives, asset provisioning, dependability should be tended. The goal of said work is to think about the reenactment toolbox is known as CloudSim and a portion of exploration which already addressed the previous issues and utilizing its toolbox. Main portion of the examinations after analysis depend on reproduction in Cloud and utilizing genuine frameworks on the cloud, for example, Amazon EC2, Google, which cost with tedious assignments and furthermore enormous of cloud assets. That requires for accomplish practical outcomes and unreasonable for further analysts. This paper surveys some reenactment apparatuses and thinks about them as far as their hidden structure, programming language, GUI, accessibility, cost demonstrating, vitality displaying, reproduction time, league strategy and its respective communication model

The article is devoted to the modeling of a two-bit pin-diode. The possibility of programming opening time of the device based on the pin-diode is shown. The design consisting of a pin diode and two floating gates on the surface of i-region is considered. The addition of electrodes to the surface of the i-region makes it possible to regulate the concentration of electrons and holes within the larger limits in compare with the single-gate structure creating enriched and depleted are-as in the structure. Programming is carried out by applying the appropriate voltage to the control electrodes of the floating gates. It is shown that the charge generated on the floating gate changes characteristics of the i-region of the pin diode. The key elements of complex simulation of the two-gate pin diode are simulation of charge accumulation mechanism on the floating gate, simulation of pin-diode opening time and calibration of numerical model. Simulation is performed in Synopsys Sentaurus TCAD. Physical models describing traps and their parameters, particle tunneling, transport phenomena in dielectrics and amorphous films are used in simulation. As a result of modeling, the opening time dependences on size, floating gate location and floating gate charge magnitude are obtained. It is shown that the pin-diode 2-gate structures allow to change the opening time in a wider range than the single-gate ones. To program a large range of pin-diode opening times, it is 2 gate structure that is advisable to use. The obtained results indicate that it is possible to implement a two-bit programming pin-diode and expand its functionality.
