A mosque organization plays a role as a public sector organization that manages the mosque’s resources and activities. The management and resources in the mosque are mostly done voluntarily. The development of information technology (IT) has provided various means for management in managing business and decision-making. Nonetheless, the measurement or assessment of the quality of an effective information system is hard to carry out directly, including cost-benefit measurement. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed in this field research. The findings reveal the quality system, quality information, process quality, collaborative quality and service quality contributed to the mosque management information systems. Website/webblog-based mosque run effectively and obtained accountable information in the city of Pekalongan. The management of the mosque’s website in this city has been established effectively since it applies the management of mosque information systems by using DeLone and McLean’s model of information system success, which includes system quality management, collaborative quality, and service quality of website/webblog-based mosque in Pekalongan City.

  The service quality and Integrated Academic Information System Skill to moderate the relationship between Sikadu use and service quality. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information systems on service quality and decrease the use of information systems. This research method uses field research methods with quantitative approaches. This study student, lecturers, and teaching staff program from FEBI IAIN Pekalongan and sampling methods with Non-Probability Sampling with accidental sampling techniques. The results of the study obtained Information System Quality has a significant favorable influence on service quality. It shows that the quality of information quality system can improve service quality. The variety of information systems moderates the effect of using utilization on service quality, so it can conclude that the Sikadu utility variable includes moderating variables. It shows that quality information systems influence the use of technology on service quality.

This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The method used is field research that is qualitative research that is intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the researcher, for example perception, behavior, events, actions and so on. This researcher used a qualitative descriptive method, a method that is focused on the problems of the existing problems in the present, then analyzed to obtain data and information. The results of the study suggested that the existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources (HR), the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. The few things that support the implementation of the utilization of management information systems in data management are: 1). human resources, 2). Job Description (division of labor), 3). Means, 4). Special Applications, 5). Library, 6). Learners. As for the impact caused by the existence of a management information system in this study had 4 impact, namely: 1). For headmaster, 2). For the administration, 3). For the teacher, and 4). For learners.

Now, in Education, the lack of good cooperation between the school and parents to support the application of management information systems to improve quality of education. This is the implementation of Management Information System is already being adopted by schools, especially in SMP N 1 Talamau. The researcher use field research method that is qualitative research. The outcomes are that existing management information systems already meet the standards, both in terms of the student, curriculum, human resources, the facilities and the quality of the user, who is able to manage the activities that exist in the school. And then, the role of parents is also important in implementing management information systems to improve the quality of education. SMP N 1 Talamau applies a specific strategy that utilizes information technology-based Management Information Systems, namely an information and consultation room that functions as a consultation center between the school and parents and gives access to parents to see the development of students' Academic values.

Management information systems are urgently needed by hospital pharmacy installations to maintain the quality of the hospital, protect patient safety and support fast and precise decision making. The application of management information systems in the pharmaceutical installation of the Royal Prima Medan Hospital has been running. The pharmaceutical installation system that has been implemented is evaluating, repairing and improving to keep up with the times. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality on the use of pharmaceutical management information systems at Royal Prima Medan Hospital and the relationship between significant variables. This type of research is a mixed method with a sequential explanatory research strategy. This study uses the DeLone and Mclean information system success model. The research was conducted at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital with the research subjects being pharmaceutical officers at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital. Data analysis was performed by multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents used in this study were 30 respondents with the characteristics of all respondents being female (100%) and aged 25-29 years (43.33%). Based on the results of the T test, it can be concluded that system quality, information quality and service quality have no effect on system use. Simultaneously, system quality, information quality and service quality do not have a significant effect on the use of management information systems simultaneously. Management Information Systems (MIS) is a data processing procedure based on the information technology as a tool to produce the information in a timely and effective way to support the management in decision making process. In developing a management information system, quality approach has become essential factor due to the function of quality control in assuring the performance of the organization activities. Establishing of Management Information Systems at the higher education institution driven by many reason, such as: (1) Management Information Systems is designed to support the operations, management, and decision functions of an organization, (2) Management Information Systems enable the organizations planning, control, and operational functions to be carried out effectively and the means of efficient coordination between Departments; quick and reliable referencing (3) Management Information System could be a tool by striving to  highest quality standards in the teaching and learning process, (4) Management Information Systems provides a valuable time-saving benefit to the workforce in term of quick and reliable referencing; access to relevant data and documents; use of less labor; improvement in organizational and departmental techniques; management of day-to-day activities and (5) Management Information Systems can effectively respond to the changing of society demands in their interest in dependable and reliable information as well as easily accessible with  interactively forms. Quality of information system is reviewed by many as critically important for most if not all organizations to review their return on their investment in information system (IS) technology. Currently, there are numerous works of literature addressing factors or techniques for measuring system quality – business benefits, user satisfaction, or usage among others. This paper is evaluating the quality of information systems- self-services (Mawared) at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU) using the Dillon and McLean Model. Intrinsically, information systems (IS) vary depending on the industry they are applied, for example, in this research, the IS under review as an educational-based information system. This paper aims to explore the relationships of information system quality and its main outcomes which are expected or were proposed for the IS. Subsequently, this paper focuses on the self-service information system, its quality. The research uses questionnaires for its research methodology that are distributed out to the faculty members in College of Business Administration at PSAU. The findings of this study indicate to a positive and high degrees of satisfaction among the faculty members towards Mawared as a self-service quality information system for the academic year 2020-2021. Moreover, it provides new insights into the efficacy of selected determines of information system quality and user satisfaction.
