Based on the analysis of typical scenarios of information servers, the tasks that should be solved when organizing an access control system for distributed information resources are formulated. The possibilities of the Z39.50 technologies as the most suitable for building such a system are considered. Within the framework of this technology, three access control models are discussed, which differ in the degree of integration of information server functions with the Z39.50 technologies. The creation and support of distributed information systems and electronic libraries that integrate heterogeneous information resources and operate in various software and hardware environments requires special approaches to managing these systems. If the resources or data themselves can be managed locally, even for distributed information systems, then the task of managing access to distributed resources cannot be solved within the framework of local administration. The justification of the last thesis can be seen when considering typical scenarios of the information server, which we will describe below

Abstract Existing solutions for data exchange problem are considered. Installation feasibility and use FTP-server as an effective tool for storing and providing access to files is analyzed. Technical aspects of its work, as well as the tasks range that can be solved with its help are specified. Within the adaptive information system limits the general interaction functional structures scheme of the distributed FTP-server is resulted, and as the presence concealment scheme of storehouses by a controlling server at connection at the client. The mathematical storage model organization and access to files, allowing to realize rational files distribution sent by the client among available storages, is described.

Distributed information systems that support scientific and educational activities can work with various information systems. The main goal of creating a distributed information system supporting scientific and educational activities is to accelerate the pace and improve the quality of information exchange in the scientific environment. The paper considers technological methods for constructing models of information systems designed to support scientific and educational activities. The model under consideration is that the developed model of an information system for working with scientific materials should solve the problems of long-term storage of information, organizing data search by attributes, accumulating and replacing metadata. Based on the analysis of typical scenarios of information servers, the tasks that should be solved when organizing an access control system for distributed information resources are formulated. Within the framework of this technology, three access control models are discussed, which differ in the degree of integration of information server functions with the Z39.50 technologies. One of the most promising new information technologies is analytical databases that allow us to analyze the dynamics of the behavior of the control object in the historical aspect. The introduction of analytical databases increases the efficiency of information systems. In particular, one of the criteria for effectiveness is the security of an information system, on which analytical databases have a fairly significant impact, which at first glance is not obvious. In the material of this article, the problems of organizing and implementing security in analytical databases will be considered, as well as the method of logical design of information support for distributed information systems of critical application under the prism of ensuring the security of this system.

To increase the effectiveness of research, it is necessary to have access to systematic infor-mation resources of scientific work. Therefore, in any field of science, it begins with research, the search for scientific information, but with the growing number of scientific articles, books, mon-ographs, patents, the search for information becomes more and more difficult. Creating a unified information system that allows scientists to quickly get acquainted with the results of other scientific research and prevent their duplication. The main tasks of creating a model of a distributed infor-mation system that supports scientific and educational activities, the functional capabilities of the model, the concept of metadata, and the requirements for the metadata profile are described. The task, subject area, subjects, objects, the main functionality of the information system are de-fined, a list of the main types of information resources is provided. The paper analyzes the func-tional requirements for such systems. Purpose. In the process of creating distributed information systems that support scientific and educational activities, it is necessary to study the requirements imposed on the information system. Methods. The article discusses in detail technological methods for construc¬ting models of information systems for supporting scientific and educational activities. Results. Using the requirements, models, metadata of a distributed information system supporting scientific and educational activities, the architecture of the information system was developed and a scheme for exchanging information in the information system through information protocols was presented. Conclusion. The article discusses technological methods of a distributed information sys-tem that supports scientific and educational activities. The main tasks for building a model of a dis-tributed information system supporting scientific and educational activities, ensuring the functional functioning of the model, the concept of metadata for this system, and the requirements for the metadata profile are described. Based on the proposed requirements, the architecture of a distribut-ed information system supporting scientific and educational activities has been developed and the structure has been clearly described.

New media art is different from ready-made art, installation art, body art, and land art. New media art is a new art subject category with “optical” media and electronic media as the basic language. And, because of the continuous development of computer networks, distributed database management systems are becoming more and more popular. This article aims to study the information security control problem in the distributed new media system. Through comprehensive access control, reliable support, and many-to-many random mutual encryption, it solves the security requirements of supporting mobile computing in a distributed network environment, communication, and hierarchical grouping. Group key management and other issues have studied some key security technologies for building secure distributed information systems. This article proposes covering the behavior-based access control model ABAC (operation-based access control model), the architecture of the new Trusted Platform Module, the architecture of multithreaded crypto chips, and their service methods, as well as distributed information systems and key management solutions. Approximately obeying the chi-square distribution with 2 degrees of freedom, when the significance level is taken as 5%, the chi-square value for the skin is 5.99. Different initial values are selected for the chaotic sequence, 200 groups of chaotic sequences with a length of 2000 are selected for sequence inspection, and the pass rate is 97.5%. It can be seen that the autocorrelation and cross-correlation characteristics of the improved spatiotemporal chaotic sequence are still relatively ideal, so the usability of the platform is relatively high.

In this article, we will consider the analysis of existing blockchain platforms for use in the design of distributed information systems. Typical components of an information system, such as working with data, business logic, interaction interface can be implemented on the basis of blockchain platforms, which can be factors in the development of technologies for building distributed systems. Currently, there are a large number of blockchain platforms that perform various tasks, proposed to analyze their capabilities to achieve this goal.
