Corruption action develops way more advance compare to corruption studies in Indonesia. Corruption studies are mostly focusing on institutional corruption or using an institutional approach to understand corruption. This research offers to understand corruption better using actor-based and network approaches. Utilising social network analysis (SNA), researchers unpacking corrupt relational actors in natural resources, especially in oil and gas and forestry in Indonesia. We collected six important findings;  corruption creates dependencies amongst actors; to be corrupt, an actor must have a strong network and resources that can offer and deliver multi-interests. Corrupt action is a repeated action that creates interlocking relations amongst actors. Interlocking relation serves as a safety belt for each chauffeur. Institutionalisation of corrupt networks only requires a strong corrupt network. The institutionalised corrupt networks shape a shortcut both for the private and public sectors-a short cut that makes bribery and exchange permits possible.

<p>Complexities faced by oil and gas projects due to uncertainty and risk, demand the implementation of project management techniques for their successful completion. Therefore, this is made by using analytical hierarchy process, to identify and prioritize the key factors for successful project management performance of oil and gas projects. These factors are categorized into three groups which include attributes of project staff, project planning process and assessment of project quality. Using expert choice, a hierarchy is developed followed by pairwise comparison based upon data collection from industrial experts of oil and gas sector. Results of analytical hierarchy process (AHP) concluded that, project completion within estimated time and budget, clarity of objectives and involvement of top management are most crucial elements for improvement in project management performance of oil and gas projects. Whereas sensitivity analysis being carried out according to three different scenarios highlighted factors according to their relative importance.</p>

Background: The unique ability of carbon to form a wide variety of allotrope modifications has ushered a new era in the material science. Tuning the properties of these materials by functionalization is a must-have tool for their design customized for a specific practical use. The exponentially growing computational power available to researchers allows for the prediction and thorough understanding of the underlying physico-chemical processes responsible for the practical properties of pristine and modified carbons using the methods of quantum chemistry. Method: This review focuses on the computational assessment of the influence of functionalization on the properties of carbons and enabling desired practical properties of the new materials. The first section of each part of this review focuses on graphene - nearly planar units built from sp2-carbons. The second section discusses patterns of sp2-carbons rolled-up into curved 3D-structures in a variety of ways (fullerenes). The overview of other types of carbonaceous materials including those with a high abundance of sp3-carbons, including nanodiamonds, can be found in the third section of each manuscript’s part. Conclusion: The computational methods are especially critical for predicting electronic properties of materials such as the band gap, conductivity, optical and photoelectronic properties, solubility, adsorptivity, potential for catalysis, sensing, imaging and biomedical applications. We expect that introduction of defects to carbonaceous materials as a type of their functionalization will be a point of growth in this area of computational research.
