This study aims to improve the quality of learning Islamic Religious Education and Morals. Learning Islamic Religious Education and Morals with the application of the STAD Cooperative Learning method is expected to improve student achievement as well as interest in learning subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character Education.This research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were third grade students of SDN Singasari with a total of 28 students. The results showed that efforts to improve the quality of learning PAI dan Budi Pekerti were successfull and interest in learning PAI and carácter was Good. The quality of learning can be seen in the changes in learning activities in the classroom. In cycle 1, the discusión activities were dominated by Smart students. In cycle 2, it appears that the students’ courage to ask questions and express their opinions is very large. In cycle 1, none of them received group awards, but in cycle 2 all groups received high award ( Super team ). The increase in learning achievement is indicated by the activeness of students, also indicated by classical learning mastery which rose from 7.14% to 85.20%, while the average student achievement rose from 64.67 in the first cycle to 82.37 in the second cycle.  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti dengan penerapan metode Cooperative Learning model STAD diharapkan dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa sekaligus minat belajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan 2 siklus. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III SDN Singasari dengan jumlah siswa 28 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu belajar PAI dan Budi Pekerti berhasil dengan baik dan minat belajar PAI dan budi Pekerti. Mutu pembelajaran terlihat pada perubahan kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas.Pada siklus 1 kegiatan diskusi ternyata di dominasi oleh siswa yang pandai. Pada siklus 2, tampak keberanian siswa untuk bertanya dan menyampaikan pendapatnya sangat besar.Pada siklus 1 tidak ada satupun yang mendapat penghargaan kelompok, tetapi pada siklus 2 semua kelompok mendapat penghargaan yang tinggi (Super team). Peningkatan prestasi belajar ditunjukkan dengan keaktifan siswa, juga ditunjukkan dengan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal naik dari 7,14% menjadi 85,20%, sedangkan rata-rata prestasi belajar siswa naik dari 64,67 pada siklus I menjadi 82,37 pada siklus 2

The task of the teacher is to improve the quality of learning in a systematic and controlled manner through the use of educational research. The results of interviews with the principal at SMPK Santa Clara Surabaya, have obtained information that most teachers have not been able to improve the quality of learning. Classroom Action Research (CAR) training is expected to be able to understand and apply educational research methods to help solve learning problems. The training methods include material explanation, assignment, proposal making, individual presentation, task discussion, presentation assessment and training evaluation. The results of the training evaluation conducted through the Google Form application showed that 7 participants (58.3%) stated it was sufficient, 3 participants (25%) said it was good, and 2 participants (16.7%) stated that it was very good in understanding and implementing classroom action research proposals based on training method used. The results of the assessment of the PTK proposal presentation showed a very good criterion value with details of the performance criteria of 5 people (41.6%), mastery of 3 participants (25%), quality of material 4 participants (33.3%), use of time 5 participants (41.6 %) and the ability to answer 4 participants (33.3%).

This method aims to improve the quality of learning and the participation of students who are still low in the English learning process. Solving the problem of low participation or motivation of students related to learning outcomes by applying the Total Physical Response (TPR) method. The application of this method is carried out in 2 (two) cycles. The technique of collecting data is through observation by teachers and collaborators (observers) and data analysis is carried out in a descriptive manner with the percentage technique. The level of participation or motivation of students is expressed in high, medium and low categories. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that using the Total Physivcal Response (TPR) method can increase the motivation to learn English for class XI TKRO B SMKN 2 Banjarbaru students in the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year on Recount Text material. ABSTRAKMetode ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan partisipasi peserta didik yang masih rendah dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Pemecahan masalah rendahnya partisipasi atau motivasi peserta didik yang berkaitan dengan hasil belajar dengan penerapan metode Total Physical Response(TPR). Penerapan metode ini dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 (dua) siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi oleh guru dan kolaborator (observer) dan analisis data dilakukan secara deskripsi dengan teknik persentase. Tingkat partisipasi atau motivasi peserta didik dinyatakan dengan kategori tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan metode Total Physivcal Response (TPR) dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar Bahasa Inggris peserta didik kelas XI TKRO B SMKN 2 Banjarbaru semester genap tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 pada materi Recount Text.

Successful learning is learning that can make students motivated, fun and comfortable in the teaching and learning process. Cooperative learning is one way for lecturers so that students can enjoy learning. Therefore, it is very important for lecturers to create fun and comfortable student learning without pressure. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the TPS type cooperative learning model on students' learning motivation at STIMI Meulaboh. This type of research is experimental research by applying the TPS type cooperative learning model and the results are by distributing questionnaires and observations. The results of this study are the TPS type cooperative learning model has an effect on students' learning motivation. Therefore, it can be said that the TPS type of cooperative learning model is feasible to be used in the Economics I statistics learning process in the classroom to improve students' understanding and quality of learning.

Abstract. The COVID-19 pandemic prompted schools to close in 2020, and with its negative impact on the quality of learning, the conversation shifts to the re-opening scenarios. In this study, we coupled a COVID-19 agent-based model (ABM) with social contact probabilities from pre-pandemic estimates. We then simulated school re-opening and vaccination scenarios in Quezon City, Philippines using our ABM. Our toy simulations suggest that the city could already re-open schools with 50% vaccination coverage. However, we suggest that students shall be vaccinated first, mask-wearing and physical distance shall be strictly observed, and schools shall only be re-opened by 25% as a precaution. Policymakers may take insights from the study.

This research is a school action research (PTS) which raises about how teachers can use the existing learning administration in the learning process in the classroom with the intention of increasing the quality of learning carried out in the classroom and the evaluation is carried out through the supervision of the principal in the classroom during learning. This school action research activity was carried out at SDN Kedungdoro V/310 for 3 months, starting from July to September 2021 by going through cycle stages. The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to determine the extent to which the supervision carried out by the principal followed by the provision of guidance/treatment to the target teachers can increase the competence of the low-grade teachers in preparing learning administration. In this school action research (PTS), it was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to increase the competence of low grade teachers by achieving ideal standards. In the first cycle, the increase in the competence of low-grade teachers in preparing learning administration reached about 33.33%, in the second cycle it could increase to 100%. The average score obtained after class supervision in the first cycle was 71.33 and increased in the second cycle to 83.33, meaning that there was an increase of 12 and the level of completeness as a group/classical in the first cycle reached 33.33% and in the first cycle it was 33.33%. II increased to 100%. The results of this school action research indicate that the coaching of the principal can improve the competence of low-grade teachers in preparing learning administration. ABSTRAKPenelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) yang mengangkat tentang bagaimana guru dapat menggunakan administrasi pembelajaran yang ada dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas dengan maksud dapat meningkat kualitas pembelajaran yang dilakukan di kelas dan evaluasinya dilakukan melalui kegiatan supervise kepala sekolah di kelas saat pembelajaran. Kegiatan penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilakukan di SDN Kedungdoro V/310 selama 3 bulan yaitu mulai bulan Juli sampai dengan September 2021 dengan melalui tahapan-tahapan siklus. Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah yang diikuti dengan pemberian pembinaan/perlakuan terhadap guru-guru sasaran dapat meningkatkan Kopetensi guru kelas rendah tersebut dalam menyusun administrasi pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, dari hasil tindakan yang dilakukan terbukti dapat meningkatkan Kopetensi guru kelas rendah  dengan mencapai standar ideal. Pada siklus I peningkatan Kopetensi guru kelas rendah dalam menyusun administrasi pembelajaran mencapai sekitar 33,33 % ,pada siklus II dapat meningkat menjadi 100 %. Skor rata-rata yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan supervisi kelas pada siklus I sebesar 71,33 dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 83,33, berarti ada peningkatan sebesar 12 dan tingkat ketuntasan secara kelompok/klasikal pada siklus I mencapai 33,33% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 100 %. Hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah ini menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan Kopetensi guru kelas rendah dalam menyusun administrasi pembelajaran.

<p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p>This research aims to measure expectations, gender, learning quality, and control variables on the performance of the undergraduate program of Accounting at Tangerang Municipality. The target population is 1,898 students, with 331 of them becoming the sample. The sampling technique was Disproportionate Random Sampling and used a Binary Probit Regression. The distribution of the questionnaires used a Google Form. The results showed that the expectations and quality of learning had a significant effect on improving performance. On the other hand, gender was insignificant. This study's findings contribute to universities always maintaining student expectations and the quality of learning so that graduates have good performance.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><strong><em>ABSTRAK</em></strong><em></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji harapan, gender, kualitas pembelajaran, dan variabel kontrol terhadap kinerja mahasiswa program sarjana S-1 Akuntansi di Perguruan Tinggi Kota Tangerang. Populasi sebanyak 1.898 mahasiswa dan ukuran sampel sebanyak 331 sampel. Teknik sampling adalah </em>disproportionate random sampling<em> dan menggunakan analisis </em>binary probit regression<em>. Distribusi kuesioner menggunakan google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harapan dan kualitas pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja mahasiswa, sebaliknya gender tidak signifikan. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan konstribusi kepada perguruan tinggi untuk selalu menjaga ekspektasi mahasiswa dan mutu pembelajaran agar para lulusannya memiliki kinerja yang baik.</em></p>

Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya adaptasi dalam hal mengelola proses pembelajaran tatap muka ke pembelajaran online yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa guna tetap dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Adapun kegiatan ini akan dilakukan melalui zoom meeting dengan menggunakan metode sosialisasi. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru di lingkungan SMKN 1 Karawang. Luaran pengabdian akan dipublikasikan di jurnal buana pengabdian UBP Karawang. Kata Kunci : pengelolaan pembelajaran online, pandemic. Abstract This dedication is motivated by the need for adaptation in terms of managing the face-to-face learning process to online learning carried out by teachers and students in order to keep abreast of the times and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. This activity will be carried out through a zoom meeting using the socialization method. The targets in this activity are teachers in the SMKN 1 Karawang environment. The importance of evaluating the implementation of School Based Management in providing innovative learning improvements in improving the quality of education, but the reality is that there are still elementary school educational institutions that do not know much about the benefits of implementing School-Based Management. The objectives of this study are 1) Determine the implementation of School-Based Management in improving the quality of learning; 2) Determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of School-Based Management in improving the quality of learning. Methods: The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The research data collection method was carried out by observation, interviews, and documents. Analysis of research data was carried out by presenting data, reducing, and drawing conclusions. The research location was conducted at one of the elementary schools in Bekasi City. Results: This study showed that 1) The implementation of school-based management was carried out through well-executed planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising management process by the essence of management in an autonomous, flexible, participatory, transparent and accountable manner; 2) Supporting factors, namely the role of the community, parents and committees in school activities, complete class teachers and almost all of them meet academic quality. Conclusion: The inhibiting factor is active, creative, effective, and fun learning which requires a lot of funds, time, and energy because it has to be prepared but in implementation, it can be handled properly.
