This research aims to discover the effect of 1) Earning Per Share (EPS) to stock price 2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to stock price 3) Return to Equity Ratio (ROE) to stock price. The research population is manufacturing company of food and beverage sub sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples are drawn by purposive sampling method. The total sample in this research is 14 companies. The data sourced is secondary data. Data analysis technique using multiple regression. The results showed 1) Earning per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock price 2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no effect on stock price 3) Return on Equity Ratio (ROE) has a significant effect on stock prices.

One of the methods used by companies to obtain company capital is by selling shares to the public through the capital market. Stock prices can change and this is changed by various factors. This study aims to determine the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning per Share (EPS), and Return on Equity (ROE) on sharia stock prices listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2014-2017, both partially and simultaneously. The data used in this study is secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id), which is in the form of a company's annual financial report. The analysis technique used in this study uses Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that partially DER has no significant effect on stock prices, while EPS and ROE have a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, DER, EPS, and ROE significantly influence stock prices.

The aim of this research to examine are there impact of ROA, ROE, EPS, PER, and DER as an independent variable whit stock price as dependent variable on 10 real estate companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange and have financial statements in the period 2013–2016 so that the unit of analysis obtained is 40 financial statement list real estate company. The research variable consisted on independent variable in the form of return on asset (X1), return on equity (X2), earning per share (X3), price earning ratio (X4), debt to equity ratio (X5), and stock price (Y) as a dependent variable. Methods of data collection in of this research is the method of documentation. Data analysis technique were use multiple linier regression. Based on the results of regression analysis known that influence of return on asset, return on equity, earning per share, price earning ratio, and debt to equity ratio and simultaneously influence the stock price on the Indonesia stock exchange in period 2013–2016 at 92,8% while the rest influenced by other variables is not examined in this research. Partially, return on asset and earning per share significantly influence to stock prices, while return on equity, price earning ratio, debt to equity ratio but not significant effect on stock prices.

This study aims to determine whether Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have significant influence towards share price. The object of this research are companies in the field of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2013. Data collection methods used are secondary data from the annual financial statements. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method, and the total sample used were 26 companies, the number of observed data 78 data. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are (1) Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Equity (ROE), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have no significant effect towards share price (2) Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a significant effect towards share price. Thiss research aims to detrmine how much influence the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Equity (ROE) on Stock Prices at Food and Beverage Sub Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. The sample used in this research were ten companies obtained based on purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is panel data so that the data will be tested using the help of the Eviews 9 application and analysed using panel data multiple analysis. The results of this analysis indicate that DER partially has a negative and significant effect on stock prices and ROE partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, simultaneously, DER and ROE have a joint influence on stock price of companies in the Food and Beverage Sub Sector for the 2013-2018 period.

Penlitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh DER terhadap  harga  saham  perusahaan  makanan  dan  minuman  yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia,  pengaruh TATO, pengaruh CR dan pengaruh ROE serta pengaruh yang signifikan DER, TATO, CR dan ROE. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder melalui data laporan keuangan perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebanyak 15 dari 27 perusahaan dengan 4 tahun yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel , penelitian dilakukan januari sampai maret 2020. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Debt  to  Equity  Ratio  (X1)  berpengaruh negatif tapi tidak signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (2) Total Asset turnover  (X2)  berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (3) Current Ratio (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifkan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan saham  pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (4) Return   on   Equity   (X4) berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap   harga   saham   pada perusahaan y perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (5) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) dan Return on Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. This research was conducted by researching to analyze and analyze the DER of the company's stock prices and beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using TATO, CR and the influence of ROE and showed a significant DER, TATO, CR and ROE. This study uses secondary data through the data of financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 15 out of 27 companies with 4 years that meet the criteria as a sample, the study was conducted January to March 2020. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Debt to Equity Ratio (X1) has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices on food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) Total asset turnover (X2) is positive but not significant on prices shares in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (3) Current Ratio (X3) shows a negative and insignificant price of shares in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (4) Equity Returns (4) X4) positive and significant impact on the price of shares of companies and food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (5) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) and Return on Capital (ROE) have a positive effect and significant jointly with respect to share prices in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

This research aims to determine empirically the effect of the company's fundamental ratio which in this study is proxied by return on equity (ROE), current ratio (CR), and debt to equity ratio (DER) on the value of the company which is measured using price earning ratio (PER) and also to see whether stock prices affect this relationship. The coal sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 - 2019 are the population chosen in this study. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, obtained 11 companies in the study period that met the data collection criteria, so that the total financial reports collected were 33 audited financial reports. The type of data is secondary data obtained from the official website www.idx.co.id. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results shown in this study are partially ROE has a positive effect and DER has a negative effect on stock prices, while CR has no effect on stock prices. Simultaneously, the three fundamental ratios have a significant effect on stock prices. Either partially or simultaneously ROE, CR, and DER have no effect on firm value. This study shows that stock prices have a significant effect on firm value, but stock prices are not an intervening variable in seeing the relationship between fundamental ratios and firm value. Keywords: Fundamental ratio, stock price, firm value

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze company size, Return on Equity (ROE) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Earning Per Share (EPS) has a simultaneous, partial and dominant effect on stock prices in food and beverage industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research conducted is associative quantitative research. This research was conducted to determine the effect partially and simultaneously. The type of data obtained is quantitative data. Quantitative data are prices in the form of numbers. Here the data that the authors take is data about company size, Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and the stock price (closing price). The results of this study indicate that Company Size, Return On Equity (ROE) Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Earning Per Share (EPS) has a simultaneous effect on stock prices in food and beverage industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity to dividend payout ratio and stock price. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and stock price. The population in this study are all companies that had been registered in the LQ45 index during 2012 to 2017. By using the purposive sampling method, then obtained amount of sample counted 17 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate current ratio and debt to equity ratio have significant negative effect on dividend payout ratio. Return on equity have significant positive effect on dividend payout ratio and stock price, while the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and dividend payout ratio have no effect on stock prices. This study is expected to be a reference and material consideration of company management in managing the company and for investors in making investment decisions.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return on Assets, Return On Equity anda Deb to Equity Ratio on the value of LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2018. When the research was conducted in November-December 2020. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of datafrom the companies 2014-2018 financial statemens obtained from Indonesia stock exchange. The research population is LQ45 companies listed on the Indo-nesia stock exchange (IDX) from 2014-2018. The sample of this research is 13 companies, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling method and that meets the sample selection criteria. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Regresision Test. Retur on asset has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Return On Equity Has no Significant and Positive Effect on Firm Value. Debt to Equity Ratio has a significant and positive effect on firm value
