Training teachers is an important task of modern pedagogy and requires new approaches to the organization of the educational process. The use of information and communication technologies for the purpose of forming the information competence of the future vocational teacher is an important element of the formation of his professional competence. The article describes the stages of conducting a pedagogical experiment to develop the information competence of a future teacher of vocational training in domestic higher education institutions. The organization and methodology of the experimental study are described in detail, its results are given, the methods of diagnostics are described and so on.

The article analyzes the problems of formation of professional competence of future philologists by means of computer oriented technologies in terms of introduction of computer-based education in higher education institutions (HEI). Author determined a model of future philologists professional competence formation by means of computer-oriented information and communication technologies (ICT); singled structural components of the model of professional competence of future philologists formed by means of computer oriented ICT (target, content, technical, productive) and revealed their relationship to the specific future linguists’ careers; proved the thesis that the studied problem is of particular importance because of the necessity of informatization of higher education and usage the computer-oriented ICT in the educational process of the university.

The article explores the features of modern information and communication technologies implementation in teaching technical English. The specifics of teaching foreign languages for applicants for non-linguistic specialties has its own characteristics, which should be taken into account when constructing and conducting classes. The information society poses new challenges and correspondingly new goals for teachers and applicants to higher education, the achievement of which is ensured by analyzing situational data and creating the environment that would most closely reflect the realities of the modern professional environment, which requires an appropriate level of a foreign language knowledge. It was determined that electronic learning tools act as a catalyst in mastering the material and improve the quality of the educational process. The study analyzed psychological factors that provide an extremely high level of student motivation and form the corresponding priorities in the direction of professional growth. The pedagogical ways of introducing multimedia teaching aids while studying a foreign language are described in detail as a key condition for the fundamental training of a qualified specialist, focused on meeting the needs of the modern market. It is noted that higher education institutions do not yet fully possess educational computer programs and the latest software, which is one of the most pressing problems in the digitalization of the educational process. It is proved that the effectiveness of achieving didactic goals directly depends on the chosen forms and methods of training, and the inclusion of information and communication technologies has such advantages as individualization and intensification of the educational process, an increase in the amount of independent work of the applicant, which is an important component of the Bologna process. In this regard, and with the aim of developing the communication skills of future specialists, ICTs are considered to be the primary element in the training of qualified specialists in economic fields.

The article describes the creation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of the future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies. The purpose of this article is to investigate the conditions facilitating the formation of professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies, to create and use application software aimed at increasing the efficiency as well as the degree of automation for providing educational services. According to the purpose, the following tasks have been assigned: pedagogical conditions for the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies have been proposed; the complex of circumstances necessary for ensuring positive dynamics in the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies has been studied; some ways of improving the formation of the professional competence of future specialists majoring in information and communication technologies have been considered; the ways of raising the professional skills level (proficiency level) of higher education applicants through the development of software applications for educational purposes have been analysed; the project alongside with the software that automates and optimizes the tasks of the subjects of the educational process as well as provides an opportunity to receive relevant and timely information concerning the organization of the educational process have been elaborated; a client-centred education schedule for students of higher education institutions has been developed, taking into account the specificities of the optimal online route. The project includes the following stages: preparatory (cognitive-information), selection of days, time, audience (issues), hierarchyzation of these issues, selection of starting and ending points of the route, after which the route scheme and its optimization are developed. The development of the route scheme and the elaboration of its software are inextricably linked parallel processes. The article highlights the features of distance learning and considers the features of the organization of the educational process of students of the Faculty of Physical Education of the State Pedagogical University in quarantine.Quarantine measures impose certain restrictions on the full educational process in higher education institutions and beyond. The question arose: how to provide distance learning for students from different disciplines and physical education is no exception. Therefore, the departments of the Faculty of Physical Education faced the task of more thorough preparation for conducting practical classes, trainings. Students of the Faculty of Physical Education need a special form of education, which would not be inferior to the effectiveness of traditional educational activities adopted in higher education institutions. For sports departments, which provide training for specialists in a particular sport, there is another problem - not using the capabilities of the platform for distance learning. Sports departments work with students mainly in the mode of personal cooperation without providing a distance component of academic disciplines.The article is devoted to one of the current problems of modern education, the organization of distance learning with future specialists in physical education and sports. The article considers the development and current state of distance education in higher education institutions in the process of professional training of students majoring in "Physical Culture and Sports" and "Secondary Education (Physical Education)". The conditions of the educational process using distance technology Moodle. The main advantages of distance learning for students, teachers, as well as the possibility of integrating traditional and distance learning, which generates a new form of learning – blended. The article also presents the negative aspects of using the Moodle system for effective training of future professionals in these specialties.The introduction of distance learning in the teaching of sports and pedagogical disciplines should take place in two directions: in mastering the theoretical section of the curriculum in the discipline using both traditional teaching aids and ICT. When mastering the practical section, it is advisable to use video training, lessons, learning technical elements and motor skills.Modern scientific developments convincingly demonstrate the undeniable advantages of a rational combination of traditional teaching methods with information and communication technologies. The multifaceted problem of formation of research skills in teachers of physical education and sports by means of information and communication technologies is relevant today.Therefore, a modern high school teacher must be mobile, flexible, modern, able to adequately analyze and adapt to new situations and apply existing knowledge, skills and abilities with modern information technology.

The article highlights the results of the practical application of modern information and communication technologies in the management of institutions of higher education on the example of the Kyiv National University of Technology and Design (KNUTD). The constituents of the quality management system of educational activity are considered. The subsystems of the automated control system of educational activity of the university have been characterised and analysed. The key elements of the information systems use dare the following electronic databases: students and their academic performance; results of employment; students’ satisfaction with educational programs; distribution of the teaching load; teachers’ performance; learning and teaching resources, facilities, equipment and their cost; other indicators of university activity. In addition to the popular application packages, such as “iZETA”, "The System of Financially-Oriented Management of Higher Education Institutions", and "Anti-Plagiarism", the software products developed by KNUTD are described. Namely, the "Schedule" package allows one to form directories focused on the drawing up of class schedules which are accessible to all divisions. The software "Electronic Journal" provides monitoring of learning outcomes and prompt response to the failure of individual students; it serves for the formation of final control mark sheets, the evaluation of academic success rates of university students, etc. The electronic rating system "RTS rating" is used for the evaluation of research and teaching staff activity according to the results of their work in the reported year. The modular environment of the University's educational process, based on the Moodle distance learning platform, is described. It accumulates the teaching and methodological support necessary for conducting educational activities. The results of the research are of practical value since the implementation of the considered software products is capable of improving the quality and effectiveness of the management of educational activities of higher education institutions.

The current level of development of science, technology and modern technologies requires humanity to have a large number of competencies: flexibility of thinking, creativity, rapid adaptation to new conditions and tasks, and others. The National Strategy for the Development of Education in Ukraine for the period 2012–2021 provides for a large number of actions, the implementation of which will increase the efficiency of the educational process based on the implementation of the achievements of psychological and pedagogical science, pedagogical innovations, information and communication technologies. The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, responding to the requirements of modern society, introduces modern information and communication technologies into the educational process. Provides educational institutions with modern computers, interactive whiteboards, other various and various digital devices. This trend is positive and helps to improve the overall educational process, its efficiency, accessibility in institutions of both general secondary education and in higher education institutions. Thus, the task of educational institutions of all levels is to ensure the ability of complexes of students to carry out independent activities with the help of existing modern innovative equipment, modern innovative kits, digital measuring systems. Considering the educational process in higher education institutions, we understand that it should be built in such a way that student learning should meet the goals of advanced learning. Therefore, graduates of pedagogical institutions of higher education must be ready to work with new technologies. The latest digital equipment, complexes, digital laboratories – is a new generation of natural laboratories, designed to conduct frontal and demonstration experiments, laboratory work at the modern scientific and technical level. The use of new digital laboratories allows to supplement knowledge, expand the horizons in other related fields. Therefore, the article considers the feasibility of using modern digital measuring systems in the educational process.
