This work presents a metaheuristic with distributed processing that finds solutions for an optimization model of the university course timetabling problem, where collective communication and point-to-point communication are applied, which are used to generate cooperation between processes. The metaheuristic performs the optimization process with simulated annealing within each solution that each process works. The highlight of this work is presented in the algorithmic design for optimizing the problem by applying cooperative processes. In each iteration of the proposed heuristics, collective communication allows the master process to identify the process with the best solution and point-to-point communication allows the best solution to be sent to the master process so that it can be distributed to all the processes in progress in order to direct the search toward a space of solutions which is close to the best solution found at the time. This search is performed by applying simulated annealing. On the other hand, the mathematical representation of an optimization model present in the literature of the university course timing problem is performed. The results obtained in this work show that the proposed metaheuristics improves the results of other metaheuristics for all test instances. Statistical analysis shows that the proposed metaheuristic presents a different behavior from the other metaheuristics with which it is compared.

Abstract The contribution starts anthropologically, following biblical narratives but also modern anthropological research, by assuming that people are fundamentally related to others and that human cultural development is based on fundamentally cooperative processes. Against this background, love of self and love of neighbour are not understood as competing patterns of behaviour; rather, they are mutually dependent. This is confirmed by empirical results with regard to volunteer work, which show that for most volunteers altruism, sociability and self-development do not denote contradictory motives, but rather interpret each other reciprocally.

The state in the whole world promotes the development of small and medium-sized businesses, seeing it as the key not only to economic but also political stability in the country. In recent years, the development of small and medium-sized businesses, including in the countryside, is given special attention, supports the development of cooperative processes between them. However, all efforts (organizational and financial) do not give a proper result - not all small and medium-sized enterprises are involved in agricultural cooperatives, the share of participation in output fluctuates at 5% even in the most successful regions in terms of cooperation. Agricultural cooperatives do not have the necessary sources for their development: public funds are not available to everyone, and credit resources also require a certain credit history and own sources of co-financing. The article analyzes the capital structure of Russia's largest and most successful dairy cooperatives, as well as international cooperatives. The author proposed a completely new concept of allocation of public support funds for the development of agricultural cooperatives, aimed at strengthening the role of existing and successful cooperatives.

The article explores the potential for the development of cooperative processes in Russia, including under the influence of the circular economy. The analysis of the most relevant scientific schools and approaches that reveal the circular economy model is carried out. The article revealed the actual mechanisms of cooperation between business, science and education in Russia. Based on the data of the survey of enterprises of the Kama innovative territorial-production cluster, the high potential of scientific and educational organizations for involving enterprises in the process of cooperation was determined. The topic of circular economics is proposed as a basis for cooperation between universities and enterprises.

Emphatic abilities are abilities to understand other people’s feelings. Emphatic is built based on their own awareness, the more open children are to their emotions, the better they are in understandingothers’ feelings. Low emphatic abilities are found in 5-6 years old children at PAUD Bina Bangsa Islamic School, they can be seen from children’s daily habit at schools which cannot show understanding oftheir friends’ feelings and how to act to others. Due to that reason, cooperative learning implementation is needed to stimulate cooperation and interaction in children so that they can escalate their emphaticabilities well. This research was conducted on 13-10 April 2017 at PAUD Bina Islamic School using action research method conducted in two cycles with success criteria of 70%. The objective is to find out howlearning cooperative processes escalate 5-6 years old children’s emphatic abilities. Based on research results obtained, their emphatic abilities can be escalated through cooperative learning with 22% on preaction, then the emphatic abilities are getting higher in the first cycle to 50.43%, and in the second cycle it is increasing as well to 96.42%. Based on data acquired, it can be inferred that 5-6 years old children’s abilities can be escalated through cooperative learning. Keywords: ability to empathize, cooperative learning, children aged 5-6 years
