The concept of a Good School creates preconditions for raising the level of quality of the performance of the country’s schools implementing general curricula, for showing the activity direction for schools and for enabling them to act. In order to ensure the quality of pre-school education, self-evaluation of the performance of pre-school education institutions, which promotes reflection on the activities of the staff of pre-school educational institutions and the possibilities for changes in quality, acquires increasing importance. Following the position that self-evaluation of the quality of institutional activities is significantly affected by community agreements on the quality of education and its characteristics, the qualitative research (case study), aiming to find out which aspects of the Good School and features characterizing them are characteristic to a concrete pre-school education institution, was conducted. The study involved various interest groups (parents, children, pedagogues). It was identified that the characteristic features of a good nursery school had included the aspects of the educational environment, life in the school and staff, which enabled to assume that the properly selected educational environment and professional, qualified pedagogues influenced children’s quality participation in the life of the educational institution. Besides, the research results can be the basis for improvement of the educational practice in a particular institution, separately analysing those aspects of the good school (nursery school) and features describing them which received less attention of investigated persons and providing guidelines for further studies on the quality of education. Introduction: the problem of diagnostics of the quality of education at a higher education institution is becoming increasingly relevant in the conditions of the need to fulfill the criteria for the effectiveness of higher education institutions, the introduction of new generation standards in higher education institutions and the modernization of the educational program management system. Diagnostics of the quality of education is considered as an important process that ensures a steady position of the university in the educational services market, the  growth of indicators for the admission campaign,  the increase of reputational capital. Diagnostics of the quality of education makes it possible to identify significant factors in determining the prospects for the development of a university, having a significant impact on the performance indicators of a university and characterizing the results achieved and the resources used.Materials and Methods:the article discusses the system for the quality of education evaluation at Minin University, it describes its key components, reveals the elements of the diagnostic complex and their systemic interconnection. The characteristics of the elements of the diagnostic complex describes in detail the issue of improving the efficiency of the university in terms of the implementation of the management model of the main professional educational programs, the description of the diagnostic procedure for each category of participants in the educational process is presented.Results:the author describes the methodology and the main stages of diagnosing the quality of education at the university using the example of  Minin University, gives integrated assessment criteria and their relationship with other elements of the monitoring system and evaluating the quality of education at the university, lists the effects of introducing a comprehensive system for diagnosing the quality of educational activities.Discussion and Conclusions:in the final part of the article, the possibilities of further improving the system of assessment of the quality of education in the educational system of higher education are considered. Arguments about the need to further expand the range of issues raised by the diagnostic process are made; the ratio of the existing positions of the university to the requirements of the legislation is made.

The leader of organization, his competence and the policies he pursues with regard to the management of the organization play an important role in the achievement of the goals of any institution, including educational. The leader has a direct influence on the performance of employees in order to achieve the goals of the organization. In the Ministry of the Interior, however, the officials responsible for achieving the goals of educational institution are appointed in the interest of the service.The aim of the research is to determine the impact of the transfer of officials in the interests of the service on the achievement of educational objectives in the professional training of border guards.The study was conducted in the State Border Guard College using scientific, pedagogical and psychological literature analysis and evaluation and document analysis research method. As a result of the study the author brought forward conclusions that the biggest threats to the quality of education and to the achievement of the goals of educational institution in the system of the Ministry of the Interior is transfer of  official in the interests of the service ignoring their competence in educational knowledge’s. To avoid threats to the quality of education, proposals were developed.

Recently, madrasah education has begun to dim its existence, the Islamic educational institutions have become less popular among the public in terms of output and quality, so that Madrasah education generally is in second class in real condition when it is juxtaposed with educational institutions in general in Indonesia. This condition occurs because the Madrasah only think about how education continues to run regardless of the factors that can attract the public to be the main choice in processing the son or his daughter, in addition madrasah is lost identity as an Islamic educational institution that should be principled in accordance with the values- the value of Islamic educational institutions contained in the Qur'an and Hadith as the main guidance in the effort to maintain its existence. In theory of interest, the most important thing to note is the view of parents in choosing a Madrasah which if it is ranked in percentage above 50%, so the sequence is qualified, excelling, then the closeness to school / madrasah with home. While if we ranked in percentage under 50%, then the sequence is a low cost, discipline, madrasah status, easy transportation and a supportive environment to the development of children creativity. So to fulfill all efforts which become the desire of the community become the key to the emergence of these interests, but the main thing is to maintain the quality of education continuously with the appropriate management model, meaning it is in accordance with the basic concept of management of Islamic Education Institution, so that objectively society will assess and care for the existence of madrasah education together with madrasah stakeholder

The leadership is needed by Islamic education those who have a strong soul and aware that education is required by a nation. It is not uncommon for Islamic education leaders to carry out their duties only at the level of implementation and administration of government policies. The leader of Islamic education must be someone who fully understands the Leadership Concept and has a vision for the future and has the desire to bring the organization forward and become an agent capable of answering the challenges of changing times because Islamic education institutions themselves are dynamic institutions and have an enormous responsibility for all parties, especially Religion, society, and the State. The success of the school in achieving the goal is one of the primary keys, namely the principal. In achieving the goal of an Islamic education institution that becomes the guide of the success of the headmaster, it is determined by the management's ability and leadership capacity. For the educational environment, educational leadership is a leadership that focuses on improving the quality of education. In the article, the author raises  the problem of finding optimal forms and methods  of working with pupils of an institution of extracurricular education in order to form a socially mature person who will be successful in the future.On the example of the work of the educational center of the ecocentre, one of the most important areas of the work of the institution of out-of-school education is re-structured: the restructuring of the content and quality of education, the application of the achievements of science and practice of the combination of traditional and non-traditional forms of work. Exposes the essence of pedagogical innovations, which are implemented in the institution.The author argues that changing the content of education, changing the approach to the pedagogical process leads to changes in the implementation of the model of modern pedagogical activity, the creation of an educational environment adapted to the needs of the child's personality development, her psychological, intellectual, creative abilities, the formation of social experience based on her own desires , natural inclinations and deposits.

In the system of school education of the Kyrgyz Republic, the problem of developing electronic educational material and introducing it into the educational process of schools is becoming urgent. This goal allows the further implementation of the issue of computerization of school education. This article focuses on the quality of education. To achieve high-quality modern training, the use of electronic materials is required. Electronic materials must be designed in accordance with the rules. Printed educational materials such as teacher’s handbook may affect the quality of education as much as teachers, curriculum, educational environment, and the other course materials. Perspectives of eighty-two pre-service elementary teachers regarding the activities and songs included in the teacher’s handbook for music course were examined by content analysis for shedding light on the nature of the handbook and for producing knowledge about how an effective teacher’s handbook for music course may be like. Even though the question was deliberately worded to let respondents express their both positive and negative views, the number of respondents who expressed positive views and the frequency of such expressions were considerably lower compared to the negative ones. Inappropriateness for age group and learning outcomes, insufficiency for facilitating learning, requiring hard-to-attain materials, and difficulty of application raised as major concerns for both activates and songs. Additionally, activities were argued to be repetitive and lacking entertainment while songs were criticized for their rhythm, melody, lyrics, quality, and practicability in the classroom.

To determine the quality of teacher performance, an educational institution must conduct a process of evaluating the performance of its teachers. MTsS YASPI College Foundation Labuhan Deli is one of the educational institutions that always improves the quality of education in schools. Teacher performance appraisal at Labuhan Deli YASPI schools is still done conventionally, so there are many assessment criteria and it takes a long time to evaluate the teacher's performance. This study aims to optimize the teacher performance appraisal process to be faster and more precise. The method used is Profile Matching. The results of this study can determine the teacher's performance more precisely by 100%. So that this research can be recommended as an appropriate system in evaluating teacher performance in schools

Indicator of Indonesian’s national development is the quality of education. Islamic school’s funding is an important instrument to improve access, quality, and competitiveness of educational institution. Islamic schools education funding source are joint responsibility of the government and the community. Community-sources funding is managed by the Islamic school committee and supervised by the internal supervisor. Moreover, the financial management was carried out with the following mechanism: submitting the proposal from the Islamic school to the committee, approving the proposal, disbursement process, and then reporting the agenda to the Islamic school committee. Therefore, the committee’s internal supervisor is controlled every 6 months. In addition, the following barriers come from the parents and student.
