Sistem computer adalah kumpulan dari elemen-elemen (hardware, software, brainware) yang saling berhubungan (terintegrasi) dan sailing berinteraksi untuk melakukan pengolahan datadengan tujuan menghasilkan informasi sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Brainware adalah istilah yang di gunakan untuk manusia yang berhubungan dengan sistem computer. Manusia merupakan satu elemen Dari computer yang merancang bagaimana suatu mesin dapat bekerja sesuai dengan haasil yang diinginkan. Tingkat brainware terdiri atas sistem analyst, programmer, administrator, dan operator. Bagian-bagian brainware terdiri atas operator computer, teknisi, trainer, konsultan, project manager, programmer grapic designer, spesialis jaringan, database administrator, dan system analisis. Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan modal dasar dalam proses pembangunan. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas dengan diadakan pendekatan seperti adanya pelatihan atau kursus computer, seminar internasional, workshop. The current study suggests a different and innovative view by testing a unique combination of variables, which are unproven in a single model for the purpose of increasing the ratio of sustainable projects. The project manager can use the model to look their projects and can compose necessary changes for better outcomes. The study objects to postulate the competence breach of project managers with regard to sustainability, and to deliver direction that how to fulfill the research gap. The given work is centered on the result of project supervisor soft capabilities on project sustainability mediated by innovation. To achieve this aim, deductive approach was adopted. The sample size of the study was 242 respondents, and data were collected from software houses. The collected data were then analyzed by doing the structural equation modeling in PLS-SEM in order to examine the relationships. The outcomes demonstrate positive impact of project manager soft competences on project sustainability and mediating impact of innovation among the relationship of project manager soft competences and project sustainability. Innovation is directly linked to project sustainable development, and was accepted, which aligns with the previous studies. This research reflects the role of project manager soft competences on innovation and project sustainability. The study is unique in its scope and implications as the focus is upon empirical investigation of the project manager soft competences and project sustainability in the context of Pakistan.

The quantity for the project is expanding crosswise over numerous divisions and the related difficulties are substantial. Utilizing a field study, we aim to see how project success can be achieved through project manager motivation by having trust and knowledge sharing among employees inside an organization. Furthermore, we propose a research model that shows the relationship between project manager motivation on project success. In view of gathering data, 400 questionnaires were distributed among workers of the telecommunication sector of Pakistan. Where 16 questionnaires were not filled properly and excluded from the studies. 384 questionnaires were analyzed. Furthermore, the outcome of the gathered data is Analyzed from Smart PLS and shows the positive impact of project managers motivation over project success by sharing knowledge and trust with each other.

Abstract: Education is an important part of the national development process that will determine the progress of a country. Education is also an investment in the construction and development of human resources, with the improvement in skills and capabilities that believed to be a contributing factor in the human attempts to influence life that filled with uncertainty. This study intends to determine the effect of leadership style to the performance of teachers and staffs in SD Islam Tompokersan and SD Islam Al Ikhlas Lumajang, with the motivation and discipline of work as intervening variables. The analytical method used in this research is the empirical analysis with a quantitative approach with the method of Path analysis. The results showed leadership style has negative effect on motivation, leadership style does not affect the discipline of teachers and staffs, motivation significant has positive effect on the performance of teachers and staffs, disciplinary significant has positive effect on the performance of teachers and staffs in SD Islam Tompokersan and SD Al Ikhlas Lumajang, and leadership style does not significantly influence the performance of teachers and staffs, it demonstrates leadership style does not has a linear relationship to the performance of teachers and staffs in SD Islam Tompokersan and SD Al Ikhlas Lumajang.Keywords: Style of school leadership, motivation, work discipline, teacher performance.

The question of project manager competencies and especially in social projects is a key issue for social organizations seeking to progress and achieve success. If the manager has an important role to play with regard to the social organization, he’s however dependent on his behavioral, professional and personal capacities. The purpose of this paper is to show, on the basis of a quantitative study carried out among 120 managers of social projects in cooperatives located in the city of Agadir (Morocco), that the success of projects is conditioned by the leadership skills. Consequently, factors related to behavioral skills such as Solidarity; Involvement; Patience; Creativity; Empathy; Motivation; Trust; Commitment; Self-esteem; Transparency; Self-control; Discipline and other factors related to professional characteristics and personal characteristics of project managers prove a positive and significant relationship with the criterion of success studied.
