The aim of this research to examine are there impact of ROA, ROE, EPS, PER, and DER as an independent variable whit stock price as dependent variable on 10 real estate companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange and have financial statements in the period 2013–2016 so that the unit of analysis obtained is 40 financial statement list real estate company. The research variable consisted on independent variable in the form of return on asset (X1), return on equity (X2), earning per share (X3), price earning ratio (X4), debt to equity ratio (X5), and stock price (Y) as a dependent variable. Methods of data collection in of this research is the method of documentation. Data analysis technique were use multiple linier regression. Based on the results of regression analysis known that influence of return on asset, return on equity, earning per share, price earning ratio, and debt to equity ratio and simultaneously influence the stock price on the Indonesia stock exchange in period 2013–2016 at 92,8% while the rest influenced by other variables is not examined in this research. Partially, return on asset and earning per share significantly influence to stock prices, while return on equity, price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio but not significant effect on stock prices.

The purpose of this study is to determine the financial effect proxy through Current  ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin Against Stock Price of the Company and the like mentioned in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in the study amounted to 16 companies from a total of 18 companies, for the techniques used in the study using multiple regression analysis. The test results show the variable Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin simultaneously affect the stock price of metal companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the results obtained F- count as 5,948 with  significant 0.000 < 0.05. Which means the relationship between the independent variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Return On Investment and Net Profit Margin together have a close relationship to stock prices.

The property sector is one sector that is capable of absorbing large numbers of workers and has a multiplier effect and considerable backward linkage to other economic sectors. The property and real estate sub-sectors are quite interesting to be the object of research because investors in investing in stocks choose companies This study aims to determine the effect of PER (X1), ROE (X2), and DER (X3) variables on stock prices (Y) in property and real estate sub-sector companies. PER (X1), ROE (X2), and DER (X3) are used as independent variables while Stock Price (Y) is the dependent variable. The sampling technique was carried out by means of the purposive sampling method and obtained 16 companies as research samples. Data collection technique is the documentation method. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 20 statistical software. The results of this study indicate that the PER, ROE, and DER variables simultaneously have a significant effect on stock prices in property and real estate sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Partially only PER and ROE variables have a significant effect, while the DER variable has no significant effect. ROE variable is the variable that most influences the stock price.

The study aims to analyze fundamental financial factors and systematic risks to the share prices of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. This study uses the company's share price as a dependent variable and returns on Return on Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Beta stock as independent variables. Samples were taken as many as nine pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2010-2019. The data used in the financial statements of each sample company, published through www.IDX.co.id and www.financeyahoo.com. The analysis method used in this study is a quantitative method, with classic assumption testing and statistical analysis that is multiple linear regression analysis using a standard effect model. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. The analysis results showed that the financial ratio consisting of ROE, DER, and the Beta stock had a negative effect and did not significantly affect the stock price. EPS has a negative and significant effect on the stock price, while PER and PBV have a positive and insignificant effect on the stock price. The aim of this study is to (1) determine the effect of Return On Asset towards the Stock Price of banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) determine the effect of Return On Equity towards the Stock Price of banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (3) determine the effect of Earning Per Share towards the Stock Price of banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (4) determine the effect of Trading Volume towards the Stock Price of banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (5) determine the effect of Return On Asset, Return On Equity, Earning Per Share and Trading Volume towards the Stock Price of banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is banking companies listed in the IDX. The selection of samples applies the purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 10 banking companies listed on the IDX in the period of 2015-2018.  The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is the Multiple regression analysis technique. Based on the research, results show that (1) Return On Asset gives positive effect towards the Stock Prices (2) Return On Equity Asset have an insignificant effect towards the Stock Prices (3) Earning Per Share Asset gives positive effect towards the Stock Prices (4) Trading Volume Asset have an insignificant effect towards the Stock Prices.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity (Current Ratio), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), profitability (Return on Equity) to the price of shares of mining coal companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2016. The dependent variable used is the stock price, while the independent variable is liquidity (Current Ratio), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), and profitability (Return on Equity). The population in this study is a coal mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 22 companies and then taken as many as 8 companies. The analysis technique used is the classic assumption test, panel data regression analysis with a 5% confidence level, hypothesis testing is performed using the t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that liquidity (Current Ratio) has no significant effect on stock prices, with a probability value of 0.980 is greater than α 0.05. leverage (Debt to Equity) has no significant effect on stock prices, with a probability value of 0.386, greater than α 0.05. and profitability (Return on Equity) have no significant effect on stock prices with a probability value of 0.343 greater than α 0.05. While simultaneous variable liquidity (Current Ratio), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), and profitability (Return on Equity) have no significant effect on stock prices with a prob value (F-statistic) of 0.662 greater than α 0.05. The coefficient of determination of 0.050 or 5% means the stock price is influenced by liquidity (Current Ratio), leverage (Debt to Equity Ratio), and profitability (Return on Equity) by 5% while the remaining 0.950 or 95% is influenced by other variables outside the research variable.

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence of the effects of the Loan to Value (LTV) policy on the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection uses a purposive sampling method of 42 property and real estate companies that meet the criteria. The research period is divided into 2 namely before the Loan to Value policy (2013-2014) and after the Loan to Value policy (2016-2017) with the Paired Sample t Test analysis technique. The test results show if the current ratio, Return on Asset, Return on Equity and Debt to Asset have significant differences between before and after the LTV policy is applied. While the fast ratio, cash ratio, net profit margin and Debt to Equity did not show a significant difference. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on stock price, both simultaneously and partially. The sample  of  this  research consists  of  30  banks  listed  on  Indonesia Stock  Exchange  (IDX).  Method  of analysis  is  multiple  linear  regressions.  The  results  show  that ROA,  ROE,  and  NPM  simultaneously have  significant  influence  on  stock prices  in  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange.  Partially,  ROA,  ROE,  and NPM have significant influence on stock prices in Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the influence of ROE  on  stock  prices  is  negative.  Coefficient  determination indicates  adjusted  R-square  of  0.529, which  means  that  52.90%  of stock  prices  affected  by  ROA,  ROE,  and  NPM,  and  47.10%  of  stock prices affected by other variables that are not studied. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  dan  menganalisis pengaruh  return  on  asset (ROA), return  on  equity  (ROE),  dan  margin laba  bersih  terhadap  harga  saham  secara  simultan  dan  parsial. Sampel  penelitian  ini  terdiri  dari  30  bank  yang  terdaftar  di  Bursa Efek  Indonesia  (BEI).  Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return on asset, return on equity, dan margin laba bersih secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham  di  bursa   Indonesia.  Secara  parsial, return  on  asset,  return  on  equity,  dan  margin  laba  bersih berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  di  bursa  Indonesia, tetapi  efek  dari  return  on  equity terhadap harga saham adalah negatif. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan adjusted R-square sebesar 0,529, yang  berarti  bahwa  52,90%  dari  harga  saham  dipengaruhi  oleh  ROA,  ROE  dan  NPM,  dan 47,10% dari harga saham dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity and Solvability on the share prices of sector Transportation on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2014-2018. The Share Prices as the dependent variable is proxied by Closing Price. The independent variables in this Profitability, Liquidity and Solvability. The Profitability is proxied by Return On Asset (ROA), Liquidity is proxied by Current Ration (CR), Solvability is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The research method uses a quantitative method approach. The results of this experiment showed that the independent variable Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance of 0.000 < 0.00. Liquidity has not a significant negative effect on stock prices with a significance value of 0.181 > 0.005. Solvability has a significant positive effect on stock prices with a significance of 0.001 < 0.005. Profitability, Liquidity, and Solvability together significantly influence the Share Price with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005.
