In this paper, we present a comprehensive analysis of protein phosphorylation in the Gram-positive enteropathogen Clostridioides difficile . To date, only limited evidence on the role of phosphorylation in the regulation of this organism has been published; the current study is expected to form the basis for research on this posttranslational modification in C. difficile .

The study of neonatal cry signals is always an interesting topic and still researcher works interminably to develop some module to predict the actual reason for the baby cry. It is really hard to predict the reason for their cry. The main focus of this paper is to develop a Dense Convolution Neural network (DCNN) to predict the cry. The target cry signal is categorized into five class based on their sound as “Eair”, “Eh”, “Neh”, “Heh” and “Owh”. Prediction of these signals helps in the detection of infant cry reason. The audio and speech features (AS Features) were exacted using Mel-Bark frequency cepstral coefficient from the spectrogram cry signal and fed into DCNN network. The systematic DCNN architecture is modelled with modified activation layer to classify the cry signal. The cry signal is collected in different growth phase of the infants and tested in proposed DCNN architecture. The performance of the system is calculated through parameters accuracy, specificity and sensitivity are calculated. The output of proposed system yielded a balanced accuracy of 92.31%. The highest accuracy level 95.31%, highest specificity level 94.58% and highest sensitivity level 93% attain through proposed technique. From this study, it is concluded that the proposed technique is more efficient in detecting cry signal compared to the existing techniques.

Abstract Remote sensing data provides fast and relatively accurate information to retrieve the plant growth phase using spectral analysis. Spectral analysis of plants is the critical point of identifying the stages of rice growth using Sentinel-2 data. Sentinel-2 satellite images were utilized for this study. This study aims to analyze the growth phase of rice in Pidie regency, Aceh Province, Indonesia, as a sample area of the rice-growing site. The Spectral Angle Mapper (SAM) approach was performed to describe the plant growth stages. The results show variations in the rice growth phase across the study area for 2019, 2020, and 2021 growing seasons from vegetative, generative, wet fallow, and dry fallow. The most extensive vegetative phase is for April 2021 data, counting for 1,278.16 Ha. The most extensive generative phase was identified of June 2020 data, counting for 1,107.55 Ha. For wet fallow, counting for 949,30 Ha is the largest in this category. A total of 1,311.94 Ha of dry fallow is identified in 2019. The different growth phases and the total area for different years indicate variation in starting for the growing season of the sample location. In this paper, multitemporal Sentinel-2 data analyzed with the SAM approach has demonstrated identifying rice-growing season phases. This finding can help predict the total area along the year for a change of the pattern of the rice-growing season in the last three years of the study area.

High competition in the early growth phase will suppress growth and reduce rice yields. Presence of weeds in the rice field ecosystem needs to be controlled. Weed control with herbicides is more effective than other controls. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the herbicide Cyhalofop-butyl in controlling weeds in the cultivation of direct seeds rice cultivation. The research was conducted in Sekaran village, Wonosari sub-district, Klaten district, Central Java. The method used was randomized block with seven treatments and four replications. The treatment consisted of a dose of the herbicide Cyhalofop-butyl 100 g.L<sup>-1 </sup>with levels: (50, 75, 100, 125, 150, and 175 L.ha<sup>-1</sup>), mechanical weeding and control (no weeding). The results showed that Cyhalofop-butyl at a dose of 50–175 L.ha<sup>-1</sup> was effective in controlling the weeds of <em>Echinochloa crus-galli, Leptochloa chinensis</em> and other weeds at 3 weeks after application up to 6 weeks after application, without causing phytotoxicity effect on rice plants, herbicide Cyhalofop-butyl does not affect the growth and production of rice but reduces competition between weeds and rice plans. Herbicide Cyhalofop-butyl applied at a dose of 50 - 175 L.ha<sup>-1 </sup>provide rice grain yield of 10,25 - 11,50 kg per plot.

Curvilinear technique has been applied to rice crop in Bhandara district (Maharashtra) to examine effects of rainfall, maximum temperature and relative humidity. Partial regression curves for estimating the rice yield by taking into account the .combined effect of these three factors have been worked out. It is observed that during the period of active growth rainfall is the most significant factor followed by maximum temperature and relative humidity in that order. The optimum value of total rainfall during the active growth phase was found as 1000 mm and those for maximum temperature and relative humidity as 30.5° C and 81% respectively.

<p>Banjarbaru merupakan salah satu daerah di Kalimantan Selatan yang memiliki prospek yang baik sebagai daerah pengembangan komoditas krisan. Pertumbuhan tanaman krisan sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, misalnya media tanam, ketersediaan air dan hara, iklim mikro, suhu, kelembaban, serta intensitas cahaya matahari tertentu sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan cahaya yang optimal maka perlakuan naungan diperlukan selama fase pertumbuhannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh persentase kerapatan pada naungan terhadap pertumbuhan setek krisan varietas Puspita Nusantara. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan November sampai Desember 2020, bertempat di Kebun Percobaan Jurusan Agroekoteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan perlakuan kerapatan paranet, yaitu n1 (paranet dengan kerapatan 75%), n2 (paranet dengan kerapatan 100%), n3 (paranet dengan kerapatan 125%), dan n4 (paranet dengan kerapatan 150%), yang terdiri atas lima kelompok sehingga terdapat 20 satuan percobaan, dan setiap satuan percobaan terdapat lima unit tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase naungan berpengaruh terhadap parameter jumlah daun, persentase setek hidup, dan tinggi tanaman yang tumbuh, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata pada saat awal muncul tunas. Perlakuan n2 berpengaruh paling baik terhadap persentase setek hidup (64%), jumlah daun (4,1 helai) serta tinggi tunas (4,26 cm).</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong></p><p>Krisan; Setek; Paranet; Iklim mikro</p><p><strong>Abstract </strong></p><p>Banjarbaru as one of the areas in South Kalimantan has good prospects as a chrysanthemum development area. The growth of chrysanthemums is strongly influenced by several factors, such as planting media, availability of water and nutrients, microclimate, temperature, humidity, and a certain intensity of sunlight, so to meet the need for optimal light, shade treatment is required during the growth phase. This study aims to determine the effect of the percentage density in the shade on the growth of chrysanthemum cuttings of the Puspita Nusantara variety. The research was carried out from November to December 2020, at the Experimental Garden of the Department of Agroecotechnology, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, Banjarbaru. The method used in this research is a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with the treatment of n1 (shading net with a density of 75%), n2 (shading net with a density of 100%), n3 (shading net with a density of 125%), and n4 (shading net with a density of 150%), which consisted of five groups so that there were 20 experimental units, and each experimental unit contained five plant units. The results showed that the percentage of shade affected the parameters of the number of leaves, the percentage of live cuttings, and plant height that grew, but had no significant effect on the initial emergence of shoots. The n2 treatment had the best effect on the percentage of live cuttings (64%), the number of leaves (4.1 strands), and shoots height (4.26 cm).</p><p> </p>

There are different behaviors appropriate to the different phases of growth. This has been observed among species in nature as they go through the four seasons, but also among humans in society as different economic-growth phases succeed one another. Typically, difficult times stimulate entrepreneurship whereas prosperity nurtures conservatism. Less obviously, preoccupation with the "what" characterizes formative times whereas preoccupation with the "how" characterizes periods of maturity. A multitude of different behaviors can be mapped on the four phases of any growth cycle. On a larger scale, and to the extent that society is anthropomorphic, society as a whole goes through different behaviors while experiencing transitionsbetween cyclical phases of growth. Given a growth phase we can expect specific behaviors, and inversely, given a specific behavior we can deduce the growth phase being traversed. It follows that WWII may have been survival-driven whereas WWI greed-driven.
