The dielectric optical antenna operating band is used to enhance bandwidth of operation band. The dielectric resonator antenna has high permittivity. The capabilities of antenna depend on made-up materials. Antenna range plays very important role for transmission of radio-signals. The properties of antenna play very important role in any technical or communicational devices. Current communication system requires high level portable communicational devices. Nanoantenna has high level configurable conductor power to help to change specific feature. Optical antenna has great capability to connect one network another network . The specific feature of optical antenna moving around development of our life to give convenient life. Only advanced generation technology has power to change our simple life to advanced technological life. In this research paper we have introduced new technical idea to develop our brain to gain high level efficiency to controlled our system with helps of antenna full usability for human being .The antenna characteristics depends on permittivity , dimension, properties limiting factors, geometrical properties, shape, model, wavelength scale and intensity of antenna aperture wavelength, which incident radiation relates to its design . In this paper we apply maxwell equations for free space propagation, as well as solve its amplitude of phase future plasmonic integrated circuits will be capable to extremely high range data processing at optical domain, the optical frequencies will be controlled by efficient optical emission of plasmonic antenna. In this project the new concept of microwave range arrays is applied to convert plasmonic optical antenna array, with nano-coupled plasmonic wave guide, as a spatial filter to absorb a specific wave length at particular specified incident angle. Nanoantenna transmits optical signals on nanometre scale. Optical nanoantenna are expected to radiate in THZ or GHZ frequency range. Optical DRA antenna has very unique and key application for such types of device based configuration .The optical DRA –antenna has unique spectral ability to optimize as well as design in nanometre scale.

A new method of electricity generation based on Pathor Kuchi (Genus:Kalanchoe,Section:Bryophyllum) Leaf has been designed and developed at the Department of Physics, Jagannath University,Dhaka- 1100,Bangladesh.For accurate sizing of Television and Radio PKL electric modules are necessary to optimize the module size for operation. It was realized that a vast majority of rural households in Bangladesh were left unelectrified by conventional gas based electricity. The field performance studies of the technical aspects, the projected specific capital cost and the average daily generation and efficiency of the PKL module have been found for both Radio and TV from collected data. Attempts have been made to correlate certain measurable parameters with anticipated performance of the PKL system. Chemical, physical and mechanical properties of the PKL, Short Circuit Current (ISC), Open Circuit Voltage (VOC),Temperature effect of the PKL malt, pH of the PKL malt, Titratable acidity of the PKL malt, Generation of PKL electricity, Storage system of the PKL electricity, Practical utilization of PKL electricity use in Load(Television and Radio), Classification of PKL, Longevity of the PKL malt for PKL electricity generation, Preparation of PKL electric unit cell, module, panel, arrays and the constituent elements of the PKL have been studied. In experimental study, it is shown that ,the pH of the PKL malt is ≈ 4.6 (without water), pH of the PKL malt is ≈ 4.8(with 10% solution), the titratable acidity of the PKL malt is ≈ 0.88% and the constituent elements/ ions of the PKL malt is Fe++ and Cl-. Most of the results have been tabulated and graphically discussed.

For the purposes of Wi-Fi applications, the objective of this Rectangular Micro-Strip Patch antenna design. The aim of this research paper is to design, simulate, test and analyses a new form of rectangular micro-stip patch antenna with both RT Duroid and two-feed line substrates. The proposed model consists of the Linear Polarization Moment Process. The latest concept analytical analysis is simulation using the HFSS tool and the ZNB20 vector network analyzer (VNA) is used for experimental validation.

The quantity for the project is expanding crosswise over numerous divisions and the related difficulties are substantial. Utilizing a field study, we aim to see how project success can be achieved through project manager motivation by having trust and knowledge sharing among employees inside an organization. Furthermore, we propose a research model that shows the relationship between project manager motivation on project success. In view of gathering data, 400 questionnaires were distributed among workers of the telecommunication sector of Pakistan. Where 16 questionnaires were not filled properly and excluded from the studies. 384 questionnaires were analyzed. Furthermore, the outcome of the gathered data is Analyzed from Smart PLS and shows the positive impact of project managers motivation over project success by sharing knowledge and trust with each other.

Corporate social responsibility emerges as a new business strategy to helps industry to build socially acceptable images for the public. It is a thoughtful practice to give back to the society. Today, CSR has become an important part of every business. People expect a company not only act socially responsible towards his stockholders but also towards the entire society in which the company operates. However, it describes how business economic criteria, like making merchandise and profits, to accomplish both social and environmental goals. It also contributes towards sustainable economic development in which the firm itself operating and also its employs and their family members.

The cultural differences between China and foreign countries have made schools show great differences in the cultivation of students’ learning methods. In China, flooding teaching is common, which has achieved a large amount of knowledge output, but it has not been able to guarantee the effect of knowledge instillation. In American colleges and universities, it is more open education, combining conscious education and learning with task-based education to meet the real needs of people in society, while service learning comes from traditional teaching methods, such as experiential learning. It became popular at the end of the 9th century and the beginning of the 20th century. Nevertheless, the combination of service learning and school curricula is still a fairly new concept, which only began to appear in the 1870s. At present, China is also introducing advanced foreign teaching methods to improve some of the domestic teaching drawbacks.

Wi-Fi and Li-Fi are two modern era technologies that are used for data communication. Wi-Fi stands for Wireless Fidelity and Li-Fi stands for Light Fidelity. Wi-Fi uses radio frequency (RF) waves to for transmission of data, on the other hand Li-Fi uses light signals or visible light for data communication. Li-Fi provides transmission of data through illumination by sending data through an LED light bulb. Wi-Fi and Li-Fi technology is used in the various applications of daily life. Both the technologies differ in their properties, architecture, and working. Li-Fi is based on the IEEE 802.11ad standard and uses VLC for data communication while Wi-Fi uses the IEEE standard 802.11 on different devices like routers to transmit data. The objective of this research work is to highlight security prospective of these both technologies; various attacks which can occur and their counter measure as well as misconceptions related to both Wi-Fi vs. Li-Fi is presented in this research paper. Wi-Fi is widely implemented in many major and minor fields of life and the capacity it is providing is accessed. Li-fi, on the end hand, is a means of an opportunity to further develop the efficiency and use of data and to provide resources that are required for the future needs.

This paper is about the various limitations of the novel Li-Fi technology and perhaps those which have an adverse impact on its security and efficiency. Line of sight has been one of the major barriers for VLC based technology which causes eminent hindrance in the widen applicability of the technology. Li-Fi is a non-Line of Sight alternative which does not merely confine its limits or depreciates its efficiency; in fact, it makes it an ineffective option for the LoS based scenarios. This paper will discuss the hybrid approach to wireless solutions in an effort to address the said impediments. This paper also discusses the methods to minimize the lope holes which jeopardize the gains associated with the non Line of sight (NLoS) nature of the light propagation and explains ways to control eavesdropping.
