The article is devoted to the urgent problem of developing a scientifically based organization and use of distant pastures in the south of Kazakhstan. It has been found that the composition and diversity of pasture grasses have significant effect on the forage value of the grass stand and ultimately affect the forage capacity of desert pastures. Grazing of farm animals should be carried out with an optimal load on pastures, that is, no more than 70% of the productivity of the pasture mass should be exploited. Due to the better preservation of various types of forage plants and pasture herbage in general with systematic use, the yield of pastures in the summer season was 6.15 c/ha, in other words it was higher by almost 1.0 c/ha of dry forage mass compared to unsystematic grazing (5.20 c/ha). All pasture plants exploited in early spring produced aftermath in 10–15 days and were well preserved from overexploitation and trampling.

Botnet is an urgent problem that will reduce the security and availability of the network. When the bot master launches attacks to certain victims, the infected users are awakened, and attacks start according to the commands from the bot master. Via Botnet, DDoS is an attack whose purpose is to paralyze the victim’s service. In all kinds of DDoS, SYN flood is still a problem that reduces security and availability. To enhance the security of the Internet, IDS is proposed to detect attacks and protect the server. In this paper, the concept of centroid-based classification is used to enhance performance of the framework. An anomaly-based IDS framework which combines K-means and KNN is proposed to detect SYN flood. Dimension reduction is designed to achieve visualization, and weights can adjust the occupancy ratio of each sub-feature. Therefore, this framework is also suitable for use on the modern symmetry or asymmetry architecture of information systems. With the detection by the framework proposed in this paper, the detection rate is 96.8 percent, the accuracy rate is 97.3 percent, and the false alarm rate is 1.37 percent.

Thermal burns in animals represent an urgent problem for veterinary medicine, since the anti-burn drugs available on the world pharmacological market are not always adapted for use on animals and are approved for use in veterinary medicine. In this regard, the aim of the work was to use the wound healing spray “Acerbin” for medical purposes in the treatment of thermal burns and to evaluate its therapeutic efficacy by the rate of epithelialization of burn defects in the skin in laboratory animals. The work was carried out at the Department of Surgery and Therapy of the Kursk State Agricultural Academy, on laboratory white mice in the amount of 60 individuals, in which thermal burns were simulated in the croup and treated with applications of the Acerbin spray. To assess the rate of growth of epithelialization, planimetric measurements of the area of burns were carried out before treatment on the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 10th and 14th days of treatment, as well as the corresponding mathematical calculations of the rate of reduction of burn defects. According to the research results, it was found that when applying the Acerbin spray, the burn rate index on the 3rd day was 0.25 ± 0.06; on the 5th day 0.58 ± 0.03; on the 7th day 0.74 ± 0.01; on the 10th day 0.86 ± 0.02; on the 14th day 0.95 ± 0.01. Thus, at the end of the therapeutic period, the index of the epithelialization rate of thermal burns approached the most physiologically justified numerical expression equal to “1.0”, which allows it to be recommended for use in veterinary medicine as the preparation of choice for the treatment of thermal burns of the skin in animals.

Background. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is an urgent problem of modern gastroenterology as well as the most common pathology of the upper gastrointestinal tract; it is a chronic disease that significantly reduces the patient's quality of life, increases the risk of developing Barrett's esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma. Objective. To assess the potentials of multichannel intraluminal pH impedance monitoring in the diagnosis of esophageal diseases. Material and methods. In 3 patients with clinical and endoscopic signs of GERD esophageal multichannel intraluminal pH-impedance monitoring was performed using the diagnostic equipment Digitrapper pH-Z from Given Imaging (USA). Results. 24-hour esophageal pH monitoring enabled to verify the diagnosis of GERD, to reveal a hypersensitive esophagus and manifestations of nocturnal acid breakthrough. Conclusions. Multichannel intraluminal pH-impedance monitoring is the "gold standard" for the diagnosis of esophageal diseases; it significantly expands opportunities of gastroenterologists in the treatment of GERD.

The article is devoted to revealing the peculiarities of the artistic language of folk-stage choreography at the beginning of the XXI century. and to determine the specifics of the use of motifs of folk dance movements in the process of modern stage interpretation of Ukrainian dance. The article considers the processes of creating signs that make traditional Ukrainian dances unique, as well as identifies the features of their use and transformation in the context of the development of modern stage folk dance. The study found that the leading, determining role in the system of heterogeneous means of artistic language of stage folk dance belongs to the authentic dance culture. This is explained by several aspects: first, the archetypal nature of the stage dance itself, which finds expression not so much in the return to the syncretism of the archaic, but in the appeal to the inexhaustible potential of artistic and aesthetic possibilities contained in any archetype; secondly, the fact that folk-stage choreography is extremely receptive to creative pursuits and bold artistic experiments. That is why even in the most difficult, crisis moments in the history of Ukrainian culture, in the moments of its transformation and transition to a new level, stage folk dance plays a special role, because against the background of complex transformations returns Ukrainian culture national spirit, and on the other the language of folk-stage dance determines the search for new forms and meanings. It is noted that authentic Ukrainian dance, whose motives come from folk beliefs, legends, myths, rituals and ceremonies, is designed to promote the national identity of the modern generation, which is an urgent problem of socio-cultural space of the early XXI century.
