The mathematical model of the technological process of the natural gas preparation is developed. The structure of the fuzzy model is developed, which corresponds to the complex multi-stage technological processes. For the analysis of a given stage, a model based on artificial neural networks is used. The model is developed based on the results of a survey of production engineers and describes the end-to-end technology of the natural gas preparation process. Considerable attention is paid to simulation modeling, namely the experimental determination of dynamic characteristics on the given channels has been carried out and simulation modeling of the system using neural networks has been conducted. According to its results, it has been established that the transient characteristics of the channels correspond to the physical bases of the natural gas preparation process. A comparative analysis of transient processes has been carried out and it has been determined that in the cascade control system the quality indicators are better.

If the given Boolean function is linearly separable, a robust uncoupled cellular neural network can be designed as a maximal margin classifier. On the other hand, if the given Boolean function is linearly separable but has a small geometric margin or it is not linearly separable, a popular approach is to find a sequence of robust uncoupled cellular neural networks implementing the given Boolean function. In the past research works using this approach, the control template parameters and thresholds are restricted to assume only a given finite set of integers, and this is certainly unnecessary for the template design. In this study, we try to remove this restriction. Minterm- and maxterm-based decomposition algorithms utilizing the soft margin and maximal margin support vector classifiers are proposed to design a sequence of robust templates implementing an arbitrary Boolean function. Several illustrative examples are simulated to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method by comparing our results with those produced by other decomposition methods with restricted weights.

A method for controlling the curvilinear movement of a high-speed tracked vehicle in a skid without loss of stability is proposed. The mathematical model of the vehicle is refined. With the help of simulation modeling, a control algorithm is worked out when driving in a skid. The effectiveness of vehicle steering at high speed outside the skid is shown. В статье представлены математические модели на основе искусственных нейронных сетей, используемые для управления индукционной пайкой. Обучение искусственных нейронных сетей производилось с использованием многокритериального генетического алгоритма FFGA. This article presents mathematical models based on artificial neural networks used to control induction soldering. The artificial neural networks were trained using the FFGA multicriteria genetic algorithm. The developed models allow to control induction soldering under conditions of incomplete or unreliable information, as well as under conditions of complete absence of information about the technological process.

Assessment of the quality of separation of hydrocarbon raw during its field preparation is necessary to determine the efficiency of the entire technological process of preparation. The absence of complex criteria for assessing the quality of separation for multi-stage processes does not allow one to obtain unambiguous solutions in justifying the process flow diagrams and equipment for separation. We have analyzed the typical technological scheme of separation of hydrocarbon raw materials and existing criteria for separation processes. It is proposed to use the criterion for a comprehensive assessment of the separation processes of hydrocarbon raw materials, allowing calculating the efficiency of the process, taking into account the possible production of intermediate fractions and their qualitative composition
