Machine learning application demand is increased massively because it provides good ability in the classification that is needed by decision makers. Machine learning application uses a programming language with strong characteristics in computing, usually the back-end programming language, such as Matlab, Python, R, etc. The obstacle faced by the decision support system developer is preparing an interface that makes it easy for the user. Some back-end programming languages have provided a good interface. Therefore, in this study they were compared by taking the case of a scholarship decision support system. The language used is Python with two web-based applications including Google Interactive Notebook and Flask framework. Both devices have their respective advantages and are worthy of being the first choice in the design of decision support systems.Python has advantages with framework Flask support and Matlab is easy in interface design.

This study aims to design and build web-based decision support system applications used to recommend the best tourist attractions in South Sulawesi to tourists. The expected benefit of this research is to help the user get the best tourist recommendation information available in South Sulawesi based on the conditions in input factors. The theorem or method used in this study, namely the theorem Naïve Bayes. The design of the system isimplemented using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. Based on the results of the research, the authors have successfully built the application of decision support system to determine the recommendation of tourist attractions in South Sulawesi with 65% accuracy based on 20 tests conducted.

Abstract: Scholarships are provided selectively according to the type of learning held. There are so many scholarships offered to students who are outstanding and poor, one of which is the scholarship provided by the University of Riau, named Bidikmisi scholarship. The evaluation process of prospective scholarship recipients is carried out by the committee directly and is still done manually. So that it allows the creation of a support system for the decision to accept Bidikmisi scholarships using the smart web-based method. The system created, designed using UML diagrams, the system has made using the PHP programming language and database. The resulting system can process  using ten experimental data obtained a sequence of values from highest to smallest, with the highest amount of 0.75.            Keywords: Bidikmisi; Decision Support System; Scholarship; Smart Method.  Abstrak: Pemberian beasiswa dilakukan secara selekif sesuai dengan jenis beasiswa yang diadakan. Banyak sekali beasiswa yang ditawarkan kepada mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan kurang mampu, salah satunya beasiswa yang ditawarkan universitas riau yaitu beasiswa bidikmisi. Proses Penilaian calon penerima beasiswa dilakukan oleh panitia secara langsung dan masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga memungkinkan dibuatnya suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan beasiswa bidikmisi menggunakan metode smart berbasis web. Sistem yang dibuat, dirancang menggunakan UML diagram, pembuatan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database. Sistem yang dihasilkan mampu mengolah data mahasiswa, mengolah data calon penerima untuk dihitung dan laporan jumlah calon penerima yang diterima dan ditolak. Hasil akhir dengan menggunakan 10 data percobaan diperoleh urutan nilai dari yang tertinggi sampai terkecil, dengan nilai tertinggi 0,75. Kata kunci: Beasiwa; Bidikmisi; Sistem Pendukung Keputusan; Smart.

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini adalah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan penentuan Shift pegawai dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting(SAW) proses dari metode SAW yaitu mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua kriteria, membuat  tabel rating kecocokan dari setiap alternatif pada setiap kriteria yang telah ditentukkan dan membuat sebuah matriks keputusan. Aplikasi yang dibangun merupakan aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySQL. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelesaiakan permasalahan Shift Pegawai secara terkomputerasi, Dengan adanya sistem ini maka RS. Bhayangkara Tk. II Medan dapat memberikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Kata Kunci : SPK,SAW, PHP, MYSQL   ABSTRACT   This study is a Decision Support System for determining employee shifts using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method of the SAW method, which is looking for a weighted sum of performance ratings on each alternative on all criteria, making a suitability rating table for each alternative on each specified criteria and make a decision matrix. College students often select their major concentration area wrongly due to thoughtless considerations such as following their close classmates' choice. This may cause losses in time, effort, cost, and also mental energy. The research proposes a decision support system for selecting students' major concentration areas to solve students' problems in determining their study interest in informatics engineering. Profile Matching Method was chosen since it can sort out suitable study interest with students' criteria weight. The web-based decision support system was implemented using HTML, pure PHP programming languages with MySQL as its database. Boostrap and Javascript were added to enhance the web display; all application data will be saved in the hosting provider's web server. The application testing was done to 10 students as respondents in usability testing using Standardized Universal Percentile Rank-Questionnaire (SUPR-Q) for users and admins and User Acceptance Test (UAT). The conclusion was 70% compatibility of the students' major concentration area and the system's recommendation.

Tarung Derajat is a martial art that has existed for a long time in Indonesia. Someone who wants to be an Tarung Derajat athlete must participate in the athlete selection. So far there is no system that facilitates the selection of Tarung Derajat athletes so that the selection process is more time-consuming, prone to error and nepotism. To prevent this, in this study built a decision support system using PROMETHEE method to assist the Tarung Derajat athletes selection process. This decision support system is built with web-based programming using PHP programming language and MySQL database. With success rate up to 90,66% in usability test, can be concluded that Decision Support System of Tarung Derajat Athletes Selection can support the athletes selection process.

Abstrak Persaingan merupakan hal yang biasa terjadi terutama dalam dunia bisnis, tidak terkecuali yang telah dialami oleh Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo bukanlah satu-satunya supermarket di kota Jombang, sehingga Bravo harus bersaing dengan para kompetitornya agar Bravo bisa bersaing dan tetap produktif. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada para pelanggan terbaik. Oleh karena itu perlu dibuatlah sebuah perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo. Dalam perancangan sistem yang dibuat nantinya berbasis web dengan metode SAW(Simple Additive Weighting)sebagai proses perhitungan pemilihan pelanggan terbaik. Hasil dari perancangan sistem pemilihan pelanggan terbaik pada Bravo Supermarket Jombang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak manajemen Bravo dalam pemilihan pelanggan terbaik yang akan menerima reward dan akhirnya akan mampu meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan dan profit Bravo. Kata kunci: Bravo, sistem pendukung keputusan, pelanggan, SAW. Abstract Competition is a common thing, especially in the business world, is no exception has been experienced by Bravo Supermarket Jombang. Bravo is not the only supermarket in the town of Jombang, so that Bravo had to compete with its competitors in order Bravo to compete and remain productive. One way that can be used to increase sales and customer loyalty is to give rewards to the best customers. Therefore, it needs to be made to a design decision support system in the selection of the best customers on Bravo. In designing the system made later on a web-based method of SAW (Simple Additive weighting) as the process of calculating the best customer selection. The results of the election system design best customers at Bravo Supermarket Jombang expected to assist management in selecting the best customer Bravo who will receive rewards and will eventually be able to increase customer loyalty and profit Bravo.
