The article provides information on the results of assessing the quality of concrete internal wall panels. The requirements of various regulatory documents for the rules for accepting a batch of concrete are considered. The procedure of statistical sampling control on a quantitative basis is described. According to the statistical data of the factory laboratory of Open Joint Stock Company “ZhBK-1” (Penza) on the quality of grade 300 concrete in the manufacture of internal wall panels, the influence of the type of cement on the variability of concrete strength indicators is considered. The influence of the type of cement on the decision to accept a batch of concrete is established. Due to the higher value of the standard deviation of the quality indicators of Haldenberg cement in comparison with Sengileevsky cement, the acceptance of a batch of concrete depends on the level of product defectiveness. It is revealed that, depending on the number of samples during testing, the decision on batch acceptance, made in accordance with GOST 10180-2012 and GOST R ISO 12491-2011, may be different. It is proposed to amend GOST 10180-2012 in paragraph 4 regarding the number of samples for testing, taking into account the requirements of GOST R ISO 12491. This will contribute to a more objective decision on the acceptance of the batch. The effect of the type of cement on the reproducibility of the production process is shown.

Using the example of Open Joint Stock Company «Pavlovskgranit», located in the Voronezh region, the level of impact of technogenic factors (air pollution and noise) during the extraction and production of crushed granite was estimated. It was established that 61 pollutants enter the atmospheric air from 134 sources of pollution. The main contribution to the total volume of emissions (1881.0 tons/year) is made by inorganic dust with a SiO2 content of 70-20% - 73.4%, sulfur dioxide - 9.8%, carbon monoxide - 114.3 tons/year. Blasting operations in open pits during the extraction of crushed granite are the leading production process that makes a significant contribution to the volume of emissions. At the same time, the remoteness of industrial sites from the territory of residential development, the presence of a sanitary protection zone, allows us to speak about the admissibility of the impact of concentrations of pollutants in the air and the noise factor at the border of the territory of the nearest residential development.

The aim of this research is to develop more rational proposal to improve the green area on the territory of Biysk city park in terms of its recreation, protective, sanitary and hygienic, aesthetic and research purposes. The inventory of green plantations was carried out according to the method of V.S. Theodoronsky, I.O. Bogovaya by enumeration survey of growing stand on the park area. The inventory results of green areas and the assessment of green plantations health are shown in this work, the land-use planning and landscape gardening compliance of the area were examined too. According to the results of the study, the causes are established and the methods are set for the green plantations redesign of the park area. The list of arboreal and herbaceous plants and landscape design solutions were chosen by taking into account the environmental conditions of the Altai Territory.

The article investigates the development trends of a machine-tool enterprise by example an Open joint-stock company OFRDM, and builds a generalized economic and mathematical model for choosing a set of measures for economic recovery of an enterprise with a transition to process-oriented management of activities in order to ensure its competitiveness. The relationship of factor influence with respect to the transformation of the main business processes of the enterprise in the form of interrelated activities, which together create additional value for product consumers, have been determined. Existing approaches to understanding of an enterprise development in strategic management have been clarified. The content of the strategic management process is analyzed to ensure the achievement of its desired effective level. A model for managing dynamic capabilities is proposed, which includes the principles, skills, boundaries of dynamic capabilities in accordance with the structural transformations of the enterprise. The processes of providing services using the methodology of functional modeling by constructing an economic and mathematical model for choosing a set of measures for enterprise economic recovery are generalized. The sequence of enterprise main business processes is clearly presented, the effective implementation of which affects increasing in product value for the consumer. Recommendations for the successful implementation of an effective strategy for Open joint-stock company OFRDM, aimed at the enterprise economic recovery, based on the qualified personnel and IT-technologies using, are proposed.

With the development of market relations, most domestic enterprises have gained access to new markets, including external ones. The study and development of these markets requires not only time, but also significant financial, labor and organizational resources. Domestic manufacturer deals with a horizontal, geographically dispersed market, where a large number of consumers are present, and creating its own sales network to serve them requires disproportionately high costs in relation to the expected sales volume. Intermediaries, by providing relatively easy and inexpensive access to foreign markets, play an important role in the export of the enterprise’s products and are designed to ensure more efficient movement of goods from producer to consumer, while producers can focus their attention and effort on producing high-quality products that better meet the needs of consumers.An analysis of the distribution network of the open joint stock company “Mogotex” has been conducted in the article, the structure of finished production enterprises through joint ventures and through dealers have been analysed, the analysis of dynamics of sales through distribution network has been performed, the author`s methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of intermediaries, has been сreated, taking into account the opinions of experts from the Marketing Department of the company under study and the weight of the criteria selected for evaluation, based on the developed methodology, depending on the average amount of points collected, the company᾽s intermediaries have been grouped and strategies for interaction with various groups have been selected. For the key intermediaries of the enterprise, the development of a program for their stimulation and support has been proposed.

Relevance and methods. During 2010–2017 in conditions of large pig-breeding complexes of Open Joint Stock Company Smolmyaso – Smolensk Region, limited liability company “Stupinsky Meat Processing Plant” and agricultural production cooperative Mashkino – Moscow Region a research and production experiment was conducted to determine the intravital productivity and slaughter indicators of young pigs of Russian, Canadian and French breeding. Experimental youngsters from 2 month age to a live weight of 100 kg were contained under conditions of control growing. The conditions of keeping, feeding and slaughter of young pigs were identical.Results. When pigs reached a live weight of 95–105 kg they were evaluated on their own productivity and slaughter indicators.

Introduction. The novelty of the research is driven by the growing environmental contamination with anthropogenic substances, and in the course of accidents and emergency situations, as well as the need to develop the most advanced methods of their elimination. More intensive application of selected micro-organisms, capable of using variable valency chemicals as terminal acceptors, can help to treat wastewater from organic and mineral pollutants. Materials and methods. The co-authors have performed a review of literature and used analytical equipment to conduct laboratory researches according to standard and advanced methodologies. Results. The principal results include the restructuring of the treatment facilities operated by Autodetail Open Joint Stock Company. The restructuring consisted in the feeding process change in the currently used biological tower for the feeding to be performed with the help of the fiber carrier and immobilized association of oil oxidizing microorganisms. The association was obtained in the course of earlier laboratory researches. The most active nitrogen-gathering and oil oxidizing cultures, including Rhodococcus erythropoltis, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Arthrobacter tumescens, Pseudomonas rathonis, Azotobacter chroococcum, taken in equal parts, helped to develop a bio-product designated for the decomposition of oil and its components in the aquatic environment. This bio-product was immobilized in respect of the feeding to be performed with the help of the fiber carrier and loaded into the production company’s biological tower which is part of idle wastewater treatment facilities. Conclusions. In the course of the work performed at the first stage, special cultures were selected for the treatment of water from hydrocarbons of anthropogenic origin. These cultures had nitrogen-fixing properties needed to reduce secondary anthropogenic pollution of the water body. At the second stage, water treatment facilities of Autodetail Open Joint Stock Company were restructured and operation-related results were obtained. They enabled the researchers to make a statement that the biological transformation of pollutions was efficiently applicable to the suspended matter — 99.7 %; oil products — 98.3 %; COD — 89.2 %; nitrogen of ammonium salts — 77.9 %; mineral phosphorus — 53.3 %. This work is devoted to the study of conditions of the work of employees of the modern ferro-alloy production, which was performed in the framework of the evaluation of working places at the Open Joint-Stock Company «Ferrokhrom», which is part of Joint-Stock Transnational Company "Kazchrom". The studies were performed with account of the full range of the list of working places, both in the main and auxiliary shops. The work activity of the workers from leading professional groups was established to be conjugate of the impact of the complex of unfavorable factors of occupational environment and labor process. There are given comprehensive measures to improve working conditions and health maintenance in workers from leading professional groups.

The article describes the development of the open joint stock company «Belarusian Steel Works» – Management Company of Holding «Belarusian Metallurgical Company» (BMC) in the field of modern approaches and methods in quality management. The efficiency of their implementation at the BSW is evaluated.The activities of BSW in this field in 2019 are given. The result of the participation of BSW in the program of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on the platform EсoVadis is shown.. Examples of application of methods by scientists with a world name and successful businessmen are given.The need described in use and the development of modern management methods at the state level in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Belarus and the «Complex of measures for 2016–2020 to encourage the introduction in the economy of advanced techniques and modern international systems of quality management in the economy» is shown.
