The development of science at the moment with rapid technological advances to be applied in all areas. In addition to the creation of computers and the advancement of the current Internet network is also equipped with a web-based application that can be used to disseminate information quickly. Based on the research that has been done and taking data samples at the Office of the Governor of West Sumatra by using Action Research methods, libraries and laboratories, it is known that the Content Management System that researchers designed can be used as news portals that are able to disseminate information. Designing a Content Management System that uses the Codeigniter Framework, is able to provide ease in the development of the system in the future and can be used to build other website applications based Rapid Application Development. A study program which represents a college will always attempt to link its activities with the needs of society and industry as for its graduates to be recognized outside. Various activities such as internships, industry reviews, theses, and others the need to show the results individually and be exposed widely, so that it becomes part of student testimonials at work. Displaying and publishing the work of academic community can be done with the support of information technology through a web-based application, called virtual gallery application, based on a content-management-system. The research object is limited on work of student activities on a study program. The base to manage and publish the work of academic community uses: (1) object-oriented method (2) web-based application development. Theevaluation results make easy the management of the academic community’s work, increase the competitive advantage of the graduates, and be able to improve the quality of a study program at a college.

Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Perikanan (Dispakan) adalah salah satu lembaga teknis daerah di Kabupaten Bandung. Tugas utama Dispakan adalah menjadi unit pelaksana tugas pemerintah daerah dalam memastikan program-program ketahanan pangan dan perikanan bisa berjalan di Kabupaten Bandung. Saat ini terdapat delapan puluh empat mitra binaan yang tergabung dalam paguyuban usaha kecil menengah yang memproduksi olahan pangan. Jumlah tersebut adalah jumlah mitra yang sudah terdata dan masih mungkin akan bertambah. Terdapat enam puluh empat produk hasil diversifikasi usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) sebagai upaya menciptakan keanekaragaman pangan agar dapat berpotensi menjadi produk unggulan Kabupaten Bandung. Namun, sebagian besar mitra binaan masih menggunakan media konvensional seperti pameran dan brosur untuk promosi produk. Selain itu, saat ini, pendataan anggota mitra binaan masih dilakukan menggunakan file MS Excel sehingga memiliki kelemahan seperti kerentanan duplikasi, konsistensi, dan kesulitan berbagi data. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan membangun content management system sebagai media promosi sekaligus pendataan mitra binaan dan produk-produknya. Kegiatan terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, pembangunan aplikasi, dan sosialisasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan kepuasan masyarakat sasar terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan.Kata Kunci: content management system; Dispakan; promosi produk, UKM Development of Content Management System for Product Branding Media Bandung Regency Regional Small and Medium Enterprises AssociationABSTRACTThe Department of Food and Fisheries (Dispakan) is one of the regional technical institutions in Bandung. The main task of the Dispakan is to become the representation unit of the local government in ensuring that food and fisheries security programs in Bandung Area. At present, there are eighty-four fostered partners who are members of the small and medium business community that produces foods. This number is the number of partners that have been recorded and may still increase. There are sixty four products from the diversification of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as an effort to create food diversity so that it can potentially become a superior product in Bandung. However, most of the fostered partners still use conventional media such as exhibitions and brochures for product promotion. In addition, at present, the data collection of members of the fostered partners is still done using MS Excel files so that it has weaknesses such as duplication, consistency, and difficulty sharing data. Based on the existing problems, this community service activity aims to build a content management system as a media campaign as well as data collection of fostered partners and their products. The activities are divided into three stages, namely data collection, application development, and workshop. The evaluation results show the target community's satisfaction with the implementation of activities.Key words: content management system; Dispakan; product promotion, SME

A content management system provides some key capabilities that can transform project management for pipeline surveying and engineering practices. These include methods to share and track the information used by project managers, engineers, project technical staff, and the pipeline owner / operator. The business need for content management is explained, along with a unique insight on the key ingredient that makes content management relevant to pipeline project managers: geographic referencing of project documents. Content management features, such as versioning and checkout, are presented, and a working web-based geographic content management system, developed entirely using free open source software, is demonstrated for a sample pipeline project. The working system integrates project documents, written communications, and CAD data through open standards. Conclusions include lessons learned in the development of the system and its use on real-world projects.

The Alpine Convention (AC) promotes research, cooperation and monitoring activities in the Alpine Region. In this framework, the AC Atlas is the official content management system for geographical data published by the Alpine Convention. The AC Atlas' final goal is to promote, collect, organise and disseminate the results of research activities carried out by the Alpine Convention, its Working Groups and by European projects in the Alpine Region. The system is based on the open-source GeoNode platform supporting standard OGC services. Hence, the AlpConv Atlas allows for browsing, searching, editing documents, layers, maps, and related metadata by an intuitive web-based graphical user interface. The AC Atlas is finally a collaborative platform for managing various geographical data and the related documentation, which can be of great interest to several stakeholders.

AbstrakPermasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh UMKM adalah terbatasnya jumlah dan jangkauan pemasaran dan penjualan produknya. Begitu juga persaingan produk sejenis dapat terjadi oleh antar produk lokal atau produk yang datang dari luar. Hal ini disebabkan karena  pemasaran dan penjualan masih dilakukan secara konvensional dan dilakukan secara individual. Penelitian ini bermaksud melakukan implementasi  model sistem E-Commerce produk UMKM di suatu daerah atau Kabupaten dengan  model pemberdayaan partisipasi kelompok siber (cyber cluster partisipatif) dalam melakukan linking web yang dikembangkan menggunakan sistem Search Engine Optimisazion (SEO) dan Content Management System (CMS). Tujuannya adalah agar web yang dikembangkan dapat dengan mudah menempati ranking teratas pada halaman pencari web (search engine) dan selalu terupdate isi dan rankingnya. Manfaat dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pemasaran dan penjualan produk UMKM hingga pasar global dan menjadikan alamat web tersebut mudah dicari dan dan ditemukan karena sering muncul pada posisi puncak pencarian di mesin pencari seperti google. Luaran penelitian ini adalah website produk UMKM berbasis CMS dan teroptimisasi dengan model link internal dan eksternal sehingga selalu muncul pada posisi top range pencarian. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan action research, dengan model pengembangan sistem terstruktur model air terjun (waterfall). Aplikasi webnya sendiri dikembangkan dengan model prototype, sesuai dengan kebutuhan penggunannya.  Kata kunci—Cyber-Cluster, SEO, CMS, UMKM AbstractProblems that are often faced by UMKM (SME) is the limited number and range of marketing and sales of its products. So is the competition of similar products can occur by inter-local products or products that come from outside. This is because marketing and sales are still done conventionally and done individually. This study intends to make the implementation of a model system of E-Commerce SME product in an area or district with the participation of empowerment models cyber group (cluster cyber participatory) in performing web linking system that was developed using Optimisazion Search Engine (SEO) and Content Management System (CMS). The goal is for the web that can be developed easily ranked the Web search page (search engines) and always updated content and rank. The benefit of this research is to improve the marketing and sale of products of SMEs to global market and making it easy to find the web address and and are found as often appear in top positions in the search engines like google. Outcomes of this research is based CMS website MSME products and optimized the model of internal and external links that always appears at the top position of the search range. Methods This study uses an action research, the model of structured systems development waterfall model (waterfall).
