Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest population in the world. Nearly 85% of Indonesia's population  is Muslim. One of the problems faced by the majority of the Indonesian population, especially those who are  Muslim, is the problem of the distribution of inheritance rights. Many Muslims no longer use the inheritance distribution system according to Islamic Shari'a due to the lack of heirs and lack of knowledge about the distribution of inheritance rights according to Islam so that inheritance issues are often a trigger for disputes that lead to flattening family relations. On the other hand, currently the technology that is developing rapidly is Android technology. Almost everyone has an Android-based mobile phone. Android itself is an operating system that runs on smartphones and adjusts specifications from low-end to high-end classes. Almost all vendors are currently developing their products with the Android operating system because the demand is increasing sharply. Based on the problems and conditions above, an expert system application for the distribution of inheritance based on Islamic law based on Android was made with the forward chaining method, which can help solve the problems faced by the community above

Abstract Objective This research aimed to developing customized pedicle screw based on Indonesian vertebral anatomy and compare the insertion time, pull-out strength, and screw-media interface area of different screw design. We have developed 3 different types of pedicle screws (v-thread cylinder-core, square-thread cylinder-core and square-thread conical-core). The thread diameter was calculated from pedicle width of Indonesian population (6 mm). We used commercially available pedicle screw as control group (6.2 mm). Result The insertion time were significantly difference between v-thread cylinder-core pedicle screw (22.94 s) with commercially available pedicle screw (15.86 s) (p < 0.05). The pull-out strength was significantly difference between commercially available pedicle screw (408.60 N) with square-thread conical pedicle screw (836.60 N) (p < 0.05). The square-thread conical-core group have the highest interface area (1486.21 mm2). The data comparison showed that the square-thread conical-core customized pedicle screw group has comparable insertion time and has better pull-out strength than commercially available pedicle screw.

AbstractThe increase in the number of Indonesians Muslim population, sharia shares and the growth of sharia capital market assets are inversely proportional to the level of Islamic financial literacy and the Islamic capital market of the Indonesian population which is still very low than conventional based on the 2019 National Survey of Financial Literacy and Inclusion. This research aims to investigate the influence of Islamic financial literacy, perception of return, and motivation on investment interest in the Islamic capital market. The research method is quantitative with a sample of 150 Jabodetabek people who know about the Islamic capital market. Data was collected by questionnaire through google form. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results of the research found that simultaneously there is an influence between Islamic financial literacy, perception of return, and motivation on investment interest. Partially, perception of return and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while Islamic financial literacy has no effect on investment interest. The results of the coefficient of determination test explained that the three independent variables influenced investment interest as much as 22%, the remaining 78% was the influence of independent variables outside the modelAbstrak Peningkatan jumlah penduduk muslim Indonesia dan jumlah saham syariah serta pertumbuhan aset pasar modal syariah berbanding terbalik dengan tingkat literasi keuangan syariah dan pasar modal syariah penduduk Indonesia yang masih sangat rendah daripada konvensional berdasarkan Survei Nasional Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan tahun 2019. Plastic is one of the most abundant pollutants in the environment. As a result of natural physical processes, large plastic waste is degraded into microsized particles (<5 mm) called microplastics. Because of their size, abundance, and durability, microplastics are widely distributed in the environment, contaminating food and water intended for human consumption. The extent of microplastic contamination in the human body is still unclear because there are few studies concerning microplastic contamination in human specimens and, in most studies, data were collected from city dwellers. Despite having the fourth largest population and being the fourth largest plastic waste producer in the world and second largest plastic polluter in the ocean, there are currently no data with respect to microplastic exposure for the Indonesian population. Several studies have reported on microplastic contamination in seafood and freshwater organisms from Indonesia, and it is likely that microplastics have contaminated the gastrointestinal tracts of Indonesians. Using Raman spectroscopy, we detected microplastic contamination in 7 out of 11 analyzed stool samples collected from a farming community in the highland village of Pacet, East Java, Indonesia. Polypropylene (PP) was the most abundant and prevalent type of microplastic observed, and it was found in four of the positive samples with an average concentration of 10.19 microgram per gram of feces (µg/g). Microplastics were also detected at high concentrations in tempeh (soybean cake, a staple protein source for Indonesians), table salts, and toothpaste, which were regularly consumed and used by the study participants. PP was particularly high in table salts (2.6 µg/g) and toothpaste (15.42 µg/g), suggesting that these products might contribute to the gastrointestinal contamination in the studied population. This pilot study indicated microplastic contamination in the rural Indonesian population and in their daily consumables, demonstrating the far-reaching extent of microplastic pollution beyond urban areas.

Objective: In Indonesia, 45% of the total penile cancer cases are concentrated in Bali province, where penile cancer is ranked as the most common cancer during 2013. However, the incidences of penile cancer in Bali and other provinces in Indonesia are still unknown. The purpose of this study is to determine the age-standardized incidence rate (ASR), age-specific incidence rate (AR), and crude rate incidence (CRI) of penile cancer in Bali and other provinces in Indonesia. Methods: The data were obtained from 11 provinces in Indonesia over a period of 10 years (2004-2013). The samples were 1032 new cases of penile cancer collected manually from the registry. ASR, AR, and CRI were calculated based on the number of new penile cancer cases per 100,000 men in a given province. Indonesian population standard was used to calculate the age-standardized incidence rate. Result: There were variations on ASR, AR, and CRI for penile cancer in Indonesia. We found that the average CRI in Indonesia is 0.1 per 100,000 men. The incidence is found to be higher in Bali compared to other provinces. The average ASR in Bali is 2.1 per 100,000 men, CRI is 2.5 per 100,000 men, and the peak of AR being 12.9 per 100,000 men in the age group of 55-64 years old. The incidence of penile cancer is found to increase with age. In Bali, the peak incidence is in the 6th and 7th decades of life. The ASR and CRI of penile cancer in other provinces were less than 1 per 100,000 males. Conclusion:  The highest incidence of penile cancer is found in the Bali province compared to other provinces in Indonesia. This problem requires more serious attention and further research to identify the risk factors.

ABSTRACKIndonesia ranks fourth in the world out of 15 countries whose manufacturing industries contribute more than 10% to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Nowadays, one of the consequences of the rapid development of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia is related to work productivity. Each person's work productivity is not the same, one of them depends on the availability of nutrients in the body. Lack of nutritional consumption for someone from standard needs will affect health conditions, activities, and work productivity. Nutritional substances in workers also affect fitness in addition to other factors such as age, health status, nutritional status, nutritional status, gender, and psychological conditions. Based on the description above, it is necessary to study the relationship between nutritional status and physical fitness of workers in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The study was cross sectional on 120 workers from 6 manufacturing companies in Indonesia which was conducted using cluster sampling. Assessment of individual characteristics was conducted by direct interview. Assessment of nutritional intake uses the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) and the results were categorized as appropriate and inappropriate based on the 2019 nutritional adequacy figure for the Indonesian population. The fitness assessment (physical capacity) used a six-minute walking test by an occupational specialist and was converted to Meters and categorized with a cut off of 4.5 Mets to be sufficient or insufficient. About one third of manufacturing workers were centrally obese. Characteristics The dietary intake according to the recommendation were only about 10%, namely the appropriate carbohydrate intake 11.7% (Frequency 8.46 times (533.22 gr)), suitable fat 12.5% (Frequency 2.75 times (57.14 gr)), and suitable protein 10% (Frequency 6.55 times (101.77 gr)). The physical capacity of manufacturing workers in Indonesia was categorized as sufficient as much as 75.8% of their workload. Factors that affect physical capacity, namely age ≥ 40 years have 4.37 times less physical capacity and protein intake affected physical capacity / fitness for workers (p = 0.02). About a third of manufacturing workers were centrally obese. The characteristic of food intake in accordance with the recommended nutritional adequacy of the Indonesian population was only about 10%. The physical capacity of manufacturing workers in Indonesia was categorized as sufficient as much as 75.8% of their workload. Factors that affected physical capacity were age and protein intake. Keywords: Food Intake, Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), Manufacturing Worker, Fitness, Six-Minute Walking Test.
