Abstract. There is a significant change in our current business practices where the change leads the mainstream business practice into a new concept: Sharing Economy. In this research, the sharing economy will be narrowed down to a specific topic called sharing logistics. This research aims: (1) to identify the determinants that are perceived as a priority by customers in logistics service, (2) to explore the pricing method suitable for sharing logistic companies based on priority determinants, which are previously identified. To arrive at the objectives of the research, many works of literature were reviewed related to the matter of determinants and pricing strategies in the logistics service industry and related to the concept of sharing economy. Primary data was also collected through an interview with the expert of the leading logistic service company in Indonesia. In addition, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was conducted as well to find the proportion that represents determinants’ priority based on the perspective of the customers of logistic service providers and academic researchers. Hopefully, by identifying the determinants that are perceived as a priority by customers in logistics service, and with its appropriate pricing method, companies that run their business in logistics sharing will have a proper pricing method guideline in the first place. The uprising economic, social and political pressures on achieving a good level of environmental governance have forced companies to adopt business practices that aim to mitigate CO2 emissions. Logistics industry is considered as one of the major areas that could make a considerable improvement in reducing the environmental impact of business activities. The aim of this study is to investigate the driving forces that influence the adoption of environmentally friendly logistics activities. Following a detailed literature review, a theoretical model, which encompassed several driving forces and logistics activities, has been developed. Survey-based quantitative data were collected from logistics service providers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and analysed using structural equation modelling methodology and multiple regression analysis. Through answering 110 questionnaires, respondents holding different managerial levels at logistics service organizations, provided data reflecting their perception of the forces that would influence the adoption of green logisticspractices. The driving forces (legislations, customers, and organizational awareness) were found to influence the adoption of green logistics practices by the logistics service industry in the areas of warehousing, packaging and transportation.

Every firm that wants to compete in providing similar services, like those provided by the Nigerian mobile telecommunication firms must take brand equity seriously. By focusing on major telecom service providers in Nigeria, this study estimates subscribers perception of brand equity. To do this, a three-stage Analytical Hierarchical Process goal, criteria and sub-criteria were developed in order to weigh both the criteria and sub-criteria. In gathering data, a cross-sectional survey design was used. The primary data were collected from subscribers of Global System of Mobile Communication in Lagos state. The collection of data was enhanced by a well-structured Analytical Hierarchy Process questionnaire. In the same vein, a pairwise comparison of subscribers judgment, as it relates to how brand equity inuences their decisions was done. This, as shown from the analyzed data, allowed customers to prioritize criteria and sub-criteria, in favour of their purchasing choice and satisfaction. Analyses of data were done. The values of the data were obtained for the consistency index and ratio, local rating and global ranks for each criteria and sub-criteria. What results, as this study demonstrates, is that the data have practical implications on marketing and organizational strategies of the mobile telecommunication industries. Important as well, the study finds that the data will positively strengthen the industries general sustainable business performance.

This article presents the assessment results for crowd logistics (CL) solutions from the perspective of the needs of different stakeholders. The uniqueness of this study lies in entering these needs in the implementation of the three spheres of sustainable development in cities (social, economic, and environmental). The purpose of this publication is to present the benchmark solutions for the CL area, helping to adjust the business model and market offer of other providers to the needs of different groups of stakeholders. The reason for such valuation is the fast-paced sharing economy development in the city logistics area, as well as in the courier activity. For this study, the AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method was applied in order to develop the proposed evaluation tool of the CL initiatives. The evaluation criteria (the needs of particular groups of respondents) are derived from document-based data analysis and the primary data for the model are derived from information provided by service providers. The list of the best solutions is made for indicating benchmark brands on the market. The recommendations for managers were drawn on how to adjust solutions to the stakeholders’ needs.

The length of National roads in Banten Province along 564 kilometers is spread in several regencies and cities in the Banten region. In managing road implementation, adequate resources are needed so that prompt and appropriate action can be taken to reduce complaints from road users / communities. Implementation of road handling carried out by service providers with a conventional contract system must be done through a procurement process that goes through procedures based on applicable laws and regulations, namely based on Circular Letter of the Director General of Highways No.9 / SE / DB 2015 Implementation of road handling carried out by service providers use the Long Segment System. In the implementation of road handling carried out by service providers with a long segment contract system, service providers must meet the level of road service conditions, so that service providers are able to meet road quality standards. Because road management in Banten Province currently uses the Long Segment System, it is necessary to analyze all aspects of handling the system. This study analyzes these aspects with the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process approach based on interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of the analysis found in long segment work on the highway, the most important aspect to consider is the Drainage Aspect, and the drainage work needs to pay attention to the smooth work all types of channels made in drainage work. sepanjang 564 kilometer tersebar di beberapa kabupaten dan kota di wilayah Banten. Dalam mengelola implementasi jalan, diperlukan sumber daya yang memadai sehingga tindakan yang cepat dan tepat dapat diambil untuk mengurangi keluhan dari pengguna jalan/masyarakat. Implementasi penanganan jalan yang dilakukan oleh penyedia layanan dengan sistem kontrak konvensional harus dilakukan melalui proses pengadaan yang melewati prosedur berdasarkan hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku, yaitu berdasarkan Surat Edaran Direktur Jenderal Bina Marga No.9/SE/DB Tahun 2015 Implementasi penanganan jalan yang dilakukan oleh penyedia layanan menggunakan Sistem Segmen Panjang. Dalam pelaksanaan penanganan jalan yang dilakukan oleh penyedia jasa dengan sistem kontrak segmen panjang, penyedia jasa harus memenuhi tingkat kondisi layanan jalan, ini agar penyedia jasa mampu memenuhi standar kualitas jalan. Karena manajemen jalan di Provinsi Banten saat ini menggunakan Sistem Segmen Panjang, maka perlu analisis segala aspek dalam penanganan sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini menganalisis aspek-aspek ini dengan pendekatan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process yang didasarkan dari wawancara dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan dalam pekerjaan long segment pada jalan raya, aspek terpenting yang harus diperhatikan adalah Aspek Drainase, dan pada pekerjaan drainase perlu memperhatikan lancaranya pekerjaan semua jenis saluran yang dibuat dalam pekerjaan drainase.

Sustainable concerns are reputed to be of the utmost priority among governments. Consequently, they have become more and more of a concern among supply chain partners. Logistics service providers (LPs), as significant contributors to supply chain success but also one of the greatest generator of emissions, play a significant role in reducing the negative environmental impact. Thus, the performance evaluations of LPs should necessarily involve such a measure which, firstly, represents a balance between all three pillars of sustainability and, secondly, consider the desirable and undesirable performance criteria. This paper proposes an integrated analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and slack-based measure (SBM) data envelopment analysis (DEA) model, based on the assumption of a variable return to scale (VRS). An AHP pairwise comparison enables selecting the most influential input/output variables. Output-oriented SBM DEA provides simultaneously evaluation of both the undesirable and desirable outputs. The proposed model was tested on a numerical example of 18 LPs. The comparison of output Charnes, Cooper and Rhodes (CCR) and SBM DEA models resulted in a higher number of inefficient LPs when the SBM DEA model was applied. Moreover, efficiency scores of inefficient LPs were lower in SBM DEA model. The proposed model is fair to those LPs that are environmentally friendly.

The advancement of technology and Smartphone applications offers a lot of opportunities and challenges for companies to increase their market share. Through this technology and its application, companies such as transportation industries can make a lot of money and bring their products and services closer, faster and more easily to customers. In addition the customers cangain access to companies’ services and products on time. On the other hand the advancement of Smartphone technology disrupts the common transportation business practices. Communication and negotiation are becoming more virtual. This technology brings about huge benefits to both customers and companies. However the same technology causes a huge problem especially toother transportation companies as they might lose market if they do not use it. This technologyhelps many transportation industries to make business innovations such as offering lower prices,faster services and deliveries. This research focuses on transportation companies, specificallymotorcycle taxis with online booking, which use a Smartphone application. In Manado Indonesia there are three popular motorcycle taxi online companies that use a Smartphone online application, which are Gojek, Grab and Uber. A lot of people use an online motorcycle taxi rather than public transportation because of its convenience, affordable price, safety and speed compared to local public transport. This study aims to find out the determinant factors that influence people to use motorcycle taxi online services. This research is going to reveal the favorite motorcycle taxi online company and its criteria based on respondents’ perspectives. This paper will use the Analytical Hierarchy Process both for data gathering and data analysis. The research findings will contribute to the local government in formulating lawsand policies specifically on motorcycle taxi online service.

ABSTRACTThe era of regional autonomy requires every region to have independence in managing its regional finance in order to increase its local revenue. Market retribution is a type of retribution that can be potentially used as a source of local revenue. Serang city is one of the cities that become a merchant destination for traders from other regions due to its rapid economic development. The aim of this study is to analyze the performance of market retribution, to analyze the perception of merchants in accordance with the implementation of collection policy and to formulate the strategy to increase market retribution receipts. The primary data was obtained from interviews with the merchants and pertinent institution official that were chosen purposively (purposive sampling). Various analytical methods which were specifically implemented in order to achieve the purpose of the study are as follow: analysis of local government financial performance, descriptive statistical analysis, and analytical hierarchy process. The result of the analysis suggests that: (1) in general the performance of market retribution of Serang city in the period of 2009 to 2015 is less well; (2) according to the perception of the merchants, the endeavor of the implementation of market service retribution is running quite well; and (3) the first priority of the strategy which can be implemented in improving market retribution is the issuance of technical guidelines concerning to the attainment of market retribution collection.    Key Words: Market Retribution, Local Government Financial Performance, Strategy to Increase of Retribution Revenue, Serang City ABSTRAKEra otonomi daerah mengharuskan setiap daerah memiliki kemandirian dalam mengelola keuangan daerahnya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerahnya. Retribusi pelayanan pasar merupakan salah satu jenis retribusi yang potensial sebagai sumber pendapatan asli daerah. Kota Serang menjadi salah satu tujuan pedagang dari daerah lain untuk menjual dagangannya karena perkembangan perekonomian yang pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengukur kinerja retribusi pelayanan pasar, menganalisis persepsi pedagang terhadap pelaksanaan pemungutan dan merumuskan strategi meningkatkan penerimaan retribusi pelayanan pasar. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dengan responden pedagang dan pejabat instansi terkait dipilih secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk masing-masing tujuan adalah: analisis kinerja keuangan daerah, analisis statistika deskriptif, dan proses hirarki analitik (analytical hierarchy process). Hasil dari masing-masing analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara umum kinerja retribusi pelayanan pasar Kota Serang tahun 2009 hingga 2015 kurang baik; (2) berdasarkan persepsi pedagang, upaya pelaksanaan pemungutan retribusi pelayanan pasar sudah berjalan cukup baik; dan (3) strategi prioritas pertama yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam peningkatan penerimaan retribusi pelayanan pasar adalah penerbitan petunjuk teknis pelaksanaan pemungutan retribusi pelayanan pasar.Kata Kunci: Retribusi Pelayanan Pasar, Kinerja Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah, Strategi Peningkatan Penerimaan Retribusi, Kota Serang

Gerbangmas-Taskin is a poverty alleviation program in South Kalimantan province with the concept three (human empowerment, economic and the environment). This study aims to analyze the implementationof Gerbangmas-Taskin effectiveness, to evaluate the sustainability of Gerbangmas-Taskinand prioritize participatory empowerment strategy for effectiveness and sustainability of Gerbangmas-Taskin at PandakDaun Village, Banjar Regency. The methods used include descriptive analysis, RAPfish modification (RAPGerbangmas-Taskin) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The data consists of primary data obtained from the results of in-depth interview and a questionnaire given to Poor Households (RTM), while the secondary data obtained from the publication of the relevant agencies. The result showed that Gerbangmas-Taskin program did not impact earnings accretion for the beneficiaries of capital. Gerbangmas-Taskin sustainability index is 34.79 % (less sustainability), consist of :Infrastructure by 62.39% (sustainable enough) while economic, social and environmental showed less sustainable, respectively by 36.85%; 30.22% and 27.11%. The main priority in the strategy of the effectiveness and sustainability of Gerbangmas-Taskin program are the coordination and synergy with the section / SKPD (19%) and increasing the capacity of human resources (16%).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sektor unggulan apa saja yang merupakan sektor dasar pembangunan ekonomi maritim dan merumuskan strategi kebijakan dalam pembangunan ekonomi maritim di Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif denga metode yang digunakan adalah survey. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yakni kuesioner dan data sekunder yakni data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan dan PDRB provinsi Maluku Utara tahun 2013-2017 menurut lapangan usaha dan harga konstan. Analisis digunakan dengan metode Location Quotient (LQ) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sejumlah sector merupakan sektor basis kabupaten Halmahera Selatan selama lima tahun. Analisis strategi kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi maritim Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan menunjukkan bahwa ada tiga kriteria yang dapat dikembangkan untuk peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi maritim.Kata Kunci: Sektor Ekonomi Unggulan, Pembangunan Ekonomi Maritim This study aims to analyze what leading sectors are the basic sectors of maritime economic development in South Halmahera Regency. This research is descriptive study with method used is survey. The data used in this study are primary data namely questionnaires and secondary data namely Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of South Halmahera Regency and GRDP of North Maluku province periode 2013-2017 according to business field and constant prices. The analysis is used by the Location Quotient (LQ) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. The results showed that a number of sectors were the base sectors of South Halmahera district for five years. Analysis of the maritime economic development policy strategy in South Halmahera District shows that there are three criteria that can be developed to increase maritime economic development.Keywords: Leading Economic Sectors, Maritime Economic Development
