Speaking of course school management has been widely discussed and has become a very interesting topic from year to year. The discussion is often focused on classroom management, financial administration and institutional structures and learning systems in schools. That's all the material is in internal management. This research will focus on the discussion of external management namely how an institution is able to build a brand and partnership with the community, and other institutions and then how the institution increases trust in the community and others. The success of an Eqrly Childhood Education institution is actually in external management. However, there are many institutions that have never paid attention to this, so that many Early Childhood Education instituttion are left behind and are not in demand by the community. For this reason, researcher will focus on how to build the success of an institution with the right management FIS (Fun-Innovative and spirituality).

Community empowerment in education is needed especially to support the implementation of good schools. The level of community participation in the education process in this school seems to have a major influence on the progress of the school, the quality of learning services in schools which will ultimately affect the progress and learning achievement of children in school.

The concept of a Good School creates preconditions for raising the level of quality of the performance of the country’s schools implementing general curricula, for showing the activity direction for schools and for enabling them to act. In order to ensure the quality of pre-school education, self-evaluation of the performance of pre-school education institutions, which promotes reflection on the activities of the staff of pre-school educational institutions and the possibilities for changes in quality, acquires increasing importance. Following the position that self-evaluation of the quality of institutional activities is significantly affected by community agreements on the quality of education and its characteristics, the qualitative research (case study), aiming to find out which aspects of the Good School and features characterizing them are characteristic to a concrete pre-school education institution, was conducted. The study involved various interest groups (parents, children, pedagogues). It was identified that the characteristic features of a good nursery school had included the aspects of the educational environment, life in the school and staff, which enabled to assume that the properly selected educational environment and professional, qualified pedagogues influenced children’s quality participation in the life of the educational institution. Besides, the research results can be the basis for improvement of the educational practice in a particular institution, separately analysing those aspects of the good school (nursery school) and features describing them which received less attention of investigated persons and providing guidelines for further studies on the quality of education. Key words: good school, aspects of the good school, pre-school education institution, self-evaluation of the quality of school performance, quality of education.

Este texto traz uma reflexão acerca da educação infantil e do papel do gestor escolar para promover a educação integral da criança. Fundamenta-se em análise bibliográfica, da qual destacam-se os autores Sarmento (2015), Campos (2015), Paro (2015), Palmen (2015), Hora (2010), Valverde (2009) e Pimentel (2007). Depreende-se, por meio das reflexões tecidas acerca das temáticas educação infantil, educação integral e gestão escolar, que a primeira requer um ressignificar, tendo em vista que, as crianças necessitam de condições adequadas para o seu desenvolvimento integral, questão que tem recebido destaque na legislação brasileira, que busca orientar ações no âmbito educacional que primem pela promoção da educação integral. Nesse cenário, a figura do gestor da instituição de educação infantil surge como fator preponderante para a eficácia dessas ações. Assim sendo, o gestor juntamente com a equipe escolar precisam ser os facilitadores da educação integral da criança.Palavras-chave: Educação infantil. Gestão escolar. It appears through the reflections about the themes woven child education, integral education and school management, which first requires a resign in order that children need adequate conditions for their comprehensive development, an issue that has received prominence in brazilian legislation, which seeks to guide actions under educational press against the promotion of integral education. In this scenario, the figure of the child education institution manager emerges as dominant factor to the effectiveness of these actions. Therefore, the manager along with the school staff need to be facilitators of the integral education of the child.Keywords: Early childhood education. School management. Aparece a través de las reflexiones sobre los temas tejido educación infantil, educación integral y gestión de la escuela, que requiere primero un renunciar a fin de que los niños necesitan condiciones adecuadas para su desarrollo integral, un tema que ha recibido la prominencia en la legislación brasileña, que pretende orientar acciones en prensa educativa contra la promoción de la educación integral. En este escenario, la figura del director de la institución de la educación infantil emerge como factor dominante a la eficacia de estas acciones. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how important financial administration greatly influences the objectives and processes in financial administration education is the management which includes all activities related to finance to achieve the goals of a particular organization or company. With good financial administration, a more comfortable and productive working atmosphere will be created. Through financial management activities, funding needs for school activities can be planned, sought for procurement, recorded transparently, and used to finance the implementation of school programs effectively and efficiently. With good financial administration, a more comfortable and productive working atmosphere will be created. The financial administration process includes the preparation of School Development Plans (RPS) which is one form of one of the most important functions of school management, which must be owned by schools to be used as a guide in organizing education in schools, both for the long term (20 years), middle ( 5 years) or short (one year); preparation of RKAS, use and accountability. In addition, in financial administration there is examination and reporting.
