The study concentrates on the working professional’s real quality work life at an organisation. So, the research aims in identifying and examining the influences on the provision of Work-Life Balance in an organisation. A balanced life is one where people spread energy, effort, emotional, intellectual, imagination, spiritual in crucial areas. The neglect of one or the other may threaten the vitality of the whole research. If the quality of work-life is stable, productivity will increase, so it is necessary to understand the perspectives of Work-Life Balance concerning the employees and total work environment. The study follows a descriptive research design, and the sample size is determined using the formula. The pilot study helped to make necessary changes in the questionnaie. The data collection includes both primary and secondary sources. The statistical tools such as percentage analysis, ANOVA, Chi-square, Interval estimation and correlation is performed. The findings and suggestions are being valuable sources for the betterment of organisational development. It concludes that, although the working professionals seek work/life balance, this concern for career draws them into a situation where they can work increasingly for long hours and seek perfect balance in work pressure than before. As several previous studies have shown, both qualities of work-life and work-life balance are multidimensional constructs. And the provision of work-life balance varies between organisations. In contrast, some organisations provide a comprehensive range of work-life balance, while others do not

The success of any organization is highly dependent on how it attracts and motivates its employees. Today’s organization must be more flexible so that they are equipped to develop their employees and enjoy their commitment. A balance between two Significance areas of human life can be achieved only with a high quality of working life, but it is now subject to serious variations of the active spread of remote forms of employment. The article deals with studying the state of Quality of work-life balance during the period of changes in work life due to the pandemic of Covid-19, and the forced transition to remote work. Aim: 1. To identify the prevalence of dimensions of the quality of work-life balance. 2. To find the Challenges faced with working remotely. Methodology: Using Questionnaire, survey research was conducted over 106 employees. Data Analysis was done using Correlation Coefficient using IBM SPSS The study has made it possible to determine the Quality of work-life balance and the challenges faced due to the transition to remote work. Result: The relation between the dimensions and Overall Quality of work life Balance in the concern are positively correlated. A small division of workforce has few problems in balancing with the quality of work life while working remotely. Having time to multi-task work and life tasks, working remotely will support you to strike an improved life balance. Sincere effort in this direction will yield rewarding results.

This research analyzed career women performance at manufacturing industries. Researchers used quantitative and qualitative methods. There were 200 career women in manufacturing industries around Bekasi joined as respondents in this research and filled the questionnaire given. Data was analyzed by multiple linear regression. Researchers also interviewed representative respondents in order to get respondent perspective about work life balance, family conflict and quality of work life.  This research found that work life balance, family conflict, and quality of work life have significant influence towards career women performance on manufacturing industries around Bekasi.


The present examination was directed to look at the connection between organisational citizenship conduct and worklife balance. The investigation led among two distinct segment sin Tirunelveli region and the information were gathered from 101 representatives of teaching faculties and hospital workers. The organized survey was utilized to gather the information from respondents. 20 authoritative citizenship conduct sizes of Suzy fox and paul E Spector have been incorporated into this investigation. Gathered information were investigated through expressive measurements and cross tabulation was utilized for dissecting the information.

The purpose of this article is to unearth the dimensions of quality of work life and work–life balance and to find the impact of the quality of work life on work–life balance. Data have been gathered from 89 managers of public and private sector banks in India using a convenience sampling method and analysed using principal component analysis and multiple regression analysis. Both qualities of work life and work–life balance are multidimensional constructs. Results indicate that the productivity dimension of a work–life balance was influenced by all dimensions of quality of work life except grievance redress. Further, the skill deployment dimension was predicted by all three dimensions of quality of work life. However, none of the quality of work life dimensions had any relation with the efficiency dimension of work–life balance. The study will help managers to ensure employee productivity and skill deployment by enhancing the quality of work life. The study has relevance for employee welfare and organizational output. The study has unearthed new dimensions in quality of work life and work–life balance and has established new relationships.

The quality of life at work increases employees’ abilities to practice gained talents to face work challenges. Efficient internal USR practices supporting working conditions, developing new skills, opportunities for advancement, and the opportunity for work-life balance contribute to increasing the quality of work-life QWL. Accordingly, universities are trying to maintain their employees’ quality work-life by leading their human resources managers to implement internal USR practices. Hence, this study aims to examine the relationship between the Internal University Social Responsibility Practices USR as independent variables and the Quality of Work Life (QWL) of Al Jinan university staff as a dependent variable. The results indicate that the work-life balance, training and education, working conditions, human rights, workplace diversity, and job enrichment have a positive significant impact on the quality of work-life; hence to maintain a good quality of work-life for the workforce, universities should implement efficient USR practices internally.
