The aim of the paper is to study the impact of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among the nonacademic employees of national universities in the Eastern province of Sri Lanka. This is an explanatory study among 260 nonacademic employees working in Universities, using a structured questionnaire based on simple random sampling method. It was found that job satisfaction is one of the factors for determining the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the relationship was shown to be significant. Findings of this research effort could enable organizations to re think or reshape their job satisfaction system in order to achieve their desired organizational goals. PurposeUpholding congruency with conservation of resources (COR) theory, the study intends to analyze the impact of workplace bullying on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) via job satisfaction and resilience as parallel mediators in the Indian hospitality sector.Design/methodology/approachThe study used a data of 240 respondents working in the hospitality sector in India. Direct and indirect effects were assessed through statistical techniques such as structural equation modeling and mediation analysis (Preacher and Hayes, 2004) for hypotheses testing using SPSS and AMOS tools.FindingsThe findings of the study suggest the negative correlation between workplace bullying and OCB. This study demonstrates the role of job satisfaction and resilience as parallel mediators in combating the cascading ill effect of workplace bullying on OCB.Research limitations/implicationsThe results help India's hospitality sector to understand the intensity and impact of workplace bullying on job satisfaction and OCB.Originality/valueThis is the original and first study examining the role of workplace bullying on OCB via job satisfaction and resilience as parallel mediators in the non-Western context.

The  purpose  of  this  study  is : 1) To  know  the description of job satisfaction and the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study at PT Ide Jaya Kreasindo) 2) To know  the  effect  of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 3) To know  the  effect  of the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior 4) To  know  the  effect  of job satisfaction and the leadership style on Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously. Research methods using simple random sampling. Sampling technique using simple random sampling technique and of questionnaires of 77 observations from PT Ide Jaya Kreasindo’s employees using SPSS 16.0.The empirical result shows that job satisfaction and the leadership style has positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of personality  and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior the teacher sma the district of noth bekasi. The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) personality has a positive direct effect in organizational citizenship behavior, (2) job satisfaction has a positive direct effect in organizational citizenship behavior, (3) personality  has a positive direct effect in job satisfaction

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the company Focus Design Artglass Ubud. The number of samples taken as many as 67 employees, using saturated sample technique, especially simple random sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the organizational culture OCB will also increase, the higher the job satisfaction the higher the OCB, and the higher the organizational commitment the higher the OCB in the company Focus Design Artglass Ubud.     Keywords:      organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract: The increasingly tight competition especially in the field of service in hospital business where everyone is tying for maintain their existence within the scope of the organization. The focus of this research was to analyze the direct and indirect influence of job satisfaction on employee performance, and the role of OCB as the mediator of job satisfaction on the performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang employees. The approach used in this research was quantitative approach.The sample collection technique used was simple random sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 61 employees of RSI Aisyiyah Malang nurses. Data collection was using questionnaires, while data analysis was done by using path analysis. The results showed that 1) there was a direct effect of job satisfaction on employee performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang nurses. This meant that the performance of RSI Aisyiyah nurses was better if job satisfaction felt by the nurses was better too. 2) there was indirect effect of job satisfaction on employee performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang. 3) OCB mediated the influence of job satisfaction on employee performance of RSI Aisyiyah Malang.   Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior
