One of the main revolutionary features of 5G networks is the ultra-low latency that will enable new services such as those for the future smart vehicles. The 5G technology will be able to support extreme-low latency thanks to new technologies and the wide flexible architecture that integrates new spectra and access technologies. In particular, visible light communication (VLC) is envisaged as a very promising technology for vehicular communications, since the information provided can flow by using the lights (as traffic-lights and car lights). This paper describes one of the first experiments on the joint use of 5G and VLC networks to provide real-time information to cars. The applications span from road safety to emergency alarm.

Libraries all over the world are continually reinventing themselves to meet changing community needs and the increasing opportunities and associated challenges that modern and evolving technologies bring. In response to the current pandemic and to follow the government guidelines about the remote learning programme libraries & librarians face a huge need for real-time information from the faculty, staff member, students and researcher. On another side, financial crisis & cutting budget, unavailability of adequate staff, user awareness etc are the main issues faces by libraries while try to adopt new technologies for accepting the challenges & issues created by this pandemic. On this point, mobile technology, as an economical & affordable technological solution that help libraries to keep abreast of the dynamically changing needs of their clientele and identify the way of delivering user-centred services by surveying the user needs. The current study examines the exponential growth in the mobile communication system, both in terms of technology (generation) & user count, after considering the needs of the user community. In addition, the study sets out the basic steps for introducing a mobile reference service in a library, as well as its future uses and benefits.

The growing consumption of electricity as well as the progressive development of new technologies implies that the power system is increasingly automated with the purpose of having a more efficient and economical operation. This development drives the system to a Smart Grid, a large-scale cyber-physical network covering different energy generation technologies, storage and communications enabling real-time information exchange and control. In this work, we present an optimal distributed control based on the consensus+innovation technique, where each agent of the network obtains information from its neighbours. Simulations on a microgrid system based on an IEEE 14-Bus reference system demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach. Convergence is observed in the microgrid system under different scenarios in the physical and communications network.

The dynamic nature of vehicular networks imposes a lot of challenges in multi hop data transmission as links are vulnerable in their existence due to associated mobility of vehicles. It is very difficult to establish and maintain end-to-end connections in a vehicle ad hoc network (VANET) as a result of high vehicle speed, long inter-vehicle distance, and varying vehicle density. Here propose a distributed heterogeneous V2V communications algorithm that allows each vehicle to dynamically select the RAT that is more suitable at each point in time. Multi-link is the capability of a device to communicate using multiple wireless links simultaneously. Multi-RAT is the capability of a device to communicate using different RATs. To propose a Predictive Routing based on Markov Model (PRM) to ensure more reliable and timely data transmissions in VANETs. In the case of accident management, emergency messages may be sent to a pre-determined road rescue site upon the occurrence of an accident, such as a crash on the highway during a snow day and a car spontaneous combustion due to the stored explosives. PRM can facilitate the transmission of real-time information from vehicles to a road traffic controller for more efficient traffic management. Rather than using passive traffic detection through sensors, the real-time reports of traffic data through V2V and V2I can avoid the costs of installing and maintaining a large number of sensors.

In recent years, the incessant development of new communication technologies has provided a better way for accessing information and also a lot of useful opportunities. The implementation of these new technologies gives us an ideal environment for transmitting and receiving real-time information from anywhere. One of the sectors that have a great potential to use and exploit this kind of technologies is the healthcare sector. Nowadays, the application of all these new technologies to support the clinical procedures has taken part in the definition of a new concept known as e-Health. This concept involves a lot of different services related with the medicine/health terms and the information technologies. However, to provide emergency transportation with better care capabilities to the patient is something that still has a lot to improve. Within this context SIe-Health comes into being a software platform oriented for developing Telemedicine solutions. The solution model proposed here allows remote assistance for a mobile health emergency (for example, an ambulance), integrating in this service electro-medical devices and videoconference services.

With the development of modern wireless communication technology, the driver assist driving system gets more and more attention from people, because it could receives many real-time information, such as traffic lights information, road information and so on. The arterial velocity planning algorithm based on traffic lights information makes vehicle more economically and efficiently, because it could help driver decrease the acceleration/ deceleration pattern and idling time. This paper creates 3 arterial velocity planning algorithms by analyzing the vehicle driving process, and the acceleration/deceleration parameters and driving time of these three algorithms are optimized. When the vehicle is driving, the arterial velocity planning algorithm gives the dynamic speed advice to the driver through driver assist driving system, ensures that the vehicle will cross the traffic light without coming to a stop. The results show that the fuel consumption savings for vehicles with arterial velocity planning is above 11% on a relatively smooth arterial road.

The methods that have been used in navigation over the centuries have changed as have the goals they serve. One of these methods is inertial navigation. Nowadays inertial navigation offers many advantages over other types of navigation. A major advantage is the lack of dependence on external transmitters or other devices, which means independence of the system. With the development of new technologies, the accuracy of these systems is increasing, which increases their applicability. An important aspect is the reduction in the price of sensors, which is a prerequisite for their application in new areas where they have not yet been offered. An important advantage of inertial navigation is the ability to give in real-time information about acceleration, speed, and location and the possibility of autonomous operation of the object.

In the development of new technologies based on mobile system, there is a growing interest as a fundamental technology. In particular, in order to realize a mobile office and mobile phones, conferencing remote document is a technique that can realize smart network services solutions with enhanced real-time communication, real-time information sharing, and collaboration. Therefore, in this paper, the design meets the diverse needs of customers and the smart work platform mobile-based fast and conveniently it is trying to develop. For this reason, I have developed a mobile gateway that is based on the communication server construction OPEN API development, management of mobile ID, protocol design, and design of SSL/TLS security tunnel. Also, we developed a smart work platform that you apply this, you are trying to provide information systems environment of mobile company.
