Online car-hailing service has had an exponential growth in recent years, and poses a substantial threat to taxi service. Yet how to regulate online car-hailing service has not been adequately studied. Based on the regulation of tradition taxi service, price regulation and entry limitation are used to regulate online car-hailing service in this paper. Moreover, we consider two types of online car-hailing service, i.e., high-end service(e.g. UberBlack) and low-end service (e.g., UberX), according to the perceived service level. Then, the optimal platform’s price is formulated. The result shows that the price regulation are likely to increase the optimal platform price, depending on the service type and the taxi price. When the platform offers low-end service and the taxi price is low, the optimal platform price does not change. In contrast, the entry limitation reduces the optimal platform’s price when it achieves the regulation target.

Strategies such as price, CSR, and service have an important impact on enterprises and supply chains. This paper proposes a two-echelon dual-channel supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a retailer. Considering the product pricing, CSR level, and service level in the supply chain, this paper employs the Stackelberg game to depict supply chain participants' optimal decisions and analyze the influence of explanatory variables on the optimal decision with retailer's payment methods. The results state that market share, service level, CSR, and financing interest rate significantly impact the pricing decision of all participants in the supply chain. In addition, strategies of CSR level and service level are also affected by the discount rate of advance payment, financing interest rate, return on investment, and opportunity cost rate. This paper incorporates CSR and service level into the objective function, considers a variety of retailers' payment methods, enriches the supply chain's pricing model, and is of great value to scientific decision-making of enterprises and sustainable development of supply chains.

With the development of society and economy, taxi service requirement is increasing, but the taxi traditional operation mode depending on chance has the obvious shortage, such as vehicle low efficiency, low customer service level, high empty driving rate, high fuel consumption, which already became an urgent problem to be solved for taxi management department. By the technology integration of the vehicle location, in-vehicle equipment, communication network and data platform, the Tele-taxi mode can realize the information linking and business coordination between the passengers and taxis.

This paper conducts a study on the competition of service and price under the circumstances of duopoly in the Hotelling linear market, of which the results indicate that the unit variable cost of service level upgrade is large, the service investment undertaken by each firm is insufficient. Besides, we have also taken the situation of government price regulation into consideration, showing that proper price regulation is available to stimulate investment, and the government can apply regulated prices to effectively controlling the level of investment in services.

Jalan Temanggung Tilung is a 2/2 UD type road (two undirected two-way lanes) with a road width of 5.5 meters, which is a connecting road between two major roads, namely the RTA road. Milono and the path of G. Obos. Over time, the volume of traffic through these roads increases every year, plus roadside activities that also increase cause congestion at several points of the way. To overcome this problem, the local government carried out road widening to increase the capacity and level of road services. The study was conducted to determine the amount of traffic volume, performance, service level of the Temanggung Tilung road section at peak traffic hours before and after road widening. Data retrieval is done by the direct survey to the field to obtain primary data in the form of geometric road data, two-way traffic volume data, and side obstacle data. Performance analysis refers to the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) for urban roads. From the results of data processing, before increasing the road (Type 2/2 UD), the traffic volume that passes through the path is 842 pcs/hour and after road widening (Type 4/2 UD) the traffic volume for two directions is 973 pcs/hour, with route A equaling 528 pcs/hour and direction B equaling 445 pcs/hour. Based on the analysis of road performance before road enhancement, the capacity = 2551 pcs/hour, saturation degree = 0.331, and the service level of the two-way road are level B. Based on the analysis of the performance of the way after increasing the way, the direction capacity A = 2686 pcs/hour and direction B = 2674 pcs /hour, saturation degree for direction A = 0.196 and direction B = 0.166, service level for road direction A and direction B increase to level A

If design management is worldwide institutionalized especially in developed economies, little is known about African design even though the continent is becoming an attractive economy thanks to his exponential growth and more political stability. Oriented toward one specific country: Morocco, this study through a questioning embedded in institutional theory brings an overview about design in a specific context. This research captures design management emergence in Morocco by spotting the light on the state of design institutionalization toward the creation of design value.
