Abstract. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of related party transactions (RPTs) on company performance using a panel data regression on 388 non-financial companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2015-2018 period. RPT variables used in this study are divided into several categories, namely transactions with related parties in the operational field (operational RPTs), financial field (financial RPTs), other fields (other RPTs), and total RPTs (sum of the three previous types). The study finds a significant negative relationship between financial RPTs and other RPTs on company performance. This finding is consistent with the precedent research that non-operational RPTs (i.e., financial RPTs and other RPTs) are commonly used by controlling shareholders as tunneling channels to expropriate minority shareholders. The results suggest policymakers to monitor more closely RPTs, particularly financial and other RPTs, that are more likely to be used as tunneling activities that are detrimental to firm performance. The results of this study are robust to various proxies of firm performance, providing additional empirical studies on RPTs in emerging countries with concentrated ownership structure, and shedding direct light on which type of RPTs that is mainly used as tunneling channel. Keywords: Efficient transaction hypothesis, firm performance, Indonesia, related party transactions, type II agency problem

Abstract. This study aims to examine the effect of emotional intelligence (KE) on innovative work behavior (PI) by examining the mediating role played by tacit knowledge sharing (TKS) among construction workers in Jakarta. A structured survey questionnaire was used to collect data from 210 respondents (representatives of construction firms) located in Jakarta. Hypothesis testing uses SEM-PLS (structural equation modeling - partial least square). Emotional intelligence has a direct positive impact on tacit knowledge sharing and innovative behavior. Tacit knowledge sharing influences innovative work behavior. Tacit knowledge sharing acts as a partial mediator of the relationship between emotional intelligence and innovative work behavior. Keywords: Emotional intelligence, innovative work behavior, tacit knowledge sharing, construction, Jakarta

Abstract. The industrial competition requires companies to produce high-quality products, but the phenomenon is that companies still produce products that do not meet specifications and are returned by customers. This is the basis for conducting research aimed at analyzing the implementation of quality control, knowing the main defects of the product, and making improvements to reduce or eliminate problems during the production process using the Six Sigma approach with steps: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control. The research sample is the result of the final product inspection in April - September 2019. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Quality control has been carried out but not maximally, with the root causes of the main defects being method, material, and machine. CTO in this research are: foreign body contamination, leak packaging, product temperature exceeds the standard, over drip, and thick fat. After improving, there was an increase in sigma level from 3.48 (performance baseline) to 3.83. Control is carried out to maintain consistency of corrective actions by regular briefings to operators, increasing GMP training, 5S, and product knowledge, standardizing SOP changes, adding necessary tools, and controlling preventive maintenance implementation. Keywords: Quality control, six sigma, wagyu, defect product, DMAIC

Abstract. There is a significant change in our current business practices where the change leads the mainstream business practice into a new concept: Sharing Economy. In this research, the sharing economy will be narrowed down to a specific topic called sharing logistics. This research aims: (1) to identify the determinants that are perceived as a priority by customers in logistics service, (2) to explore the pricing method suitable for sharing logistic companies based on priority determinants, which are previously identified. To arrive at the objectives of the research, many works of literature were reviewed related to the matter of determinants and pricing strategies in the logistics service industry and related to the concept of sharing economy. Primary data was also collected through an interview with the expert of the leading logistic service company in Indonesia. In addition, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) was conducted as well to find the proportion that represents determinants’ priority based on the perspective of the customers of logistic service providers and academic researchers. Hopefully, by identifying the determinants that are perceived as a priority by customers in logistics service, and with its appropriate pricing method, companies that run their business in logistics sharing will have a proper pricing method guideline in the first place. Keywords: Sharing economy, sharing logistics, pricing method, determinants of logistics service, analytical hierarchy process

Abstract. The significant increase of stock price compared to its IPO price is difficult to explain. Companies which issue their stock are impossible to set underpriced IPO voluntarily, while investors who buy an overpriced stock are only they who are not rational or lack of information. Conservative financial statements and high accrual quality provide an opportunity for all investors to be able to estimate the fair price of IPO shares so that the disagreement among investors is not too wide and price fluctuations due to speculation are not too high in the secondary market. Using Indonesia Stock Exchanges, the results show that influence of accounting conservatism and accrual quality are stronger in the 30 holding period after the IPO because the uncertainty of financial statement information led to wider speculation opportunities in the long period. The rise in stock prices after IPO is also influenced by investor’s sentiment and market conditions Keywords: IPO, underpricing, accounting conservatism; accrual quality, investor sentiment
