The ergonomic level of cockpit display design can be improved by establishing an objective and effective method for evaluating the ergonomics of the cockpit display. Given the fuzz problem in ergonomic evaluation, a new intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation method is proposed based on the Intuitionistic Fuzzy Ordered Weighted Geometric Average (IFOWGA) operator and the possible degree function in this work. Firstly, the intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation matrix considering the hesitation degree of experts' determination is first constructed as the basis of intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation. Secondly, using the IFOWGA operator the intuitionistic fuzzy evaluation values are obtained through aggregating the evaluation matrix. And these values are ranked to get the level of ergonomic evaluation by possible degree ranking function. Finally, an evaluation example based on the cockpit display of a certain aircraft is given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Six alternatives of the evaluation result are obtained by the aggregation of the IFOWGA operator. Applied the possible degree function, the ergonomic evaluation grade of the aircraft cockpit display is the second level by ranking the alternative sand the variation of intuitionistic fuzzy value is already small when the number of experts is more than 16. It can be shown from the results that the ergonomic level of cockpit display can be objectively and scientifically evaluated by the proposed quantitative method, and it can provide a theoretical basis and practical methods for improving the ergonomic level of cockpit display design.

Abstract Port shoreline resources are the basis of port and shipping development, and its assessment method has become one of the hot issues in port research. On the basis of constructing a reasonable index evaluation system, this paper constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix based on the triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and constructs the fuzzy evaluation matrix by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and obtains the maximum membership degree of the port shoreline resources. Compared with the traditional port shoreline Resource evaluation methods, the new one got more advantages in objective and quantitative. Finally, Combined with the Nanjing section of the Yangtze River as a case for verification, the results show that the model can accurately solve the problem of resource evaluation of port shoreline.

This article builds an efficiency evaluation model. Using AHP method, an evaluation indicator system is established, and the weights of the indicators are calculated. This paper applies Fuzzy Evaluation method to determine the membership function of qualitative and quantitative indicators, and then synthesizes the indicator weights and the evaluation matrix to get the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result. Finally, a case of a certain power transmission & transformation project is studied, and the comprehensive evaluation result of its economic benefit is moderate.

Based on the theory of dynamic fuzzy logic, dynamic fuzzy sets and dynamic fuzzy evaluation method are proposed. According to the index system of evaluation of network information security, dynamic fuzzy weight matrix and the single factor evaluation matrix are determined first. Then by multi-level dynamic fuzzy recursion numerical processing of the comment weight vectors, evaluation result is obtained, which not only reflects the current situation of network information security but also predicts its development trend in future. This evaluation method is relatively object and comprehensive compared to previous ones.

The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of comfort of high-speed train was established by using Fuzzy-ANP. In this model,firstly, the weight of each multiple index was determined by employing ANP; Secondly, the fuzzy evaluation matrix of multiple index was assessed by the expert scoring method; Finally, the evaluation grade of comfort of high-speed train under multi-hierarchy was discussed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the weight and the fuzzy evaluation matrix of each multiple index . The evaluation method provided an effective theoretical support for comprehensive assessment research of comfort of high-speed train through the analysis of an example. The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method for transmission network planning scheme has the drawback that relying more on the subjectivity. To solve this problem, gray theory is introduced into comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method. Gray correlation analysis method is used to calculate gray correlation coefficient as the membership of evaluation index to get fuzzy evaluation matrix. Then, the fuzzy weight vector is determined by the subjective and objective empowerment by integrating AHP and entropy method. Comprehensive fuzzy evaluation vector is obtained by using composite operator to synthesis evaluation matrix and fuzzy weight vector. The obtained result is used to evaluate transmission network planning scheme. Therefore, the problem that judger definate membership function based on subjective view is solved by combining the two methods. Calculation results show that the proposed method has a certain practical value.

Bottom dead center (BDC) is an important performance index of press,but how to precisely evaluate the accuracy of BDC is a technical problem faced by the press industry. Based on fuzzy judgment method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index to analyze and evaluate the position of the BDC accuracy.Evaluation step is a system operated by selecting evaluation factors and building evaluation set to determine the comparison matrix, to calculate the weight of each factor, and to establish fuzzy evaluation matrix, and through comprehensive evaluation model to judge the BDC accuracy level. It shows that this evaluation method can effectively evaluate the accuracy of press.

On the basis of expert questionnaire and the relevant specification, multi-factors influencing weight matrix was constructed by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) improved in transfer matrix algorithm, and influential factors were fuzzy classified to construct the fuzzy evaluation matrix by using trapezoidal fuzzy membership function. Fuzzy evaluation analysis was carried out through multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and verified in combination with engineering construction condition of shallow buried tunnel with large span of Zhongshan Park Station in Qingdao Metro, and four kinds of risk control schemes were established and compared on the analysis of tunnel construction risk. Results show that the model was feasible and the improved construction scheme was very effective to reduce the construction risk.

The measurement performance of road vehicle automatic weighing instrument installed on highways is directly related to the safety of roads and bridges. The fuzzy number indicates that the uncertain quantization problem has obvious advantages. By analyzing the factors affecting the metrological performance of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument, combined with the fuzzy mathematics theory, the weight evaluation model of the dynamic performance evaluation of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument is proposed. The factors of measurement performance are summarized and calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of the metering performance of the weighing equipment is obtained, so as to realize the quantifiable analysis and evaluation of the metering performance of the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument in use, and provide data reference for adopting a more scientific measurement supervision method.
