В данной статье рассматривается проблема работы научно-педагогического работника, связанной с организацией и планированием контактной учебной работы, заполнением и актуализацией рабочих программ дисциплин, расписанием лекций, семинаров, лабораторных работ, экзаменов, зачетов, а также с заполнением и представлением различных форм отчетности. Важным фактором, определяющим необходимость разработки информационной системы, является отсутствие на рынке программного продукта, позволяющего использовать его в качестве решения проблемы. В ходе исследования проведены: анализ работы научно-педагогического сотрудника Грозненского государственного нефтяного технического университета имени академика М.Д. Миллионщикова анализ существующих систем автоматизированного рабочего места преподавателя анализ программного и технического обеспечения. В результате исследования разработана информационная система Личный кабинет преподавателя , которая предоставит возможность преподавателям учебного заведения упростить учебную работу, а также сократит количество бумажных форм, поскольку вся необходимая информация будет храниться в системе. This article discusses the problem of the work of a scientific and pedagogical worker related to the organization and planning of contact academic work, filling and updating work programs of disciplines, the schedule of lectures, seminars, laboratory works, exams, tests, and also filling and presenting various forms of reporting. An important factor determining the need to develop an information system is the lack of a software product on the market that allows it to be used as a solution to a problem. During the study: analysis of the work of the scientific and pedagogical employee of the Grozny State Oil Technical University named after academician M.D. Millionschikov analysis of existing systems of a teachers workstation analysis of software and hardware. As a result of the study, an information system Teachers Personal Account was developed, which will provide teachers of the educational institution with the opportunity to simplify their work and reduce the number of paper forms, since all the necessary information will be stored in the system.

В данной статье рассматривается проблема учета, контроля и удобного хранения сведений о научноисследовательской деятельности. Важным фактором, обуславливающим необходимость разработки информационной системы, является отсутствие на рынке программного продукта или комплекса, позволяющего использовать его в качестве управления научноисследовательской деятельностью. В ходе исследования проведены: анализ научноисследовательской деятельности преподавателей и сотрудников Грозненского государственного нефтяного технического университета имени академика М.Д. Миллионщикова анализ существующих систем автоматизированного учета данных о научных работах анализ программного обеспечения, необходимый для разработки информационной системы, а также сравнительный анализ антивирусных программ. В результате исследования разработана информационная система учета и контроля научноисследовательской деятельности преподавателей и сотрудников вуза, которая предоставит возможность сотрудникам учебного заведения вести учет результатов своей научной деятельности и формировать различные отчеты. Это существенно повысит эффективность научноисследовательской деятельности вуза и сократит время подготовки и формирования отчетов различных видов. This article deals with the problem of accounting, control and convenient storage of information about research activities. An important factor that necessitates the development of an information system is the lack of a software product or complex on the market that allows it to be used as a management of research activities. In the course of the study, the analysis of the research activities of teachers and employees of the Grozny state oil technical University named after academician M. D. Millionshchikov was carried out analysis of existing systems of automated accounting of data on scientific works analysis of software required for the development of an information system, as well as comparative analysis of antivirus programs. As a result of the study, an information system of accounting and control of research activities of teachers and staff of the University was developed, which will provide an opportunity for employees of the educational institution to keep records of the results of their research activities and generate various reports. This will significantly increase the efficiency of research activities of the University, and reduce the time of preparation and formation of reports of various types.

Abstract—The need for information system development in a company is a basic requirement that must be met by each company in order to run its business processes properly. This is the basic key in a company in order to provide maximum results to find as many profits or profits. Application development or requirements in the application also provide speed for employees to carry out their activities to work properly and optimally. The development of the era requires that companies must be productive and have innovations so that the business wheel of the company can run well. This is based on the development of technology that is so fast that it requires special expertise in its application. This research is expected to be able to help some problems that exist in a company. Information system maintenance is an important aspect of information system development, especially in systems that provide dynamic content, such as Web-based systems and Knowledge Management Systems (KMS). Design for Maintenance (DFM) is an approach that argues that maintenance effort should be considered during the design of information systems in addition to the usual system design considerations. This research examines how the design of links among knowledge documents in a KMS affects both their maintenance and use. We argue that providing links among knowledge documents increases the cost of maintenance because when a document changes, the documents that link to and from that document are more likely to need changes. At the same, linking knowledge documents makes it easier to locate useful knowledge and thus increases use. We examine this tension between use and maintenance using 10 years of data from a well-established KMS. Our results indicate that as the number of links among documents increases, both maintenance effort and use for these documents increase. Our analyses suggest two DFM principles for dynamic content in practice. First, knowledge coupling (i.e., linking) to documents internal to the KMS rather than sources external to the KMS better balances maintenance effort and use. Second, designing small, knowledge cohesive documents (e.g., 250-350 words) leads to the best balance between maintenance effort and use.
