A magyar szakképzés fejlődésének jelenkori történetére a szakképzés törvényi szintű szabályozása jelentős hatással van. Bár az 1993-ban elfogadott első magyar szakképzési törvény, építve a progresszív nemzetközi tapasztalatokra, különösen német szakképzési szabályozás elveire, jelentős előrelépést hozott, negyedszázadra visszatekintve a nemzetközi tendenciákkal való összevetés indokolt. Időközben a gazdaság lényegi átalakuláson ment át, tevékenységének szerkezete és tartalma is jelentősen megváltozott, illetve a nemzetközi környezet, a határok által egyre kevésbé korlátozható munkaerőpiac is lényeges hatással van a szakképzésre. A magyar társadalom, s különösen az iskoláztatás is jelentősen átalakult az elmúlt évtizedekben. Az európai integráció szervezeti és szabályozási hatásai is érdemi változásokat eredményeztek a nemzeti szakképzési szabályozásokban, ezért indokolt az ezekkel kapcsolatos tendenciákat is áttekinteni. E fejlődés számos ponton folyamatos korrekciókat igényelt, s ma is számos ellentmondással terhelt. Az elmúlt évtizedekben a politika egyre jelentősebb súllyal kezeli a szakképzést, azonban, s erre vállalkozik az írás, a szabályozás fejlődéstörténeti elemzése indokolt, s a mai feszültségekkel és feladatokkal való szembenézés, az új fejlesztési programok szempontjából időszerű.The legal regulation of VET bears a considerable influence on the current development history of Hungarian VET. Although the first Hungarian act on VET, which was passed in 1993 and was built on progressive international experiences, first of all the principles of the German VET regulations, brought about a considerable step forward, it is reasonable to have a look at the latest 25 years and make a comparison to the international trends. Meanwhile, the economy has undergone an essential transformation, its activity structure and content have considerably changed, and the international environment, the labour market less and less limited by borders, has had a strong influence on VET. The Hungarian society, and first of all schooling, has undergone a deep transformation, as well. Also, the organizational and regulatory effects arising from European integration have brought about deep changes in the national VET regulations, therefore it is reasonable to survey the connecting tendencies. This development required continuous corrections at several points, and is still burdened with many contradictions. During the latest years, politics has given more and more attention to VET, however, it is reasonable to make a development historical analyzation of the regulations – this is what this paper undertakes to do; it is timely to face the current tensions and tasks from the aspect of the new development programs

In this process, improving the effectiveness of Thai courses has become the key; therefore, schools and Thai language teachers should pay attention to this. In order to achieve the language teaching goal put forward by the Ministry of Education, it is necessary to accelerate the development of Thai courses in universities and explore a new development path for them, so that the teaching quality of Thai courses can be guaranteed. Based on this, this paper mainly discusses the development history of the curriculum of Thai language courses in universities.

Despite widespread acknowledgement of the importance of career development programs to assist students in their complex transition from school to work, very few specific career education interventions have been objectively evaluated. The aim of this paper is to highlight what the authors consider to be a conspicuous shortfall in the career development literature to date, that is, reports of methodologically sound career intervention studies carried out in actual high school settings. International trends in the world of work are briefly discussed in association with the repercussions these changes are producing for today's youth. The major portion of this article is devoted to a comprehensive review of career intervention studies with particular attention paid to the methodological and theoretical issues that resonate from this review process. Recommendations for future research are proposed.

The article is devoted to the satirical agitation ABCs that appeared during the Civil War, which have never previously been identified by researchers as a separate type of agitation art. The ABCs, which used to have the narrow purpose of teaching children to read and write before, became a form of agitation art in the hands of artists and writers. This was facilitated by the fact that ABCs, in contrast to primers, are less loaded with educational material and, accordingly, they have more space for illustrations. The article presents the development history of the agitation ABCs, focusing in detail on four of them: V.V. Mayakovsky’s “Soviet ABC”, D.S. Moor’s “Red Army Soldier’s ABC”, A.I. Strakhov’s “ABC of the Revolution”, and M.M. Cheremnykh’s “Anti-Religious ABC”. There is also briefly considered “Our ABC”: the “TASS Posters” created by various artists during the Second World War. The article highlights the special significance of V.V. Mayakovsky’s first agitation ABC, which later became a reference point for many artists. The authors of the first satirical ABCs of the Civil War period consciously used the traditional form of popular prints, as well as ditties and sayings, in order to create images close to the people. The article focuses on the iconographic connections between the ABCs and posters in the works of D.S. Moor and M.M. Cheremnykh, who transferred their solutions from the posters to the ABCs.

The research aim was to identify the training needs of entrepreneurs and employees within small and medium enterprises (SMEs) from the Suceava, Chernivtsi, and Bălți regions, to analyze the specific training practices in the cross-border area, and to identify the common features or the disparities. The research contains an exploratory survey, based on a semi-structured questionnaire that investigates the training needs in the SMEs and specific training practices with a comparative approach. The results relate to the challenges faced by transformation economies and by the specificities of SMEs from these remote areas. Additionally, the research connects the factors involved in planning and delivering training programs for employees in SMEs in this EU peripheral area with the weaknesses of the companies in facing the market competitive economy. The results of the survey disclosed some common features and specificities related to training needs, training responsibilities, and interests in the SMEs from this cross-border area. The discussions are relevant for different categories of stakeholders, at the micro-level, for the management of the companies, but also on a larger scale, in planning the new development programs for the labor market in the targeted areas.
