In the planning stage of the intercity railway network, the ecological sensitivity evaluation of the planning scheme is not only the key content to explore the ecological environmental rationality of the planning scheme but also a scientific means to promote the sustainable development of intercity railway networks. The purpose of this study is to establish an evaluation method that can quantitatively evaluate the ecological sensitivity of intercity railway network planning to put forwards targeted optimization and adjustment suggestions for the planning scheme. Taking the intercity railway network planning of Guizhou Province as an example, its ecological sensitivity is predicted and evaluated. Six types of ecologically sensitive areas were selected as ecological sensitivity evaluation factors, including protected areas, drinking water sources, geological disaster-prone areas, soil erosion areas, cultivated land resource distribution areas and coal resource distribution areas. Based on the GIS overlay method, the quantitative measurement methods of each evaluation factor are established in turn, and the single factor sensitivity evaluation index is obtained. In addition, the weighted superposition model is used to quantitatively calculate the ecological sensitivity of the planned lines of the intercity railway network in Guizhou Province. Finally, the short board factor of each planned line is obtained, and targeted optimization and adjustment suggestions are put forwards. The research content of this paper can provide a theoretical reference for the practical evaluation of the ecological sensitivity of intercity railway network planning.

It stipulates the planning scheme for the implementation of training objectives. The curriculum system is mainly composed of specific curriculum view, curriculum goal, curriculum content, curriculum structure, and curriculum activity mode, in which professional talent training goal, talent training specification, and systematic curriculum play important roles. This article relies on the first batch of research projects on teaching under the “13th Five-Year Plan” for higher education by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education in 2018. It sorts out and summarizes the practical experience of teaching reform involved in the project, so as to further explore scientific and effective ways of professional teaching reform.

Abstract With the development of the city, a huge number of distribution networks are waiting for planning. A reasonable planning scheme can meet the power demand and reduce the investment cost. In this paper, a life cycle cost model including the investments of substation and wiring is established with the constraints about load flow calculation and maxi-mum load of wiring. Additionally, a multilayer planning method based on the Floyd-Warshall algorithm has been proposed to solve the model. The area of the city containing substations is divided based on the position of load through the hybrid clusters algorithm in the method. Then, using the divided result of power supply area, the cost matrix for the multilayer path planning method can be constructed through the principle of the method. Lastly, with the cost matrix, the planning scheme in each area will be provided by the Floyd-Warshall algorithm. The result on the actual planning area between the two algorithms shows the total cost of the investment is decreased through using the planning method in this paper.

Abstract In this paper, the processing method of dynamic time variables in the route planning nodethat we designed involves the field of route planning, including determining the route time and stay time, combining the floating reserved time to determine the redundancy; after the entity has visited a node, the current value is calculated Redundancy: According to the calculated redundancy value, combined with the preset redundancy threshold, the entity’s route and stay time are reminded. By converting the dynamic time variable into a fixed value, the model can complete the search for the optimal path within a limited time. At the same time, the concept of reserved floating time is introduced, thereby retaining the dynamic characteristics of time, so that visitors can have sufficient time stay, and can complete the stay according to the fixed time requirements, can effectively track the stay time and make corresponding processing in the corresponding situation to ensure the stay ability. The proposed scheme has better performance.

Objectives: Outdoor furniture is an important part of the overall environment of a university. Its design is not only to meet the needs of people’s daily activities, but also to highlight the teaching concept and cultural characteristics of a university. However, at present, the outdoor furniture of some universities in China has the same phenomenon, which can not show the cultural characteristics of universities. Methods: In view of this, this study proposes to design and plan outdoor furniture in Colleges and universities on the basis of school culture. Through the research and design of the shape, material and color of campus outdoor furniture, the cultural characteristics of the corresponding schools are reflected, and the proposed design ideas are put into the campus outdoor furniture design of a university, which proves the scientificity and feasibility of the planning scheme by way of examples. Results: It is hoped that through this study, the school’s cultural characteristics can be integrated with the campus outdoor furniture design. Conclusion: So that the campus outdoor furniture can reflect the school’s unique teaching philosophy, humanistic feelings and cultural characteristics.
