Introduction. The modern system for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases and the creation of conditions for the formation and maintenance of a healthy lifestyle (coolant) includes activities in the development of monitoring systems for information on risk factors. Purpose: to assess the capabilities of telemedicine monitoring of cardiovascular risk factors in the structure of a patient-oriented model of distance rehabilitation care. Material and methods. The study included patients with coronary heart disease and/or arterial hypertension of the I-III degree, without cognitive dysfunction and contraindications to physical rehabilitation, with a mobile device with Internet access. The following groups were distinguished: remote cardiac rehabilitation, with the participation of patients in a 12-month program (28 patients, 86% of men, average age 55.2 ± 10.7 years), and traditional follow-up (30 patients, 80% of men, average age 64.7 ± 6.9 years). Remote cardiac rehabilitation model provided for office consulting using a decision support system, monitoring indicators based on digital recording devices, mobile applications and the electronic «Patient Diary» deferred telemedicine counselling. The effectiveness of the observation was evaluated by the trend of the modified risk factors; patient satisfaction with remote assistance - according to the «Client Satisfaction Questionnaire - CSQ-8» questionnaire. Results. After completion of the remote cardiac rehabilitation (RCR) program, a significant decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides were observed, and a tendency to increase physical activity. Upon completion of the RCR-program, a high level of satisfaction with telemedicine assistance was noted. Conclusion. The results of the pilot phase of the study, dedicated to the study of the possibilities of remote rehabilitation in the context of maximizing the benefits for cardiovascular prophylaxis, indicate the possibility of using a patient-oriented model of remote cardiac rehabilitation to monitor and modify risk factors in patients with cardiovascular diseases.

Abstract As a public service enterprise related to energy security and national economy and people’s livelihood, the safe work is related to all walks of life and thousands of households. In power scenarios, the remote cooperative guidance needs to ensure the security of data communication. The implementation method of remote cooperative guidance in power scenarios based on hardware security encryption realizes the functions of terminal registration, user online and offline management, message call, control signaling negotiation, audio and video real-time call, graphic guidance and target tracking and labeling. Configuration TF card encryption at the mobile terminal chip and video server configuration high speed encryption card, WIFI / 4 g wireless networks to establish encryption channel, remote collaborative guidance terminal power scene registration messages, messages, call, and by guiding and structured data security encryption transmission, the unstructured data such as audio stream and video stream is encrypted. It not only realizes the secure encryption of message communication, but also guarantees the high-speed transmission of audio and video streams.

The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) is a globally recognized medical classification system that aids in the identification of diseases and the regulation of health trends. The ICD framework makes it easy to keep track of records and evaluate medical data for evidence-based decision-making. Several methods have predicted ICD-9 codes based on the discharge summary, clinical notes, and nursing notes. In our study, our approach only utilizes the subjective component to predict ICD-9 codes. Data cleaning and segmentation, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques are applied on the subjective component during the pre-processing. Our study builds the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) to develop a model for predicting ICD-9 codes. The ICD-9 codes contain different ICD levels such as chapter, block, three-digit code, and full code. The GRU model scores the highest recall of 57.91% in the chapter level and the top-10 experiment has a recall of 67.37%. Based on the subjective component, the model can help patients in the form of a remote assistance tool.

In the fourth industrial revolution to develop new products and processes, the digital twin, virtual copies of the system that can interact with the physical counterparts in a bidirectional way, seem to be promising enablers to replicate production systems in real time and analyze them. They aim to solve insufficient guidance methods in the existing enterprise service remote assistance guidance system. In this paper, a digital twin-driven enterprise service remote assistance guidance system is proposed. The digital twin system is designed to carry out different all-around analyses of the remote internal system. The digital and physical spaces of the enterprise service system are reset according to the data query results. The proposed model achieves the internal data mapping effect of the enterprise service and analyzes the internal data of the system. Based on the realization of real-time mapping and a large amount of twin data generated by virtual and real interaction, the data are visualized and stored in a database for the upper layers. The proposed model has been simulated, and the test results show its potential benefits for enterprise control, optimization, and forecasting and can provide essential support for realizing the twin’s optimized control of entities.

Abstract INTRODUCTION Telemedicine applied to surgery is called telementorization (TM). It allows remote assistance by expert surgeons to others with less experience in certain techniques, thus guaranteeing learning that overcomes the barriers of time and location without being associated with a higher rate of complications. The objective is to publicize the use of this type of technology in our surgical department, particularly needed with the current restrictions. MATERIAL AND METHODS In our center, the Proximie platform (www.proximie.com) is used as a tool for TM. It allows to remotely broadcast live procedures performed by expert surgeons, as well as to create a virtual library of our own procedures that can be used as study and teaching tool by residents. This platform transmits not only bidirectional image and sound, but it also allows the active participation of a remote assistant with interactive features that are projected directly on the screen of the local surgeon. RESULTS The Proximie platform is being used frequently (and more intensively during this time of greatest restrictions) in advanced colorectal surgeries, with TM by remote experts and in our department for the continuing training program for residents. It also offers the possibility of conducting multidisciplinary sessions and webinars with subsequent availability control online. CONCLUSIONS TM and digital platforms such as Proximie provide important benefits in the practical learning and training of surgeons, especially with the current restrictions, being a safe technique and a teaching tool to be exploited.

Medical care provided by mobile units can take a long time to reachthe requested location, either due to difficulty in accessing the location,speed of traffic or even the lack of available ambulances. Inorder for more people to be treated faster and effectively, whetherits an emergency or not, this paper presents a proposal of a systemthat requests remote assistance and sends the needed materials. Topropose requirements and build the system’s graphical interface,benchmarking and focus group techniques were used. The proposedhigh-fidelity prototype indicates how the system will allowremote care to be requested through a communication interfacewith Mobile Emergency Service (SAMU) and the Fire Department,which will request the sending of a drone with a first aid kit. Inaddition, the system will allow you to specify the service to beperformed and will assist in its execution remotely
