This article presents the assessment results for crowd logistics (CL) solutions from the perspective of the needs of different stakeholders. The uniqueness of this study lies in entering these needs in the implementation of the three spheres of sustainable development in cities (social, economic, and environmental). The purpose of this publication is to present the benchmark solutions for the CL area, helping to adjust the business model and market offer of other providers to the needs of different groups of stakeholders. The reason for such valuation is the fast-paced sharing economy development in the city logistics area, as well as in the courier activity. For this study, the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method was applied in order to develop the proposed evaluation tool of the CL initiatives. The evaluation criteria (the needs of particular groups of respondents) are derived from document-based data analysis and the primary data for the model are derived from information provided by service providers. The list of the best solutions is made for indicating benchmark brands on the market. The recommendations for managers were drawn on how to adjust solutions to the stakeholders’ needs.

The development of technology in the telecommunications sector is now easier to be enjoyed by the community. Almost all regions have been able to enjoy the ease of access to information through telecommunications networks. Telecommunications service providers certainly have competed in such a way as to be able to hold users to remain loyal to the provider used. From several surveys conducted, there are still many users who cannot be loyal to use the services of these providers. The increasing number of communication network providers makes users more choices. Various ways are carried out by communication network providers to maintain their users such as giving bonuses, providing cheap rates, increasing services to the regions. In this study will focus on the level of customer satisfaction with cellular operators with a variety of criteria that have been prepared which will be a consideration for users in using these cellular operators. This research will use the AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to find out which cellular operators are the most superior based on the judgment of the user with various criteria each. So that in the end it will be known which cellular operators will be selected and purchased by consumers according to their respective needs. The results of this study show that based on the bonus, IM3 is the best with a weight of 0.21712. Then based on the price rate, a tri card with a weight of 0.16565. Furthermore, the service criteria show a better Sympathy card with a weight of 0.21311

The aim of the paper is to estimate and to compare sharing economy development processes in17 EU countries and the United Kingdom. Based on literature review, authors compiled a set of indicatorsand used them for research purposes. The selected indicators were assigned into four main groups: socio-demographical, economic, technological and political factors. The research used data for years 2012–2016.For research purpose authors applied the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and modelled foursituations by attributing greater or lesser significance to the different group of indicators. The results showedthat attributing graded significances to the different groups is critical and affects the ranking of countries.

Abstract. There is a significant change in our current business practices where the change leads the mainstream business practice into a new concept: Sharing Economy. In this research, the sharing economy will be narrowed down to a specific topic called sharing logistics. This research aims: (1) to identify the determinants that are perceived as a priority by customers in logistics service, (2) to explore the pricing method suitable for sharing logistic companies based on priority determinants, which are previously identified. To arrive at the objectives of the research, many works of literature were reviewed related to the matter of determinants and pricing strategies in the logistics service industry and related to the concept of sharing economy. Primary data was also collected through an interview with the expert of the leading logistic service company in Indonesia. In addition, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was conducted as well to find the proportion that represents determinants’ priority based on the perspective of the customers of logistic service providers and academic researchers. Hopefully, by identifying the determinants that are perceived as a priority by customers in logistics service, and with its appropriate pricing method, companies that run their business in logistics sharing will have a proper pricing method guideline in the first place. Keywords: Sharing economy, sharing logistics, pricing method, determinants of logistics service, analytical hierarchy process

Introduction: Crowd logistics is a widely accepted concept in times of the growing popularity of sharing economy solutions. The popularity of e-commerce and a tendency to provide same-day delivery are the main reasons for their development. Developing those trends requires new products and services, now available on the market, known in the transport area as crowd logistics solutions. Purpose: The purpose of the paper is to provide a tool for assessing crowd-logistics solutions, taking into consideration customers’ requirements. The text includes groups of environmental, economic, and social criteria to facilitate the choice of the best crowd logistics solution for freight transport. Methodology: The research is based on the critical analysis of different sources (literature, European Commission reports, other reports and analyses) and practical solutions in the field of crowd logistics. The main data analysis method is the Analytic Hierarchy Process, usually used to evaluate variants in decision-making processes. This method was chosen because of the variety of data types (quantitative and qualitative) and formats, its popularity, universality, and replicability. Results: This paper contains ready-to-use weights for the assessment of crowd logistics solutions. The proposed set of criteria and weights can be a useful tool for customers to evaluate the sharing- -economy services landscape in the areas they manage.

Historic buildings are at the center of cultural and economic interests, due to issues related to their conservation and protection as well as their use and technical-performance efficiency. They are often considered within the accepted meaning of ‘assets-resource’. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the research and development of methodologies to appropriately intervene on this type of heritage assets. This contribution defines a methodology to select interventions capable of combining protection requirements with performance upgrading, as part of integrated seismic improvement and energy-environmental retrofit strategies. The aim is to develop a tool that not only supports Public Administrations in the planning/designing of appropriate interventions but also private investors in a partnership perspective. Given the need to use a multidisciplinary and multi-criteria approach, the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method has been used; it allows for the comparison of various intervention alternatives on the basis of certain evaluation criteria, aimed at obtaining a preference index. This approach allows us to support the decision-maker in making the most appropriate choice, according to a rationally structured procedure.

Coffee is an important export commodity for Indonesia, which contributes a sizeable foreign exchange. Indonesian coffee production is still fluctuating. Simalungun is a regency in North Sumatera province which have significant potential for the development of Arabica coffee commodity. However, there are some obstacles in the development of arabica coffee farming including land resources utilization, aspects of cultivation, harvest and post-harvest, and institutional aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate business development strategies for arabica coffe agribusiness. This study aims to determine priority strategies from various alternatives in developing Arabica coffee. Determination of the location of the study was done purposively. Respondents in this study were experts or key people who understoodarabika coffee agribusiness. The method used in determining respondents is purposive sampling. Primary data is obtained through direct interviews conducted with respondents and secondary data obtained from books, journals and books of the agricultural service report. Several alternatives in this study were determined based on the results of discussions with the experts and also based on the literature and previous research. Some of these alternatives are then compared in a questionnaire for the respondents. The comparison is then processed using the analytic hierarchy process method (AHP). Data processing is done using the expert choice application so that a priority alternative appears. The study oncludes that based on analytic hierarchy process, the priority strategy is developing the capacity of human resources (HR) of agribusiness actors

ABSTRACTIn this paper the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is described, and then the service providers cloud computing is identified. The first activity in multicriteria decision- making is to establish the factors that are important to that decision. This has been determined as criteria in selecting cloud providers: accessibility scalability, performance, security. The SEPROCCAHP v01 model has been applied for three groups of students in the course of business logistics. Two groups of students have selected Google, and a third group at Microsoft. The results differ because it depends on value judgments issued in the peer evaluation criteria and alternatives to select. Keywords.- Select suppliers, Analytic hierarchy process, Cloud computing.
