Includes data management and data storage management is done simply where data is only stored in excel. It looks less effective and efficient in technology’s development. Now, in Education, the lack of good cooperation between the school and parents to support the application of management information systems to improve quality of education. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The researcher use field research method that is qualitative research. The outcomes are that existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources, the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. And then, the role of parents is also important in implementing management information systems to improve the quality of education. SMP N 1 Talamau applies a specific strategy that utilizes information technology-based Management Information Systems, namely an information and consultation room that functions as a consultation center between the school and parents and gives access to parents to see the development of students' Academic values.

The few things that support the implementation of the utilization of management information systems in data management are: 1). human resources, 2). Job Description (division of labor), 3). A mosque organization plays a role as a public sector organization that manages the mosque’s resources and activities. The management and resources in the mosque are mostly done voluntarily. The development of information technology (IT) has provided various means for management in managing business and decision-making. Nonetheless, the measurement or assessment of the quality of an effective information system is hard to carry out directly, including cost-benefit measurement. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed in this field research. The findings reveal the quality system, quality information, process quality, collaborative quality and service quality contributed to the mosque management information systems. Website/webblog-based mosque run effectively and obtained accountable information in the city of Pekalongan. The management of the mosque’s website in this city has been established effectively since it applies the management of mosque information systems by using DeLone and McLean’s model of information system success, which includes system quality management, collaborative quality, and service quality of website/webblog-based mosque in Pekalongan City.

Designing of management information systems at KPRI UNP savings and purpose to generate a savings and loan system design and web -based SMS gateway multiuser and provide services in the process of membership management, management of deposits, loan management and capital management. To achieve the goal of this application using a programming language Java2 Enterprise Edition ( J2EE ), Java2 Standard Edition ( J2SE ), and the MySQL database authentication level configuration in the form of a username and password. To provide data and information security MD 5 and session is used in password. With the savings and loan management information systems and web based SMS gateway can provide ease of certain stakeholder to perform data processing deposits loan data, the data search process and facilitate the process to generate the report. The information distribution’s process of saving and loand management information sistem on KPRI UNP can be accessed online and through SMS media. In addition, database is used as data storage so it  can be accessed easily. Keywords :   Savings and loan management system, web, SMS gateway, Java2 Enterprise Edition ( J2EE ).
