This article describes the administration of special services. The teaching and learning process requires the support of facilities that are not directly used in the classroom. Facilities that do not directly include school libraries, school cooperatives, school health businesses and school cafeterias. Management of special services in schools is effective and efficient School Based Management (SBM). School is one of the facilities that can be used to improve the quality of Indonesia's population. Schools not only have responsibilities and duties to carry out the learning process in developing science and technology, but must maintain and improve students' physical and spiritual health.Special service management in schools is basically defined and organized to facilitate or facilitate learning, and can meet the special needs of students at school. Teacher professionalism is an important component that can determine success in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. In an effort to improve teacher professional competence there are several programs that can be done, one of them is by empowering Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) for PAI teachers. MGMP is an opportunity for teachers to be able to develop themselves and innovate in developing the quality of learning in the classroom. This research is a literature review that aims to understand MGMP management as an effort to improve the professional competence of PAI teachers. The results of this study are MGMP requires planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring so that the objectives of the MGMP programs can contribute positively to the development of professional competencies for PAI teachers.

The quality of teaching and learning process is strongly influenced by the quality of teacher performance. To improve the ability to carry out the learning process, attention is needed from the person in charge of the education system continuously. Supervision can be carried out through techniques 1) Class visits, 2) School visits, 3) Sudden exams, 4) Case conferences, 5) Document observations, 6) Interviews, 7) Questionnaire, 8) Reports. Teaching supervision is a professional job, which requires requirements as befits the other professional work. The job of a supervisor is to help, encourage, and give the teacher confidence that the teaching-learning process can and must be improved. Supervision activities are carried out through various processes of teaching problem solving and aim to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching-learning process. Supervision is assistance to teachers in improving the teaching-learning situation, educational supervision includes supervision of teaching and its supporting components. Teaching supervision is an activity that is directly related to teaching but not directly with students. Supervision activities carried out through various processes of teaching problem solving.

Curriculum as a set of materials that become student learning guidelines systematically arranged to achieve certain educational goals. The curriculum is also recognized as an effort to improve the progress of a better teaching and learning process. To achieve that goal, curriculum administration is needed to support it. Curriculum administration is administration with a scope that refers to the success of the teaching and learning process for achieving educational goals. Through research using the systematic literature review method (collecting literature from various sources related to curriculum administration concepts), it can be concluded that the administration of curriculum and curriculum in education cannot be separated from each other. The curriculum that is implemented without a good and reliable curriculum administration will not achieve the expected educational goals.
