Promotion is a marketing activity carried out by the company (school) to introduce to the public (community) about the products they have. This study aims to determine the promotion strategy through the marketing mix of educational services at the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Blitar Regency, which is a broad unified plan for the long term and is integrated with all available resources and connects strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources were selected purposively and snowball sampling. The research data was collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out with qualitative analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation techniques, namely data triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the research conducted by the authors show that the promotion carried out by the Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Blitar Regency has been carried out well. The implementation of the promotion strategy through the 7P mix (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process) went quite well even though there was no planning and special program for each promotional mix activity carried out.

Madrasah Diniyah is a non-formal Islamic educational institution. To become a pend institution. Islam requires high seriousness and motivation, high seriousness and motivation so that the goals and expectations of Madrasah Diniyah are achieved. Madrasas must continue to be an inspiration and motivation in minimizing the current moral crisis by instilling good morals in students through Islamic religious learning. This research is classified as a descriptive qualitative research conducted at Madrasah Diniyah Babus Salam Blingoh Donorojo Jepara. The purpose of this study was to find out how to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Diniyah Babus Salam. While the method of data collection using the method of observation and interviews. From the results of the study, it can be said that in improving the quality of Madrasah Diniyah education there are three elements, namely input, process, and output, but in its realization there are many obstacles in improving the quality of education in the field, namely social and economic problems.

This article is intended to capture the extent to which PAI teachers are prepared to implement the 2013 Curriculum at the SMA and SMK levels in Sidoarjo. Readiness is seen from the planning, process, and assessment. This research is a qualitative research with interview data collection technique, observation and documentation study. The main data sources in this study were PAI teachers at SMAN 3 and SMK Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo. The results showed that in general the readiness of PAI teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo and SMK Antarctica 1 Sidoarjo was good, starting from aspects of planning, implementation and assessment of learning. However, a number of obstacles were found, namely in the aspect of learning planning including the lack of understanding of PAI teachers about the 2013 curriculum; in the aspects of the implementation of learning including not being able to apply the scientific approach to the maximum; on aspects of learning assessment including the number of instruments and assessment formats that must be prepared.

The purpose of this study is to answer the pandemic problem in MTsN 9 Jombang.With the help of data packages from the Ministry of Education to students and teachers, regulations related to online learning obligations are helped even though media problems and creative limitations in applying media are still haunting, young teachers who are creative in applying media are the potential of MTsN 9 Jombang.Especially in Arabic subjects that allow teachers to use learning video media to make the learning process easier.This research method uses development research which is usually abbreviated to R&D.This study adopted a model developed by Borg and Gall and the development procedures in this study include several stages (1) of potential and problem analysis, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design improvement, (6) product trials, (7) product revisions.The study was declared worthy with a percentage of eligibility from material experts of 74.05% and media experts of 77.14% with excellent student response with a percentage of 82.04%.

The head of the madrasa is not only a manager or leader, but the head of the madrasa also provides support to students so that they can take part in religious extracurricular activities in an orderly manner. As the head of the madrasa at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang who does not only carry out his duties and obligations as the head of the madrasa. However, increasing religious extracurricular activities (BTQ). The role of the madrasa principal as a manager in improving religious extracurricular activities at MTs Ar-Rahman Nglaban Jombang, focuses on religious extracurricular activities (BTQ), as well as the method used in BTQ religious extracurricular activities, namely the Iqra' method. Supporting factors for madrasah principals in increasing religious extracurricular activities are support from the school, parents, and the provision of adequate infrastructure. The inhibiting factor for the madrasah principal in increasing religious extracurricular activities is the lack of parental support, teachers who lack cooperation in religious extracurricular activities, and the students themselves

This article aims to describe and analyze: student recruitment and development in the development of intellectual-emotional intelligence of students at MTS. Ma'arif Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik. This article uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The location of this research is MTS. Ma'arif Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik,. Data was collected using observation, structured and in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the findings is done by triangulation. Based on the process of data collection and analysis, researchers can conclude several things, namely: (1) Recruitment of new students at MTS. Ma'arif Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik,: active recruit approach with Walks-ins; new prospective students come to MTS. Ma'arif Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik, and registered, and Write-ins; prospective new students and their parents write a registration form. Implementation of Matsama: developing the cognition of new students in terms of divergent and convergent thinking skills. (2) Placement of students in MTS. Ma'arif Randegansari Driyorejo Gresik,: Abjad system; placement of learning in the classroom (intracurricular), The Dual Progress Plan Grouping; dividing students into several groups who have heterogeneous intelligence and are guided by a teacher (Self-Contained Classroom). Fingerprint system; placement of students in the development of talents and interests (extracurricular). (3) Student development in the development of intellectual-emotional intelligence: (a) intracurricular; learning in the classroom, (b) extracurricular; olympiad tutoring quark science, mathematics, English, tahfidz, scouts, guidance programs, discipline, reflection, and muhasabah.

As social beings, humans always communicate. The communication made by the head of the department is a strategy in managing the course of the organization so that it runs as expected. Various impacts will arise if in an organization, including education, when there is miscommunication, including errors in decision making, the interruption does not reach the communicant, and there is no feedback. This research method uses qualitative types and data is obtained through interviews. The results of the study were (1) the communication pattern used by the head of the Department of Islamic Education Management at FITK UIN Sunan Kalijaga was a non-formal form. (2) Constraints in communication usually occur misunderstandings from both the communicator and the communicant, because it does not fit the situation and conditions. (3) Establishing communication with MPI throughout Indonesia through an organization called the MPI Study Program Communication Forum (FKPS MPI) and the Islamic Education Management Study Program Association (PPMPI).

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program Policy or Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) in the area of ??the Ministry of Religion, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation with informants, namely application managers to verify the Smart Indonesia Program. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) carried out at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sidoarjo Regency was running well so that it could verify student data data to get financial assistance. Students who have registered at educational institutions with KIP, KKS, PKH, as well as parents who have been laid off. This program aims to help parents who are vulnerable to poverty in order to get a good education and prevent dropouts. Every year the funds are disbursed in registered student accounts.

In order to obtain maximum learning outcomes, students must have persistence in learning and be able to manage time in learning. Good time management (regulation) will produce something good too, such as learning outcomes that match expectations. This research is a descriptive correlational study using a quantitative approach. Using numerial or numeric data analysis. The data collection method is a questionnaire (questionnaire) and observation. The subjects of this study were all students with a population of 30 students. The data analysis used is simple linear regression analysis. This study aims to determine the effect of time management on student learning outcomes in the subject of fiqh at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang Diwek Jombang. The results of this study indicate (1) the time management of students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang. Diwek Jombang was declared good with a percentage of 43.33%, (2) The learning outcomes of students in fiqh subjects at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang Diwek Jombang were stated to be quite good with a percentage of 60%, (3) There was a significant influence between time management on The learning outcomes of students in the subject of fiqh at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-As'Ad Brambang Diwek Jombang with a value of 0.019 are smaller than the probability value of 0.05.

KThe head of a madrasa is a person who leads an educational institution where one of the duties is a Motivator. The results showed that: The principal of madrasah increased teacher motivation. Namely a) Motivating morale through providing good infrastructure in accordance with the capabilities of the madrasah and holding general recitation, b) Creating togetherness between teachers and friends. c) Disciplinary fostering, this is done through meetings or deliberations with teachers and employees. d) Giving awards this is done through giving praise and giving gifts or rewards to teachers who are considered to have achievements. e) Creating security in the environment. f) Building active and creative working groups. g) Developing the teaching profession. The inhibiting factor arises from the existence of personal problems in terms of personality such as from the side of his family, the learning that comes in the morning and those that enter the afternoon, must know the ability of each teacher so that when giving assignments according to their abilities, each person's behavior is different so they must also respond in different ways. , the morale of the teachers is sometimes great, sometimes it also decreases. The supporting factors are: Always motivating and motivating each other, providing facilities, and understanding the differences in the character of each teacher.
