The research presented a theoretical conceptual framework for the main and secondary variables. The humanitarian faculties at the University of Salahaddin-Erbil were selected as field fields. The research was based on an analytical approach, and a set of hypotheses was identified as "guessing" answers to the problem of the research, which were tested using multiple statistical tools. The questionnaire was distributed to 112 teachers in 6 humanitarian colleges at Salahuddin University. The research concluded that there is a good level of both work ethic and knowledge management in the faculties that are being investigated. This confirms the keenness of these colleges to practice the work ethic of the university teaching job and to create the appropriate climate for knowledge management. This is a major and important issue faced by universities The analytical approach was used to analyze the information collected by the questionnaire, which was designed to take into account the spectroscopic and analytical clarity in the diagnosis of the dimensions of the research, its components and the measurement mechanism. In the applied side, the logic architecture (fuzzy logic) was adopted in the process of examining the level of knowledge management processes to achieve the quality of learning. The study population was divided into all sections of the institute. A sample of 50 teachers was selected and all data were subjected to statistical analysis using a package ( SPSS ).
