Power of attorney and lawsuit are two things that are inseparable when an Advocate carries out his profession to defend the legal interests of his client, especially in civil cases in court, so it can be said that these two things are the heart of handling civil cases that an Advocate must really understand. In formulating a power of attorney and a lawsuit an Advocate is required to understand the formal and material laws of the case he is handling, in addition to that Advocates are required to understand the legal construction of the case being handled by an Advocate, without understanding the above it is very difficult to narrate the minutes of the power of attorney and lawsuit in the said case. Understanding in formulating a power of attorney and lawsuit is the basic capital of a prospective Advocate before carrying out the Advocate profession, so that the Advocate Organization makes this an object of examination for prospective Advocates in the Advocate Professional Exam to assess whether the prospective Advocate is eligible to be appointed as an Advocate being appointed as an Advocate by the Advocate Organization but unable to formulate a power of attorney and lawsuit, of course this is very detrimental to the justice-seeking community in general.

This chapter considers the egalitarian proposal of enforcing a right to unconditional cash. It discusses when the payment should be made—in a lump sum at the beginning of individuals’ adult lives (as proponents of the basic capital grant argue), or in regular installments throughout people’s adult lives (as proponents of the basic income guarantee argue). Drawing on the previously developed temporal framework, the chapter provides an original account of the values underpinning the policies. A number of claims found throughout the literature are systematized and novel arguments are added along the way. The chapter concludes both that the debate between the two policy proposals is best described as a conflict about the temporality of justice and proposes that basic income be the baseline of egalitarian unconditional cash policies. Recognizing the diachronic power of basic capital, though, the chapter ends with an original version of basic income that incorporates a baby bond.

Entering the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, the order of life refers to the world of the digital industry, as well as the fields of Science and the Environment. The industrial revolution 4.0 requires each individual to run fast to develop literacy skills in technology, data and human resources. These three things become the basic capital in developing various self-competencies for each individual. The development and progress of Science and the Environment today cannot be separated from the mastery of these three literacies. The development of Science and the Environment that is not balanced with the foundation of the nation's fundamental foundation, will in fact contribute more to negative than positive influences. Misuse of Science and the Environment will threaten the existence of human life in the future. Therefore, weapons are needed to ward off various negative possibilities for the development of Science and the environment, one of which is Pancasila. Pancasila powers are not only limited to being the basis of the state, guidelines for life, and unifying the Indonesian nation, but also as a guiding star in all aspects of life, including the development of Science and the Environment. The basic values contained in Pancasila must serve as basic guidelines in the development of Science and the Environment. Pancasila is used as the basis for the development of Science and the Environment and is expected to have a broad impact on the benefit of the life of the Indonesian nation. Science and the Environment may develop and advance, but must be balanced with maintaining and implementing the noble values of the nation's ideology in all aspects of the life of the nation and state.

Remaja Mesjid Himpunan Muda Mudi Islam Akbaar (HIMMIA) in Medan Helvetia District consists of several youths who have the ability and skills. However, the development and fostering of an entrepreneurial spirit is still not optimal because the level of education of most of the target audience is high school graduates who rarely or may never receive entrepreneurship knowledge and education. Many potential creative ideas for running a business have not been explored optimally. For this reason, it requires entrepreneurial knowledge and skills that have been initiated from a young age so that it can increase entrepreneurial skills which become the basic capital for someone who wants to be engaged in certain business fields. Entrepreneurial ability is not due to the talent factor, but will also arise and be felt through entrepreneurial experiences and trainings. Therefore, it is important to do counseling about entrepreneurship among the young generation of the HIMMIA Mosque, Medan Helvetia Subdistrict, so that their orientation is no longer as job seekers, but as job creators.
