Abstract: Education is an important part of the national development process that will determine the progress of a country. Education is also an investment in the construction and development of human resources, with the improvement in skills and capabilities that believed to be a contributing factor in the human attempts to influence life that filled with uncertainty. This study intends to determine the effect of leadership style to the performance of teachers and staffs in SD Islam Tompokersan and SD Islam Al Ikhlas Lumajang, with the motivation and discipline of work as intervening variables. The analytical method used in this research is the empirical analysis with a quantitative approach with the method of Path analysis. The results showed leadership style has negative effect on motivation, leadership style does not affect the discipline of teachers and staffs, motivation significant has positive effect on the performance of teachers and staffs, disciplinary significant has positive effect on the performance of teachers and staffs in SD Islam Tompokersan and SD Al Ikhlas Lumajang, and leadership style does not significantly influence the performance of teachers and staffs, it demonstrates leadership style does not has a linear relationship to the performance of teachers and staffs in SD Islam Tompokersan and SD Al Ikhlas Lumajang.Keywords: Style of school leadership, motivation, work discipline, teacher performance.

The economic development in Indonesia from period to period until now is increasing because Indonesia is very rich with natural and human resources, only quality human resources need to improve their quality in order to be able to develop better economy in the future, however unemployment and poverty rate of Indonesia is still high compared to some other countries in the world, therefore it is necessary jointly between individual society, private and the government has maximum efforts to reduce unemployment and poverty in Indonesia, by increasing the growth of gross domestic product (GDP) contribution by business field can reduce poverty level in Indonesia. The result of multiple regression analysis shows that the contribution of GDP according to business field can decrease poverty level in Indonesia. This condition indicates that agriculture, forestry, fishery sector has a negative effect on poverty rate in Indonesia which means any decrease in agriculture, forestry, fishery by one unit affect the decrease of poverty level of 0.203 at constant -7,70, while the other three factors mining and quarrying, processing industry factor and trade factor have a positive effect on poverty level which means that every increase of one unit leads to a significant increase in poverty not yet able to reduce poverty level but has significant influence on all variables to poverty level in Indonesia. The results of multiple correlation coefficient analysis indicate that from each sector, agriculture, forestry, mining fishery, excavation, processing industry and trade are very strong together that is equal to 97,70%, besides coefficient value of determination equal to 0,96% whereas the remaining 4% of the poverty rate is influenced by other factors

This study aims to determine the Effect of Technology Readiness, Human Resources, Complexity, Security and Confidentiality on Individual Taxpayers in using e-filing (Case Study of Individual Taxpayers in South Badung KPP). This research was conducted at the KPP Pratama Selatan Badung. The population number that will be examined in this research in 2017 is 115,324 taxpayers, while the number of samples taken is 100 taxpayers, with the nonprobability sampling method and purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that the readiness of technology, human resources, security and confidentiality has a positive effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing, while the complexity has a negative effect on the interest of individual taxpayers in using e-filing. This research aimed to describe organizational cultural and style of leadership, analyzing organizational culture pursuant to style of leadership, analyzing organizational cultural influence to performance of lecture, and analyzing the direct and indirect influence of leadership style to the Private University lecturers’ performance. In taking the sample it uses multi stages of sampling with amount of sample as much 280 lectures. Data collecting uses questioner, interview and detection of relevant document; while analysis of data uses descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results of research indicate that: style of authority leadership have a negativity effect and significant to organizational culture; style of democratic leadership and laissez faire have positive effect and significant to organizational culture; style of democratic and authoritarian leadership have a positive effect and significant to the lecturers’ performance; style of leadership laissez faire have a negative effect and significant to the lecturers’ performance; organizational cultural have a positive effect and significant to the lecturers’ performance; leadership authority and democratic style indirectly influence positively and significant to the lecturers’ performance; and leadership style of laissez faire indirectly negatively influences the lecturers’ performance.

This study aims to study the effect of commitment, leadership style, reward, punishment and quality of human resources on performance-based budgeting (performancebased budgeting) in the Jember Regency Government in 2019. Data processing methods use multiple analysis with the help of SPSS analysis tool version 21. Research results demonstrate accounting commitment, leadership style, reward, punishment and quality of human resources for performance-based budgeting. Partially, commitment accounting, leadership style, punishment and quality of human resources are not related to performance-based budgeting, while awards have a significant and positive effect on performance-based budgeting.

Human resources play a very important as human as the wheels of all companyactivities. Efforts to improve the performance of the system conducted well-definedleadership and motivation to improve employee morale. This study aims to examine andanalyze the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on the performanceof employees of PT. Media Nusantara Informasi Jawa Timur Bureau. Data were collectedused survey through questionnaires and carried out at 50 employees of PT. MNI Bureau ofJawa Timur. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 17. The technique used ispurposive sampling and testing techniques of data used in this study include testing thevalidity of the factors, testing reliability analysis with Cronbach's alpha. Analysis of dataused multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypotheses. Theanalysis showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employeeperformance and work motivation positive effect on employee performance.Keyword: Transformational leadership, motivation to work, performance of employees.

Human resources (HR) is the only important organizational asset that can drive other resources. Human resources can affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization (Simamora, 2006). Secondary data in this research are: Data obtained from the management of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri in the form of data turnover. Population in this research is employees of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Semarang, Jl. Pandanaran no. 90 a total of 137 employees. The method of collecting primary data is done by using documentation technique. Role conflict has a significant effect on the intention to quit. It is concluded that the greater the role conflict increases the intention to quit. The result of hypothesis 2 testing showing the role conflict has a positive effect on intention to quit is accepted, where high conflict can increase the intention to exit.Organizational support has a significant positive effect on commitment. It is concluded that the greater the support the organization increases its commitment. Organizational support has a significant negative impact on intention to quit. It is concluded that greater organizational support decreases the intention to quit. Commitment has a significant negative effect on intention to quit. It is concluded that the stronger the commitment can decrease the intention to quit.

This research objectives is determine whether the audit committee's expertise and the numbers of independent commissioners affect the quality of earnings through earnings management as an intervening variable. Earnings management model using the Modified Jones and earnings quality variables use accrual quality indicators. The study’s population are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2018. The sample of this study selected using purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that audit committee expertise has an insignificant negative effect on earnings management and earnings quality, the number of independent commissioners has a significant negative effect on earnings management and has a positive effect on earnings quality. While earnings management has an insignificant positive effect on earnings quality. Therefore, earnings management does not mediate the impact between audit committee expertise and number of independent commissioners on earnings quality as intervening variables.

Human resources are an important role in the company's success in achieving its goals. without human resources, the company's goals will certainly not be achieved. employee turnover problems that will certainly be faced by every company. if the number of employee turnovers is high, of course this should be concern to the company so as not to hinder the achievement of company goals.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training satisfaction, work involvement and turnover intention at PT. XYZ Private Construction Company. This research was conducted to employees at PT. XYZ. The sampling method uses Purposive Sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 59 respondents. And this type of research is quantitative and uses analytical methods with the SmartPLS 3.0 program.The results showed that training satisfaction did not have a negative effect on turnover intention. Training satisfaction has a positive effect on work involvement. Work involvement has a negative influence on turnover intention. and there is a negative influence on job involvement mediating between training satisfaction and turnover intention.

High rate of turnover leads to adverse effect to an organization. Such problem is likely generating instability and uncertainty towards employment condition and human resources cost rise in forms of training invested to them, recruitment and newly built training programs. High turnover, in addition, also results in organizational ineffectiveness because it loses experienced employees as well as spends much times in training new, inexperienced employees. This study aims to analyze the effect of salary satisfaction, work satisfaction and organizational commitment on withdrawal intention and to analyze the most affective variable on withdrawal intention. There are 115 respondents for the samples and data analysis during the research is held by using SEM and AMOS 5 program. According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: work satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment (CR = 6.052); salary satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover (CR = -4.306); job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover (CR = -4.846); and organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover (CR = -2.822).
