This case deals with issues related to conversion of a mostly manual information system to an electronic information system where the new system significantly changes the way users interact with the system. The case focuses on the elements of analysis and design, followed by implementation and results. This case provides scenarios and settings that may be used for role plays and group discussions to highlight the importance and the need for following the accepted systems analysis and design steps in the analysis, design, and implementation of IT systems.

The purposes of this research are to design and implementation of laboratory information systems (LIS) at the Laboratory of Cancer Hospital Dharmais (Dharmais Cancer Hospital). The methods used are the method of analysis, design methodology using Total Architecture Synthesis (TAS) and database design methods. Methods include analysis of the survey directly into the clinical laboratory Dharmais Cancer Hospital, and interviews with users who running the current system in Dharmais Cancer Hospital Clinical Laboratory. The design method using TAS. The results of this study is a single integrated Laboratory Information System applications with other systems that exist in Dharmais Cancer Hospital and also the delivery of feature inspection results by using text service and email, in addition to be taken directly to Dharmais Cancer Hospital and sent to the address. The conclusions from this study are all the transactions contained in Dharmais Cancer Hospital Clinical Laboratory have been computerized and integrated.

In building cooperative distributed information systems, a methodology for analysis, design and implementation of security requirements of involved data and processes is essential for obtaining mutual trust between cooperating organizations. Moreover, when the information system is built as a cooperative set of e-services, security is related to the type of data, to the sensitivity context of the cooperative processes and to the security characteristics of the communication paradigms. This paper presents a methodology to build a trusted cooperative environment, where data sensitivity parameters and security requirements of processes are taken into account. The phases are illustrated and a reference example is presented in a cooperative information system and e-applications. An architecture for trusted exchange of data in cooperative information system is proposed. The requirements analysis phase is presented in detail.

Object management Petri net technique is developed to integrate analysis, design and implementation for applications of management information system. Not only object concept is adopted to describe tokens in places, but also class inheritance and composition, user interface and complicate algorithm are represented by expanded transitions. Three kinds of work modes of object management Petri net are introduced to fulfill development, execution, and simulation of the net system.

ABSTRACT
Classroom is one of the most important inventories in lectures. A comfortable classroom will
make the lecture atmosphere work well and effectively. In the classroom there are several facilities
that support lecture ie chair, lcd projector, ac and others. If one of the facilities is damaged it will
disturb the comfort of the lecture. Currently lecturers and students who use the classroom when
they encounter damage class facilities can only manually complained to the technician. It will
certainly take a long time. From these problems so that required an information system to provide
information about facilities and infrastructure in the classroom and accommodate complaints
about damaged facilities and infrastructure of the class. So that technicians will be easier in
monitoring and handling facilities and infrastructure in the class.
This research is done by observation method, interview, analysis, design and implementation of
design. This research produces a class inventory information system that can be used by all
academic community and can be used to accommodate complaints about classroom facilities and
infrastructure. This information system provides classroom inventory information and classroom
inventory information.
