 Handling the problem of waste in the city of Pangkapinang as the Capital of the Province of Bangka Belitung is currently experiencing obstacles difficult to find landfill that is suitable for needs. Landfill landfill must meet several criteria related to tools, land, government administration, residents, and infrastructure. In addition to multi criteria, choosing a landfill also has multiple alternatives, namely the expansion of Trench Six as the initial landfill, and several villages located on the border of Pangkalpinang City, Namang Village, Big Puding Village, Jelutung Village, and Air Kuning Village. Based on the conditions for selecting multi-criteria and multi-alternative landfill landfill, this study was designed to analyze the decision support factors for selecting waste disposal sites for the City of Pangkalpinang using the AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process method. AHP was chosen as a research method because it was able to produce decisions by comparing pairing values between criteria and between alternatives. The results of data processing with AHP show that the highest criteria for land percentages weigh 33.5% and the chosen alternative is Namang Village with a weight of 34.3%.

Lecturer performance evaluation activities are a routine of a university in improving internal quality in a sustainable manner and improving accreditation status. University of Putra Indonesia Yptk Padang has not implemented the performance monitoring and evaluation of lecturers so far, resulting in impacts and obstacles for institutions in improving accreditation status and the difficulty for institutions in determining policies related to improving the quality of lecturers such as: further study, training and awards. In this study, a lecturer performance appraisal system will be developed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is a decision support model that will describe complex multi-factor problems or multi criteria into a hierarchy. Based on the lecturer performance appraisal system developed, it will be used to build a decision support system to get outstanding lecturers at Putra Indonesia University Yptk Padang by using the analytical hierarchy process method. The research was in the form of developing a decision support system with information on the results of lecturer performance evaluations in implementing the tri dharma of higher education. The final results of the study took the form of appropriate and accurate decision making and were more effective in evaluating the performance of outstanding lecturers.

In a company, human resource is something that must really be considered, the company must have good quality of human resources and be able to work well so that the company's sustainability can be maintained. To maintain the quality and existence of its employees, the company needs to give appreciation to its employees so that employees are motivated to work better. Employees are not motivated to work better because there is no model employee selection yet. Selecting and determining model employees requires a method or decision support system to support the selection of model employees. There are many methods that can be used to select model employees, one of which is the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. To support the selection of model employees, software that can make it easier to determine model employees is needed. The software used is Expert Choice 2000 software. The results obtained from research on the selection of model employees using the Analytical Hierarchy Process method in Go Wet Water Park are employees named Nugraha successfully selected as a model employee in the company with an overall inconsistency of 0.1.

 The rapidly technology process on globalisasion era in business world, makes the decision making is the important thing to make decision faced with the competition in business world. The decision making can be influence by a few aspect and group, which can influence the decision maker to accelerate the fast, perfectly and correctly the decision making.This software created by using Analytical Hierarchy Process method. Where this algorithm do the process of calculating to get the best decision, using the score group of calculation and compare it with each possibility count of the choosen decision. This software specially will be use to decision support in present credit to PT. BPR Batang Tarusan.From design and the testing the application of decision support system result a correct and flexible decision with all criteria which influence that decision and give a report in order to director can understand why this software choose that decision.

Human resources within a company's organization are significant to support the progress and quality of the company in achieving the goal. However, to achieve it all of these employees must have other supporting factors such as endurance, diligence, and accuracy or other skills. These factors can manage a system that can help to make decisions. One of the methods that can be used for decision support system is by using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method, this method is chosen because it can select the best alternative from a number of alternatives that is entitled to get the promotion and value of employee performance expected by company based on criteria which are determined. The result of the implementation process can sort the alternatives from the most considerable value to the smallest value.
