The use of e-learning in the learning process at Amikom Purwokerto University has been implemented since early 2019 by utilizing the ILIAS e-learning platform. The problem that arises is whether students are satisfied and intend to continue using the ILIAS platform for the online learning process during the pandemic period and afterwards where there are still many obstacles experienced by students during online lectures. This study aims to assess the behavioral intention of Amikom Purwokerto University students to use ILIAS as an online learning platform by adopting the UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that each variable has a significant effect and has a significant impact on the use of ILIAS, this is evidenced by each hypothesis being accepted with a t-value> 1.96. Based on the t-value, the variable Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Condition and Habit is the variable with the highest t-value among the other variables, namely (PE -> BI = 16.8709), (FC -> UB = 13.4742) and (HB - > UB = 12.6896). This shows that these three variables have a high significant influence and impact on the use of ILIAS. In further research, it may be possible to consider the use of moderating variables such as age, gender, experience, and so on or add other variables such as Security and Information Quality.

Water is a necessity that is so important for every creature in the world, and the estimate of water must always be available or it is in homes, offices, public places or industry. This causes the water storage tank to play an important role in ensuring the availability of air is always there and under control. In this research, it is based on an Android-based Water Pump Monitoring and Control system with the support of IoT (Internet of Things) technology so that it makes it easier for users to monitor the amount of water in the storage tank and control the water pump to fill water into the tank, the system built is supported by the NodeMCU module. esp8266, Relay and Ultrasonic Sensor and connected to the Blynk application which functions as an application interface in monitoring and controlling the water pump. If the air has determined the specified distance, a notification will appear to immediately turn off the water pump, thus it is hoped that this system can help users see the condition of the water pump and water tank even though they are not at home

In terms of establishing and nurturing startups, finances are required to ensure their long-term viability. Startups at this stage require the support of investors as financial backers. The dearth of forums for promoting companies makes it difficult for developers to get traction and attract investors. The bidding method for entrepreneurs and investors was designed with these limits in mind. The waterfall concept is used in the design of this offering system, in which the website design is completed consecutively from beginning to end. The purpose of this website's design is to make it easier for developers to advertise startups or "products," to create possibilities for developers to meet investors indirectly, and to make it easier for investors to analyze startups with future potential. Startups are classified according to their valuation value; the Discounted Cash Flow approach was used to calculate the valuation for this website design

In early 2020, the first recorded death from the COVID-19 virus in China [3]. Followed by WHO which later stated that the COVID-19 virus caused a pandemic. Various efforts were made to minimize the transmission of COVID-19, such as physical distancing and large-scale social circulation. However, this resulted in a paralyzed economy, many factories or business shops closed, eliminating the livelihoods of many people. Vaccines may be a solution, various International Research Communities have conducted research on the COVID-19 vaccine. In early 2021 the Sinovac vaccine from China arrived in Indonesia and was declared a BPOM clinical trial, but the existence of the vaccine still raises pros and cons, some have responded well and others have not. For this reason, a sentiment analysis of the COVID-19 vaccine will be carried out by taking data from Twitter, then classified using the Support Vector Machine algorithm. The research data is nonlinear data so it requires a kernel space for the text mining process, while there has been no specific research regarding which kernel is good for sentiment analysis, so a test will be carried out to find the best kernel among linear, sigmoid, polynomial, and RBF kernels. The result is that sigmoid and linear kernels have a better value, namely 0.87 compared to RBF and polynomial, namely 0.86

The community very much needs the nutritional needs of food during a pandemic. One source of nutrition that can be obtained is rice or rice derived from rice plants. Mayas rice is a rice plant with advantages in terms of high taste quality and components of certain physiological functions that are beneficial to health. However, Mayas rice has quite a lot of pest attacks, thus reducing agricultural production. On the other hand, the knowledge possessed by the community regarding pests in Mayas rice is still very minimal. Hence, people find it difficult to determine the proper pest control method. Bayes theorem applied in an expert system can be a solution to diagnose the types of pests that attack Mayas rice. The research data is a knowledge base that contains 32 symptoms that appear and 10 types of pests that attack Mayas rice. The results showed that the percentage of certainty in the diagnosis of the types of pests that pounded Mayas rice was based on the symptoms given by the user. The level of testing using ten test cases displays the results of an expert system for identifying types of pests that attack Mayas rice which is suitable for use with a percentage of 90%.

Student development cannot be separated from the influence of the surrounding environment, be it physical, psychological, and social. The inherent nature of the environment is change, if change is difficult to predict, it will create behavioral gaps from students. For example, problems that are often experienced by students are difficulties in increasing grades so that the scores are relatively low, the level of class attendance is minimal, the learning environment in the classroom whether it supports students to be able to participate in learning activities or not, violations of school rules, and so on. The purpose of this study is to help provide decision recommendations for students who will be given priority in counseling guidance and counseling services. The method used for calculations on the SPK is a combination of AHP-TOPSIS and Naïve Bayes Classifier. AHP is used to find the weight value of each criterion, TOPSIS is used in the ranking process while Naïve Bayes is used to determine counseling services. The results of this study are in the form of a decision support system, which can facilitate the decision-making process, and can provide recommendations for students who are prioritized for counseling and counseling services

To achieve the objectives of the Internal Quality Assurance System, the Quality Standard document must be socialized to each work unit, and the existence of information technology will greatly assist in the distribution and socialization of these documents. This study aims to design and build a data model for storage and management of SPMI documents, especially Standard documents, which are generally in the form of files in print or digital format with a complete structure as a collection of text. With the data model designed, the Standard document is stored in a divided state into a number of entities that represent sub-sections of the document and are structured. This research produces a data model design with a relational system, so that it will produce optimal performance when create, retrieve, update and delete operations are carried out on Standard Documents, and still produce complete information about standard documents, as well as one aspect or context. in Standard documents and their linkages, through application programs and information systems. Testing was carried out by the black-box method of the SPMI document information system prototype which indicated that the data model was successfully implemented and worked well in its application.
