With vulvar dysplasia, sclerotic deprive and suspected cancer under our observation there were respectively 115 and 97 patients. The effectiveness of treatment of vulva dystrophy (VIN II-III degree) by the method of photodynamic therapy (PDT) 45.8=4.7%. However, dysplasia II - III degree, sclerotic changes with the formation of pronounced horn scales prevents the full PDF and recurrence of the disease. Therefore, the treatment of choice is surgical treatment with a reconstructive plastic. In order to reduce bleeding and antiblastic we used krioapplikatsiya, apparate "Harmonics", and the decay of tumor angiographic chemoembolization before surgery. The use of new reconstructive plastic surgery, including with the use of abdominal skin and fascial flap combined with vascularized lower segments of the rectus muscles (patent for invention No 2580665 from 11.11.14), have helped to reduce complications, improve cosmetic effect and reduce the duration of lymphorrhea in 2-3 days.

Cancer of the external genitals is up to 8 % in the overall structure of the incidence of malignant neoplasms of female genital organs. Under our observation there were 92 patients with vulvar dystrophy and suspected cancer. The effectiveness of treatment of vulvar dystrophy (VIN I-II degree) by the method of photodynamic therapy (PDT) 45.8±4.7%. However, dysplasia II - III degree, sclerotic changes with the formation of pronounced horn scales prevents the full PDT and recurrence of the disease. Reconstructive plastic surgery was performed using cryoapplication and « Harmonic» apparatus to reduce blood loss and duration of lymphorrhoea in the postoperative period. The use of new reconstructive plastic surgery, including with the use of abdominal skin and fascial flap combined with vascularized lower segments of the rectus muscles), have helped to reduce complications, improve cosmetic effect (patent for invention № 2580665 from 11.11.14).

Desmoid fibroids (DF) are mesenchymal tumours consisting of differentiated fibroblasts and excessive amounts of collagen fibres. DF are extremely rare pathology, its frequency is 2-4 cases per 1 million people per year and it is less than 3% of all soft tissue tumours. The surgical method is the main in the treatment of DF, however, while a surgeon ensuring a negative border of resection, there are functional and cosmetic defects that require reconstruction. This study presents the results of surgical treatment of 40 patients with DF extraabdominal localization using reconstructive plastic surgery, as well as adjuvant drug treatment with a positive border of resection. Conflict of interest: the authors state no conflict of interest Funding: the study was performed with no external funding

Objective: the detrmination of indications and contraindications for reconstructive-plastic surgery of uterine tubes in patient with hydrosalpinx. Materials and methods. We have operated 159 female patients with tubo-pertironeal sterility, which resulted from existence of hydrosalpinx. All patients were underwent salpingoneostomy with application of laparoscopic (n=122) or microsurgical (n=47) technique. In 26 cases the microbiopsy of ampullar part endosalpinx of uterine tube with subsequent investigation of its ultrastructure by method of light and electronic microscopy (microscope Hitachi, Japan) was performed.

The article discusses the choice of different surgical procedures in patients with locally advanced vulvar cancer, depending on the volume of resected tissues and the possibility of reconstructive plastic surgery. The advantages and disadvantages of various plastic reconstructive techniques are provided. The issue of wound closing after the vulvectomy and the plastic techniques has always been controversial and led to the sophistication of the reconstructive component, as well as to the limitations or refusal of this surgical procedure use.

Introduction. The Buschke — Loewenstein tumour was described for the first time in 1925 as a rare giant condyloma. The main cause of this pathology is the human papillomavirus, which is introduced into the body under certain conditions. This pathogen can be transmitted sexually. The neoplasm is usually localised in the anogenital region. Malignant transformation and its spread to the penis are even more rare.Aims. The Buschke — Loewenstein tumour is a rare pathology, whose course and treatment features are of considerable interest to urologists.Materials and methods. This article presents a clinical case of the malignant giant Buschke — Loewenstein tumour with primary localisation on the anterior abdominal wall and spreading to the genitals of a 42-year-old man without accompanying immunodeficiency or urogenital infections. The anamnesis of the gradually progressive disease in the absence of any treatment was more than 10 years. When preoperative cytological examination of the biopsy did not reveal signs of malignant transformation, the patient underwent simultaneous removal of all neoplasm foci and reconstructive plastic surgery using skin grafts. Results and Discussion. The foci of the tumour were removed entirely without disturbing surgical boundaries. A postoperative histological examination revealed small foci of squamous cell carcinoma in remote tissues. A postoperative observation conducted six months following surgery revealed no signs of recurrence of the disease.Conclusion. Buschke-Loewenstein tumours are rarely accompanied by malignancy. Nevertheless, oncological vigilance forms a necessary element of postoperative procedures. Following removal of a large neoplasm, the choice of reconstructive plastic surgery is of particular significance for postoperative quality of life. For the prevention of relapse, it is advisable to conduct immunotherapy in the postoperative period.

The role and methods of reconstructive and plastic surgery in the treatment of patients with breast cancer are considered. Presented our own results of treatment patients taking into account the main requirements of the treatment: oncological safety and improving the quality of life when using reconstructive plastic surgery.
