This study discusses the role of parents in character education for young women according to Islam. This research library research. The main and first character education for children is the family environment. Education in the family is very important and is the main pillar of character building for a child. The family as the smallest social unit is the most important educational environment and is responsible for educating their children. The education provided by parents should provide a basis for children's education regarding the socialization process and their life in society. Good parenting styles will have a good impact on children's development as well as should. The success of character building in children is influenced by the role of parents in educating children. Parents play an important role in forming an intimate and long-lasting interaction system characterized by personal loyalty, love, and affectionate relationships

Every program presented by the mass media should meet the needs of each user. Likewise, programs on the radio are required to have good values. This research was conducted to analyze 1) the pre-production process of the Darussalam Giving Solutions (DASI) broadcast program, 2) the production process of the Darussalam Giving Solutions (DASI) broadcast program. The method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model from Milles and Huberman. The results showed 1) the pre-production stage, Radio Darussalam was very well planned, namely holding a meeting in determining material themes based on trends that occurred in the community and determining competent presenters to discuss the material described, 2) the production stage, namely the application from the planning stage of the Darussalam Giving Solutions program, using a talk show format to send questions via Whatsapp messages, SMS, telephone and via comments on the Facebook live stream. This program is also a place to provide kindness and insight for loyal listeners.

This study aims to determine the fulfillment of children's rights after parental divorce in Rejang Lebong Regency. Knowing the obstacles experienced by parents so that they cannot fulfill their children's rights after divorce. This is to find out the implications of not fulfilling children's rights after parents' divorce on children's lives. This study uses a qualitative method to describe the fulfillment of children's rights after their parents' divorce. Barriers experienced by parents in fulfilling children's rights. As well as the implications of not fulfilling the rights of children. The results show that the responsibility of parents is not only concerned with the child's growth and development but also with the physical health of the child itself, the obligations and responsibilities of parents towards the child, at this time, that divorced parents have the responsibility to regulate the obligations towards the child. post-divorce child. Starting from the arrangement of child custody, child support so that no problems arise after the divorce between parents

Psychotic is a mental disorder that causes a person's inability to judge reality with his fantasies. The focus of the research is the factors causing the ex-psychotics at Pukesmas Licin. This research uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and documentaries, then analyzed by interactive models. The results of the research, there is a new reality according to the version of the spikotic person, psychotic is divided into two, namely organic psychotic and functional psychotic. Ex-psychotic is a person who is declared to be recovered 70% medically with realistic testing. Ex-psychotic causes include biological factors, psychological factors, and socio-cultural factors.

A teacher is someone who provides knowledge to their students and is responsible for educating, teaching, guiding, directing, assessing and evaluating their students so that it is useful in the future. Professional teachers are teachers who are able to apply multidimensional relationships. Such teachers are those who internally have four competencies, namely: pedagogical competence, professional competence, personality competence, and social competence. The Islamic perspective on the position and role of the teacher is to position the teacher or educator in a noble position. Educators are positioned as spiritual fathers (spiritual father) for their students. He provides spiritual food with knowledge and development of noble morals (akhlaqalkarimah) and straightens them out. To create educators who are professional as well as competent in Islamic education, it is based on the demands of the Prophet because he was the only most successful educator in a short span of time, so that it is hoped that he can get closer to the reality of the educator with the ideal (Prophet Saw). The following are the competencies of Islamic educators and education: Religious Personal Competencies, Religious Social Competencies and Religious Professional Competencies.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Syafi'i Madzhab against the MUI fatwa regarding the Qardh Akad. The type of research used is qualitative research and is descriptive analysis. The MUI fatwa which explains al-Qardh itself has been stated in the MUI DSN fatwa No. 19 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2001 on al-Qardh which includes; general provisions, sanctions, sources of funds, and other provisions. The research method is a qualitative method with a naturalistic type. The results of this study conclude that the DSN-MUI Fatwa regarding the Qardh contract is following the qardh concept established by the Syafi'i school, both in terms of law and its consequences, it's just that there are several points from the fatwa researchers have not been able to conclude through the mu'tabarah books of the Shafi'i school

This paper aims to parse the boundaries of women's genitals in the family from Islamic law, but what is used as a framework for this analysis is M. Quraish Shihab's thoughts. In the Islamic Shari'at, it is obligatory for Muslim men and women to wear clothes that cover their genitals and are polite. The scholars agreed on the obligation to cover the genitals, however, it is different about the limits of the genitals of Muslim women. At this time, male lust arises regardless of clothes, it could be that Muslim women who wear syar'i clothes can be targeted. If Muslim women have closed their genitals, men have to lower their gaze. This paper is devoted to discussing the limits of aurat Muslim women in the family and the public as well as discussions regarding it. From the analysis that has been carried out, Muslim women in the family do not need a veil or veil with a non-mahram, it is only specific to Ummul Mu'minin. Whereas in the public sphere it is recommended to wear the headscarf for philosophical, security, and economic reasons. From the Quraish, there are three limitations to the hijab, namely, philosophical, security, and economic and that is following maqashid shari'ah.

The focus in this study are: 1) how the behavior of the Kiai recognizes the situation of the pesantren community, 2) the behavior of the Kiai in providing direction and guidance to the community of the pesantren, 3) the behavior of the Kiai giving the delegation of authority to the pesantren community in developing formal education. Type of phenomenological research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documents, and audiovisual materials. Data analysis tools used interactive models. The results of this study: 1) the process of diagonalizing the Kiai which is carried out in the internal and external environment of the pesantren applies three important components, namely religious compatibility, commitment, and competence, 2) direction and guidance of the Kiai is carried out based on the maturity of the community which is described rationally through Kiai's scatted concept of maturity rate, 3) variable delegation of authority based on the scale of maturity and the development of a hierarchical structure. The conditions develop according to the competency scale, while the initiation is in line with the development of commitment.

This study aims to see the implementation of bureaucratic communication at the Labkesda Solok Regency in monitoring the quality of refill drinking water. This type of research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods using informants as well as observation techniques, interviews, and documentation studies. The analytical tools used are induction analysis, deduction analysis, classification, and verification. Labkesda guides persuasive bureaucratic communication to drinking water depot owners. The communication that is built fulfills a regulatory function, namely ensuring the implementation of applicable regulations. Continuous communication between the government and drinking water depot owners is the main key in maintaining and increasing the compliance of drinking water depot owners. Labkesda carries out comprehensive bureaucratic communication by running formal communication channels with relevant stakeholders so that there is an increase in the compliance of drinking water depot owners in checking the quality of the drinking water they sell

This article focuses on the existence of fundamentalism and radicalism in terms of Islamic law's discourse construction. This discourse emerges based on the deviation of the ideals of al-Qur'an and al-Hadith. Hence, this article represents fundamentalism and radicalism's patterns and characteristics, whose axis of understanding is based on a religious framework. From this discourse, the researcher identifies this understanding and movement will have the opportunity to emerge in the community. This article concludes that the adherents of fundamentalism and radicalism are stringent in conveying their ideas. They do not hesitate to commit acts of violence in anarchistic form. Nevertheless, they still need to be recognized as part of a societal component that does not leave Islam. Basically, their movement is a form of attitude against the West and modernism, which is considered to emerge to westernization, secularisation, hedonism, pragmatism, uncertainty, and life's emptiness.
