The practice of dust control on coal mines and technological roads both in Russia and abroad shows that reducing dust content, to the maximum permissible concentrations is a very difficult engineering task. To combat dust in open pit mines, various methods and techniques are used. The study of progressive dust control agents will allow normalizing sanitary and hygienic conditions at mining enterprises, and reducing the level of occupational diseases of miners. The article deals with the types of dust and the fact that a large amount of dust accompanies the processes of extraction and transportation of coal from the open-cast to the concentration plant. The experience of dust control at the enterprises of Joint Stock Company Siberian Anthracite is given.

the field of occupational safety. In the coal sector of Russia, these indicators remain unacceptably high. In the structure of professional diseases of the Joint-Stock Company "SUEK", the most frequent are diseases caused by physical overload. It is worth noting that the high severity of labor is characteristic of working professions at mining, construction, mechanical engineering and metallurgy enterprises. The purpose of this study is to analyze occupational diseases in the mining industry and to consider the possibility of using an exo-skeleton in workplaces with high labor intensity.

Dust control in underground as well as open pit mines has been an area of intense research and study. Dust controlling by dust capturing or dust consolidation and using appropriate method for different causes of dust generation has been the concern of this paper. Dust is generated mainly in every activity of mine from drilling to transportation to using any modern mechanization for ore extraction. Dust generation can cause less visibility more accidents, breathing problem, affects agriculture and vegetation. Various methods deployed for its control and separation does not impact its originator rather reduces its percentage in mine air. Wet drilling, water spraying, ventilation, dust collector and air flow to control the generation of dust have proven profound impact to control dust. This paper embeds the detailed causes of dust, how dust can be reduced in mine air and what can be done to prevent it, if possible.

The article analyzes legal aspects of institutes of corporate governance. Different draft laws "On Joint-Stock Companies" are considered which reflected interests of separate groups of participants of market relations. Stages of property redistribution are outlined. The advantages of the model of the open joint-stock company are formulated. Special attention is paid to the demand for legal institutes of corporate governance as well as to the process of accepting the Federal Law "On Entering Amendments to the Federal Law "On Joint-Stock Companies"" which was enacted in 2002. The article contains proposals directed at improvement of corporate legislation.

Chernogosky open pit mine integrates truck-and-shovel system of mining with overburden rehandling to internal dump with a set of walking excavators for rehandling of overburden to mined-out area of the pit. It is possible to improve efficiency of stripping in the conditions of Chernogorsky OPM by reducing percentage of stripping with more expensive handling system. The relevant research and solutions to this effect are presented in this article. Comparative characterization of mining conditions and parameters of mining systems applied is given for open pit mines Chernogorsky, Turnui, Nazarovsky, Vostochno-Beisky and Izykh. The comparative analysis points at the need to account for difficulty of mining and process sites in comparison of equipment productivity. High concentration of mining machines, which is conditioned by narrow mining front and simultaneous operation of five faces, as well as blasting operation implemented every 1-2 days, are recognized as the main constraints of excavator capacity in mining with direct dumping in Chernogorsky open pit mine. The management and engineering solutions implemented in the mine and resulted in higher efficiency of draglines are described.
